0:00your UGC videos suck. And this is

0:02exactly how you can go from sucking to

0:04making a ton of money with making

0:06content for brands without even having

0:08to post on your own account or even

0:10having to do Tik Tok shop. This is

0:12called being a smart retainer creator.

0:14And in this video, I'm going to go over

0:16the top videos in my brand Riken's uh ad

0:19account from creators who are making

0:20content for us. Now, there's like a

0:22graph here. You can see like all this

0:24content over the last couple of weeks.

0:26And I'm basically just going to be going

0:27through why most of the videos that

0:30you're probably making hoping that they

0:32work aren't working because there is a

0:34structure behind every single video that

0:36gets actually approved and makes a ton

0:38of money. And it has to be clear. You

0:40have to understand what goes into these

0:41videos so you can go ahead and make

0:43them. And this doesn't matter if you're

0:44just filming, you know, UGC or making AI

0:47content. It doesn't there's no boundary,

0:50right? any sort of content that a brand

0:52runs as an ad is exactly structured in

0:55this format. So before we get into it,

0:57let's just go ahead and look at some of

0:59these like top videos that we have here.

1:00Right? So this one right here is an AI

1:03video that one of our AI editors

1:04generated. And I'm just going to go

1:06ahead and play it for you so you can go

1:07ahead and see what this is all about.

1:10>> This is day [music]

1:1131 of walking 10,000 steps every day in

1:15my Reichen weighted vest. I started

1:17because my doctor told me I had early

1:20signs of osteoporosis. She said I needed

1:23weightbearing exercise, but never told

1:26me walking alone wasn't enough. Your

1:28bones [music] need real load to respond.

1:31A flat walk doesn't create it. That's

1:34what this changes. Every step now has

1:37weight behind it. Your bones have no

1:40choice but to respond. Same walk,

1:43completely different signal. It's filled

1:45with iron sand, so it sits flush against

1:49your body. No shifting, no bouncing,

1:52actually comfortable. Day 31, and I feel

1:56stronger than I did at 40. The days I

1:59walk without it, I feel like I'm not

2:02protecting myself. Reichen has a sale

2:05going on right now. Some weights sell

2:08out fast. Check if yours is still

2:09available. Not sure which weight? Get 10

2:12to 20% of your body weight. This one is

2:1613% of mine. 30-day money back

2:19guarantee. If [music] it doesn't feel

2:21different, send it back. I don't think

2:23you will.

2:24>> Okay, so that was an AI video. Now, the

2:27structure of that video is very similar

2:28to like this video.

2:29>> I just realized I need to return this

2:30way invest. And it's not because of the

2:32quick release.

2:32>> And that's a real UC creator. So, I'm

2:34going to go [clears throat] through the

2:35kind of four sections as to what makes a

2:38winning video, right? Number one is

2:40feeling, right? you need to make someone

2:42feel something before they think

2:43anything because again this hook the

2:45first 3 seconds of any sort of video um

2:48is again the only time that you have

2:50someone when they're stopping when

2:52you're trying to stop their scroll

2:53they're going down they're going down

2:54they're going down oh they see your

2:55video you need them to be able to stop

2:56for at least 3 seconds right now some

2:59people they scroll instantly so you

3:01don't have that time so again around 40%

3:03of the uh 40% of people if they stay

3:06anything over about 25% is good but

3:08around 40 to 50% is where you really

3:10want to And the metric we call a hook

3:12rate, right? So if you look at some of

3:15these ads,

3:16>> I just realized I need

3:19thumb stop, right? That's what the hook

3:21rate is. That's what I'm talking about

3:22is this metric that says 30% of people

3:24who watched up until 3 seconds was how

3:27many people out of all the people who

3:28watched the video. In this case, 30% of

3:30people, which is pretty good, right?

