0:00It used to take me hours to create

0:01t-shirt designs. Now it takes seconds

0:04using Aentic AI. If you're a print on

0:06demand seller on Shopify, Etsy, or

0:08Amazon, and you're looking for a quick

0:09and easy way to create trendy t-shirt

0:11designs that actually sell, this new KD

0:13feature is going to blow your mind. In

0:15this video, I'll first explain what

0:17Aentic AI is and how it can save you

0:19time and tokens when creating t-shirt

0:21designs. Second, I'll show you three

0:23ways to use Agentic AI to create trendy

0:25original designs in seconds. And third,

0:27I'll show you how I can create listing

0:29ready product images insanely fast. All

0:31without expensive design tools, being a

0:33graphic designer, or having any design

0:35experience at all. By the way, if you

0:37don't know me, I'm Adrian. I've done

0:38millions in sales across two apparel

0:40brands, and I help people make money

0:41online with print on demand. I post

0:43weekly videos revealing the latest

0:44design trends, profitable niches, and

0:46sales strategies. So, if that interests

0:48you, hit that subscribe for more print

0:49on demand tips. All right, let's discuss

0:51what Agentic AI is and how it can save

0:54you time and tokens when creating

0:55t-shirt designs. I don't know about you,

0:57but I've never been good at coming up

0:58with my own AI design prompts. I also

1:01don't always know which AI model is best

1:03for the design I'm trying to create. And

1:05sometimes the designs I generate don't

1:06look anything like what I envisioned in

1:08my head. This results in a lot of trial

1:10and error when creating designs, which

1:12is both time-conuming and costly since

1:14you're using AI tokens with every new

1:16design generation. So, while AI is meant

1:18to make creating designs quick and easy,

1:20sometimes it can feel overwhelming,

1:22timeconuming, and expensive. Can you

1:24relate? Agentic AI was created to solve

1:26these problems. It's KD's new done for

1:28you way to create with AI and it

1:30simplifies the entire process. You just

1:33describe what you want in a few words

1:35and KD handles the rest. No prompting

1:37skills, no settings to learn. And this

1:40works for both images and videos. It

1:42takes the technical part off your plate.

