0:00So, the interpersonal relationship that
0:02I chose was my biological father, and I
0:06chose this one because we don't talk
0:07that much, but we talked last week
0:09trying to schedule like when we're going
0:12to have my birthday dinner with his
0:13family and then with my family, and we
0:16ended up having to use conformity
0:18because we ended up picking what they
0:20worked ultimately best for him and his
0:22work schedule cuz we can just reschedule
0:24other things.
0:25And then in my group setting, I chose my
0:28workplace because we have a lot of
0:31issues that arise especially at the
0:33restaurant, and I am very quick to do
0:36group thinking and just go with whatever
0:38they say or just, "Oh, if they're
0:40thinking that, then it might be right
0:42because they've been doing this longer
0:43than me cuz I am the youngest.
0:46So, that's the issue that arose at work.
0:48And then one way that I feel that I
0:51could probably do better and a
0:54strengthen myself in the group setting
0:57especially is by being able to speak my
0:59mind and just talk about how I feel as
1:02well, even though I haven't been there
1:03for as long. And something that I think
1:05restricts that group relationship is I
1:08don't always
1:11try to see their sides or try to
1:13understand why they think that way. I
1:15just assume that it might be wrong or
1:16that it is right without actually
1:18putting in the work and thinking about
1:20it for myself. And then one adjustment
1:22that I can make to my relationship, my
1:25interpersonal relationship, is just
1:27honestly communicating better and
1:29allowing that person to know more things
1:31about what's going on and not just
1:32putting them in the dark all the time.
1:35So, yeah.