3:31This could be better. But now again, you

3:34need to make somebody feel something,

3:35right? You don't want to open with a

3:37claim like this is the best weighted

3:39vest or you're never going to buy

3:41another weighted vest again. Doesn't

3:43really make sense, right? Because why

3:44does somebody care about weighted vests,

3:47right? You need to make them feel

3:48something, right? Emotions are the

3:50reason or people buy things because uh

3:53they see themselves, which is what we're

3:54about to talk about in the identity

3:56section. But they see themselves as this

3:58type of person. That's why they're going

4:00to buy it. And feeling is a big part of

4:01that, right? you feel like you go to the

4:04gym because it makes you feel good,

4:05right? Whatever it is. Um, and the other

4:08one, the other AI UGC video, this one

4:10right here, I'll play it again.

4:11>> This is day 31 of walking 10,000 steps.

4:15>> This is day 31 of walking 10,000 steps

4:17every day with my recording weighted

4:19vest. This uh spikes curiosity, right?

4:22Um, curiosity is something that opens a

4:24loop in your mind, right? When somebody

4:26says, "This is day 31, walking 10,000

4:28steps with weighted vest," you're like,

4:29"Oh [ __ ] what's going to happen?" like

4:31what happens, right? You want to close

4:33this loop, right? It starts here by, you

4:35know, stating that um uh stating that

4:38curiosity hook and then it ends when she

4:41answers the question. Okay, so that's

4:43the feeling kind of portion of it. Now,

4:45the identity again you like for example

4:48in the AIGC she's talking about my

4:50doctor recommended this to me to you

4:52know help with my early signs of

4:53osteoporosis, right? This speaks to the

4:56identity of the type of person, right?

4:58Because the identity is something that

5:00you know you cannot shift someone's

5:02identity. Somebody already believes this

5:04is the type of person they are. They're

5:06the type of person who takes care of

5:07their bone density. They're the type of

5:08person that listens to their doctor.

5:09They're the type of person who takes

5:11care of their health, right? Um in

5:13Bailey's video, the one where he's

5:14walking on the street, he's like, "I

5:15need to return this wavy vest. It's not

5:16because it has this, not because of

5:17that. No, no, no. It's not because any

5:19of that. It's cuz I should have bought

5:20it at a different time." So again,

5:22you're speaking to the identity of

5:23somebody who is looking for the best

5:25deal. So these videos are speaking to

5:26different identities, but they're

5:27effectively selling the same product. So

5:29that's the identity. And you know, you

5:31cannot skip this part. I can't stress

5:32that enough. If you are not speaking to

5:34specifically somebody and who they

5:36identify themselves as, like you need to

5:38be able to say it in an I am statement,

5:41you know, I am the person who looks for

5:43the best deal. I am the person who takes

5:45care of my bone density. And your script

5:47should speak to that type of person,

5:49right? That's what the identity is

5:50really important on. Now logic, right?

5:52You need to justify the feeling. turn

5:54every feature into something that they'd

5:56actually notice day-to-day using your

5:58product. Right? They don't care about

5:59the actual product itself for what it's

6:01going to do for them. Right? Now,

6:02logic-wise,

6:04you need to um stack you need to

6:06actually give people a logical reason.

6:09People uh they they they purchase off of

6:11emotion, right? And then they justify it

6:14with logic. So, you need to understand

6:16that logic doesn't come first. You don't

6:18be like, "Oh, this is a great deal. Buy

6:20it today." Right? Those type of ads are

6:22really bottom funnel. This is more so

6:24talking about like top of funnel,

6:25middleunnel ads, right? Because this is

6:26really how you can reach a broad

6:28audience, right? It's easy to say, "Oh

6:30my god, it's 50% off and retarget all

6:32your customers who are already buying

6:33the product." That's not what this, you

6:34know, kind of content is about. That's

6:36truly going to drive you, you know,

6:37generational amounts of money for

6:39yourself. So logic, right? Give them

6:40permission. Talk about the science of

6:42our product. For example, we talk about

6:44how there's studies done on, you know,

6:46weighted cardio and resistance training

6:47and how it obviously does change your

6:50body, right? whether it's uh burning

6:52more calories or uh improving your bone

6:54density. So, you need to speak to the

6:56logic, right? You don't want to sell

6:57some gimmicky product. You're like, "Oh

6:58my god, you know, [ __ ] it's just this

7:01really cool hoodie." It's like, "Okay,

7:03like what is the hoodie about?" Right?