1:44It picks the AI model for you. It writes

1:46the full prompt from just a few words

1:48and sets the size and settings, then

1:50gives you a finished design. Think of

1:52Aentic AI like having a creative

1:54director on call. It'll reduce overwhelm

1:56by making decisions for you. It saves

1:58time since you no longer need to create

2:00complex prompts and saves you tokens on

2:02both ends since you're not spending

2:04tokens to have AI write a complex

2:06prompt. And you're not burning KD AI

2:08tokens regenerating your images because

2:11the prompt was too vague or you picked

2:12the wrong AI model. All right, now that

2:14you know what agentic AI is, let me show

2:16you three ways that you can use it to

2:18create trendy original designs in

2:20seconds. Way one I call the quick and

2:22easy way. Step one is to go to KD,

2:24select AI hub on the lefth hand menu,

2:27then tap Aentic AI. Step two is to input

2:30a simple prompt. I just said a t-shirt

2:32design for female book lovers. Step

2:34three, tap generate. In about 45

2:36seconds, it created this design for me

2:38from the first prompt. Check out how

2:39good this looks. And it incorporates a

2:41number of design trends. We have these

2:43cottagecore elements with all the

2:44plants, boho mystical elements with the

2:47moon and the stars. It has a really nice

2:49color combo with the muted pink, purple,

2:51and khaki colors. And this font pairing

2:54works really well and actually looks

2:55like a lot of trendy designs I see in my

2:57research. I literally just typed these

3:00seven words in simple English. I didn't

3:02do anything else. Didn't have to choose

3:04the AI model. I didn't have to explain

3:06the design layout or spacing. And I

3:08didn't have to use AI to write me a

3:10prompt. And if I click on the design on

3:12the right, I can tap prompt details. and

3:14it shows me this super detailed prompt

3:16that it wrote for me from my simple

3:18sevenword prompt. It also automatically

3:20chose the chat GBT image to model for me

3:22which happens to be my personal favorite

3:24AI model right now for textbased

3:26designs. And now we have this beautiful

3:28finished design that's ready to be added

3:30to print on demand products. From here I

3:32could export this design as is or make

3:34any other changes by tapping the design

3:36going to the prompt box and inputting

3:38another simple prompt. Now you might be

3:40thinking cool can't any normal AI do

3:43this? Let's find out. Back in KD, I'm

3:45going to use the exact same simple

3:47seven-word prompt, but this time I'm not

3:49going to use Aentic. I'll select Nano

3:51Banana Pro as the AI model, which is

3:53really popular for creating t-shirt

3:54designs. I'll go ahead and tap generate.

3:56And this is what it came up with. It

3:58didn't understand my simple prompt

4:00nearly as well. And it didn't even

4:01create a finished t-shirt design for me.

4:04This is more like a mockup with a design

4:06on it. So now for this example, I'm

4:08forced to continue prompting it, taking

4:10more time and costing more tokens with

4:12every generation. And yes, sometimes

4:14this way can work, but Aentic AI

4:17understood my prompt much better. And

4:19the Agentic design actually looks like

4:21it was made for a t-shirt. While this

4:22Nano Banana Pro example just looks like

4:24a mockup. All right, now that you know

4:26the quick and easy way to use Agentic

4:27AI, let me show you a second way I call

4:29the strategic way. And this is how I

4:31strongly prefer to use it. Anytime I'm

4:33creating new designs, I always start

4:35with design research. This allows you to

4:38give AI examples of actual bestsellers

4:41that it can then use as inspiration to

4:43create original designs for your niche.

4:44And by creating validated designs

4:47inspired by what people are buying right

4:49now, your designs are much more likely

4:50to sell. For the strategic way, I'm

4:52going to start by hopping into Etsy,

4:54which is one of my favorite places for

4:55design research. I know that dopamine

4:57style designs are super trendy and

4:59selling like crazy in 2026. So, I just

5:01searched the term striped shirt,

5:02filtered by bestseller. So, I'm only

5:04seeing designs that are actually selling

5:06right now. Here, we can see a bunch of

5:08bestselling designs. And using Everbe,

5:10we can see that many of these are very

5:11new, which is exactly what you want to

5:13see when trend spotting. This one here

5:15is 1 month old, 2 months, 1 month, 2

5:18months, 1 month, 1 month, 2 months, 2

5:20months, 1 month, 1 month, 2 months, 2

5:23months. I think you get the idea. I want

5:25to use Aentic AI to create a t-shirt

5:27design for Christians inspired by a

5:29bestselling dopamine design. So, let's

5:31check this one out. This has the

5:33bestseller badge. It's currently in over

5:3520 cards and Everbe estimates that it's

5:38sold 96 times in just 2 months. So,

5:40let's use this design as inspiration. To

5:42do that, I'm going to tap this product

5:44image. So, for the strategic way to use

5:46Aentic AI, step one is to take a

5:48screenshot of the design that you want

5:50AI to use as inspiration. Step two, I'll

5:52hop back into KD, go to AIHub, and make

5:55sure that Aentic AI is selected. Step

5:57three, I'll upload the screenshot and

5:59input a super simple prompt. I just

6:01said, "A t-shirt designed for Christians

6:03inspired by this design. Make the fish

6:05three colorful sardines." I added in the

6:07second line because I don't want AI to

6:09copy the exact illustration from the

6:11reference image. I want to take

6:13inspiration, but I still want it to be

6:14original. Next, I'll tap generate. And

6:17just like that, now we have this trendy

6:18dopamine style design for the Christian

6:20niche. I'm really happy with this. I

6:22love the bright dopamine style color

6:24combo, the big bold stripes, and the

6:27quote it chose. And again, no

6:28complicated prompts. I didn't have to

6:30choose any AI model. And now we have

6:32this beautiful finished design that's

6:35ready to be added to a print on demand

6:36t-shirt created from a super simple

6:3815-word prompt. Now, we're going to keep

6:40building on this design. And I'll show

6:42you what that finished design looks like

6:44on a trendy t-shirt shortly. But before

6:46I do that, let me show you a third way

6:48to use Agentic AI for t-shirt designs.