7:04If you look at comfort, they talk about

7:05how it helps with your mental health. It

7:07helps you feel, you know, obviously

7:09safe. Uh you know, really all these

7:11things. So, again, like that is the

7:12logic as to why somebody buys comfort,

7:14right? They want to support their mental

7:16health by having like this weighted

7:17hoodie. They're not just saying, "Oh, it

7:19has 100 count thread or whatever it is."

7:21That's not the reason someone's buying,

7:22right? Maybe they like the color, maybe

7:23they don't, but at the end of the day,

7:25the logic is what kind of drives

7:26somebody over the edge. Now, the CTA is

7:29very simple. You know, click down below

7:30to get this deal before it, you know, it

7:32goes away. What we do a lot for our CTAs

7:34is we tell people to click below to

7:36learn more and then we send them to a

7:38listical. We send them to an avitorial.

7:39We send them to a quizunnel, right? We

7:41basically tell them what to do at the

7:43end of the video. And that's what a CTA

7:45is. You don't need to make this, you

7:47know, crazy. Make sure that you guys

7:49like screenshot this or save it

7:50somewhere because this, you don't want

7:52to put the CTA first. Obviously, that

7:53wouldn't make sense, right? Shop now in

7:55the beginning of the video doesn't make

7:56sense, right? You want to start with,

7:58you know, rehashing that feeling or

7:59really getting somebody to feel

8:00something about the video. You want to

8:02identify who this type of uh product,

8:05who this type of video is for based on

8:06the product you're selling, right? Based

8:07on the the marketing angle that you

8:09have. And then you want to justify with

8:10logic and then you want to convert them.

8:12Very simple structure. Now in the hook,

8:14as I said, this is the most important

8:16part. This is the beginning, right? This

8:17is the feeling that you in uh that you

8:19instill into them. So there's different

8:21kind of ways that you can put a hook,

8:22right? For example, the transformation

8:24confession. So I did this for 6 weeks

8:25and everyone keeps asking me what I

8:27change, right? Day 31, walking 10,000

8:29steps a day with a weighted vest. That's

8:30the transformation, right? That's again

8:32really getting somebody to think about,

8:34okay, getting I'm curious what's going

8:35to happen next, right? Um the mythbuster

8:39reframe, right? This is another good

8:40one. It's not the gym, it's not the

8:41cardio, it's this, right? Um, I can't

8:43believe more people don't know about

8:45this, right? These are really good myth

8:46kind of hooks. These are really good

8:48kind of like broad audience hooks.

8:50Direct call out. If you used to run and

8:51your knees won't let you anymore, this

8:53is for you. Right? I used to run an ad

8:54for my marketing agency. Ecom brand

8:56owners looking to scale. Do not skip

8:58this ad. Direct call out. Being very

9:00specific. Are you a roofing uh are you

9:03looking for more roofing clients? Right?

9:04Obviously, people who have a roofing

9:06business are looking for more roofing

9:07clients. it's going to make more sense

9:08to them if they hear that in the

9:10beginning um than than talking about all

9:12these features and benefits of your

9:13service. No one cares about that, right?

9:15Uh skeptic to a believer. I thought this

9:16was a gimmick until this. Right? I

9:19didn't believe the viral trend until

9:21this. Right? Third party observation. My

9:23girlfriend asked what I've been doing

9:25differently. Right? My uh wife keeps

9:28ordering these these products on Amazon,

9:30so I decided to look at what they are.