6:51Way number one was the quick and easy

6:53way. Way number two was the strategic

6:55way. Way number three, I'm calling the

6:57variance way. So let's say that you

6:59created a design or you saw a

7:01best-selling design that you really

7:02liked. And you want to create multiple

7:04original variations of that design. You

7:07could turn those variations into a

7:08collection. You could test all three to

7:10see which sells best. Or you could just

7:12pick your favorite and just sell that

7:14one. So, let's use Agentic AI to create

7:17multiple t-shirt design variations

7:19insanely fast. Back in KD, I went to our

7:21Christian t-shirt design. This colorful

7:24dopamine style aesthetic works really

7:25well for the Christian niche and it's

7:27really trendy. But now, I want to make

7:29some variations of this design and then

7:31choose my favorite to add to a t-shirt.

7:33To do that, step one is to tap the

7:35design. Step two, I'm going to select

7:36the prompt box. Make sure that a gentic

7:38is selected and again, I'll just input a

7:40simple prompt. I just said three

7:42variations of this t-shirt design. We'll

7:44go ahead and tap generate. And check

7:46this out. In 60 seconds, it created

7:48three different variations of this

7:49design for me. Let's say now that I want

7:51to make it even more different than the

7:53original reference image. So, I'm going

7:55to get rid of those stars and change

7:56them out for solid lines. To do that,

7:58step one, I'll tap the original design.

8:01Step two, I'll select the prompt box.

8:02And let's get rid of this last prompt.

8:04I'll make sure that Aentic AI is

8:06selected, and I'll input a new simple

8:08prompt. I just had three unique

8:09variations of this t-shirt design with

8:11solid stripes instead of stars. Let's go

8:13ahead and tap generate. And check it

8:15out. Now we have three different

8:16variations with the solid stripes

8:18instead of the stars. This first design

8:20here is definitely my favorite of them

8:22all. So I'm going to move forward with

8:24this design. But let's say that you

8:25liked it and you just want to see what

8:27it would look like in a couple different

8:28layouts. To do that, step one is tap the

8:30design. Step two, I'm going to go down

8:32to the prompt box. Delete the last

8:34prompt. As always, I have a Gendic AI

8:37selected and I'm going to input a new

8:38prompt asking for a couple different

8:40layouts. I just said three variations of

8:42this t-shirt design. Keep the idea, but

8:44be creative and create three different

8:46layouts. I'll tap generate. Now I have

8:48all these different variations to choose

8:49from. And creating these was insanely

8:52quick and simple. All right, now you

8:53know what a Gentic AI is. How to use it

8:56in three different ways to create trendy

8:57original designs. Now let me show you a

8:59third way and that is how to use it to

9:01create listing ready product images. So,

9:03let's say out of all these different

9:05variants, this one is our favorite and

9:07you want to sell it on Shopify, Etsy,

9:09Amazon, or whichever print on demand

9:10platform you use, but we want some

9:12product images for this design and not

9:14just the generic images provided by our

9:16print on demand company. So, let's do

9:18that. Step one, tap the design that you

9:20want to use. And I'm actually just going

9:22to move all these other ones out of the

9:23way. Step two, I'll select the prompt

9:25box, delete the last prompt, make sure

9:27Aendentic AI is selected, and input a

9:29new prompt. And this prompt is a bit

9:31longer, but I'm still using super simple

9:33English. I just said, "Give me four

9:35images of this exact design for my

9:37Shopify listing on a Comfort Color 1717

9:39t-shirt in the color ivory. Hex code

9:42FFF7E7.