9:31Right? These are, you know, you're

9:33you're basically using someone else's

9:34authority, right? in your position to,

9:37you know, bring this out in the video in

9:38the hook. Um, and then there's like

9:40pattern interrupts, right? This is

9:41really good. I did this so much on

9:43TikTok organic a couple years ago where

9:45I would show something crazy in the

9:47beginning of the video, right? Uh, if I

9:49find some, I'll pop them up on the

9:50screen here, like, you know, was wearing

9:51like a Spider-Man mask or, you know,

9:53putting some [ __ ] lotion on the

9:55product so people get [ __ ] visually

9:56engaged into this, right? So, again, the

9:59pattern interrupt. They're scrolling,

10:00scrolling, scrolling. You need something

10:02crazy either, you know, being said uh or

10:04being shown to really interrupt that

10:06scroll, right? Uh you need to again

10:09focus on one hook at a time to master

10:11this and then you can start mixing them

10:12as time goes on. Now, if you're making

10:14UGC videos and any any videos for brands

10:16and they're not actually running them as

10:18ads, number one, you're probably not

10:19working with the right brand. Number

10:21two, maybe you're just your videos

10:22aren't good. Maybe they've seen, you

10:24know, the videos that you made in the

10:25past and you're not changing anything,

10:27right? If you want different results,

10:29you need to change. And this is the

10:30whole reason I'm making this video

10:31because if you don't understand how to

10:34actually structure your videos, brands

10:36aren't going to run them for you.

10:37Whether you're doing Tik Tok shop,

10:38whether you're doing tribe, right? It

10:39doesn't really matter if you're working

10:40with a brand directly. I I see this a

10:42lot. You know, we have hundreds of

10:43videos that get submitted to us every

10:45single week. And when something doesn't

10:46work, we just straight up tell a creator

10:48like, "Dude, look, I don't think this is

10:49going to work for this reason, right?

10:50Let's go ahead and revise the hook.

10:52Let's go ahead and be a little bit more

10:53specific on who we're targeting in this

10:55video so we're not just targeting

10:56everybody." Um, and again, that is is is

10:59the the easiest part for you because

11:01you're the one making the video, right?

11:02Obviously, stay away from guaranteed

11:04claims, weight loss claims, um,

11:06financial claims, right? Anything that

11:08would get your ad disapproved. Easiest

11:11way to figure this out is take your

11:12video script and

11:15uh, throw it into Claude, right? Throw

11:16it into Chat GBT and ask it, "Hey, would

11:19this video be compliant with Facebook

11:21ads policy?" Right? very simple, very

11:23simple, easy thing to do. If some of the

11:25language you use is not going to be

11:27compliant, change that language. Ask,

11:29"Hey, can we change that language?"

11:30Whatever it is. Um, you know, again,

11:33very simple. Um, before and afters,

11:36especially with weight loss, do not

11:39work. Don't show yourself 100 lbs

11:40heavier. Now you're [ __ ] 20 lbs

11:42lighter. Doesn't make sense, right?

11:44That's directly against Facebook ads

11:46policy. Um, just again your video

11:48structure is more important than what

11:50you uh your your video structure is very

11:52important but again don't make claims

11:55you know don't work with the wrong

11:56brands number one. Um you know if you're

11:58working with the wrong brand they're not

11:59spending enough money on ads. Even if

12:00you make the best videos they're not

12:02going to run them. Um then again your

12:04videos may just suck. Maybe you're

12:05working with a good brand and maybe your

12:06videos suck. So you need to really look

12:08at these things and um you know

12:10pronounce the brand name right. Talk

12:12about the facts of the product right.

12:13Actually educate yourself right? The

12:15best creators and the best editors are

12:17the ones who do their own research. I

12:19cannot stress this enough. If you aren't

12:21going on Reddit, if you're not

12:22[clears throat] reading the comments, if

12:23you're not even like, you know, in tune

12:25with the product, how can you expect to

12:27sell it? You need to yourself be an

12:29expert. You need to yourself know the

12:31market that you're selling to, right?

12:32Because you cannot create demand in a

12:33market. You can only shift the demand

12:35from what it where it currently is into

12:37people wanting to buy this product again

12:39through the structure that we're talking

12:40about. So, the one winner, right? This

12:43is like the the holy grail and you can

12:45kind of see it here, right? Um in the in

12:48the tribe in our tribe dashboard, right?