9:44Keep the design size and placement the

9:46same on each image. Include at least one

9:48flatlay mockup and at least one mockup

9:51of a woman wearing the t-shirt." Let's

9:53go ahead and tap generate. And these are

9:54the first four images that it generated

9:56in less than a minute. And these are

9:58pretty good, but I want a few more

9:59options to choose from. So, I'm going to

10:01run the exact same prompt. I'm just

10:02going to select that design again, go

10:04down to the prompt box, and without

10:06making any changes, I'm just going to

10:07tap generate. And check this out. Now,

10:09we have eight product images to choose

10:11from. And I don't know if you caught

10:12this, but check this out. These product

10:14images actually have the comfort colors

10:16neck label, making them even more

10:18realistic. But the reason I created more

10:20product images than I actually need is

10:22because AI is not perfect, and it won't

10:24always get it right. For example, I

10:26really like this folded flatlay here,

10:28but the design is too high and looks

10:30really close to the collar compared to

10:32these other product images. The design

10:34is also smaller on the shirt than the

10:36other product images. So, to change

10:37this, I have a few options. First, I

10:40could just rerun the prompt. Second, I

10:42could reprompt this specific mockup to

10:44fix it. Or third, I could just not use

10:46it. It's important that the sizing and

10:47the placement of your mockups looks

10:49consistent. And I'm going to want to

10:50make sure that they match up with the

10:52sizing and placement in Printify. But

10:54overall, these are super good and I can

10:56definitely choose some of these to use

10:57in my listing. Best of all, I just have

10:59to prompt AI with very simple English.

11:01Like I was asking my creative director

11:03to do everything for me. And now I have

11:05everything to sell this t-shirt online.

11:07To export the design I want to use, I'm

11:08just going to select the design. From

11:10here, I can tap the drop down. I can

11:12upscale the design to make it bigger to

11:14make sure it doesn't turn out blurry or

11:15pixelated. Next, I'm going to remove the

11:17background. I'll drag it onto this

11:19artboard. And I'm just going to resize

11:21it so that the entire design fits in the

11:23artboard. If everything looks good, just

11:25tap export and download this as a PNG

11:27file with a transparent background.

11:29Next, for the product images, I can just

11:31select whichever ones I want to use. I

11:33just tap shift and selected the mockups.

11:35And I'll just tap quick export. I'll

11:37save these in a JPEG format and tap

11:39export. Now I can hop into Printify. I

11:41selected the Comfort Color 1717 t-shirt

11:44in the color ivory. Let's drag the

11:46design onto the mockup. From here, I can

11:48adjust the sizing or the placement of

11:49the design so that it looks like the

11:51product images I created in KD. I'll go

11:53ahead and tap preview to see a realistic

11:55image of the shirt. If everything looks

11:56good, go ahead and tap save product.

11:58Here in the mockup library, I can use

12:00these mockups provided by Printify. I

12:02can use their built-in AI generated

12:04feature. But I want to use the product

12:06images I created in KD. So to do that,

12:08I'm just going to tap my uploads and

12:09upload those images. Next, on the

12:11product details page here, we can see

12:13the mockups I have from KD. You can

12:15always add more here. But lastly, I'd

12:17fill out these listing details and then

12:18I'd have Printify publish this to

12:20Shopify, Etsy, Amazon, or whichever

12:22platform you're selling on. We are

12:24living in the golden age of design,

12:26mockup, and video creation. And although

12:28AI, including Aentic AI, is not perfect.

12:30It's never been faster, easier, or

12:32cheaper to create highquality,

12:34professional, and realistic product

12:36images and videos for printon-demand

12:39products. FYI, you can try this Aentic

12:41AI featuring KD for free. Or if you want