12:50Like there's clear outlier videos like

12:53this video, this video, you know, this

12:55image, like these are all clear outliers

12:56as to what's working in comparison to

12:58all the other stuff down here. These are

12:59like marginal differences. These are

13:02massive differences up here. So, how do

13:04you get to these kind of videos where

13:05they're making tens of thousands of

13:06dollars, if not hundreds of thousands?

13:07Well, you need to focus on the rule of

13:10one. Okay, remember this. Every ad you

13:14make, right, for any brand on Tik Tok

13:16shop, tribe, whatever it is, it should

13:17have three things, right? One message,

13:20one angle, and one desire that you

13:22target. You cannot mix 10 angles in one

13:24ad. Talk to military people and then

13:26talk to stay at home moms and then talk

13:28to soccer players. It won't work, right?

13:31So focus your video on the one marketing

13:33angle that you're you're talking about,

13:35the one message you're talking about and

13:37the one desire that you are targeting to

13:40customers that they already have. Right?

13:43Very simple. Do not complicate this. Um

13:46but when you sit down to record or sit

13:47down to edit, make sure that you know if

13:50you want to create winners that you are

13:52focusing on this rule of one, right? So

13:54for example, right? Say we're targeting

13:56people who uh have or you know they want

13:59to improve their bone density. So the

14:01angle that I'm going to make the video

14:02around is people who are dealing with

14:04low bone density, right? The message

14:06that I give them is that resistance

14:08training is improving your bone density

14:11over time, right? And the desire is

14:14somebody that has this desire of I want

14:16to improve my bone density, right? I

14:19want to be healthy as I age, right? I

14:21want to um stay healthy as I get older,

14:24right? So these are the rule of ones for

14:27this kind of a video that's talking

14:28about bone density. So you need to

14:30really make sure that you're focusing

14:33your videos on that. And then again,

14:35each other video that you make, if you

14:36have one that works, right? Don't just

14:39sit there and copy it. Don't just sit

14:40there and make 10 different uh

14:42variations of that video tomorrow

14:44because yes, you can do that, but don't

14:46do that every day. Go out and make the

14:48same structured video, right? the same

14:51uh the same hook, the same logic, right?

14:54The same features of the product. Make

14:55the same concept of video, but make it

14:57for a different marketing angle. Because

14:59how you scale truthfully is that you

15:01have thousands of videos, right, that

15:03you've made, but they're all targeting

15:05different angles, right? Maybe they use

15:06the same format, maybe they use the same

15:08structure of video, but they're

15:09targeting different angles. Maybe

15:10instead of talking about bone density,

15:11you talk about the comparison, right?

15:13People who already are in the market for

15:15this product, and you're just they're

15:16comparing their options, right? Maybe

15:18you're talking to people in the

15:19military. Maybe you're talking to people

15:20who got into a boating accident, right?

15:22So, these are all different angles,

15:24right? Different desires, but

15:25effectively you're using that same

15:26winning format that either somebody else

15:28created or that you created. So, now

15:30that you know what a good video looks

15:32like, right? You've got the structure,

15:33you've got the hook types, you

15:35understand what actually gets your

15:37videos to be ran and make thousands of

15:38dollars. That's what most people miss.

15:40That's what they don't understand. And

15:42the two things that I can't give you

15:44from this is obviously which angles that

15:47you need to actually make for a brand to

15:50actually get it to convert and whether

15:52the one that you made is good enough to

15:53run. And that's exactly why I created

15:55the Riking training program for my own

15:57e-commerce brand where I basically bring

15:59you in into my company and I give you

16:01all the angles. I give you all the

16:02scripts. I give you the feedback every

16:04single day on how to make your videos

16:06better because I actually run your

16:07videos as ads. I know it's surprising,

16:09right? I have a brand and I'm running

16:10ads because that's why we're successful

16:12at the end of the day. So, if you want

16:14to actually work with us, whether you're

16:15an AI editor, whether you're a UGC

16:17creator, you can completely work with us

16:19on a full, you know, day-to-day basis

16:21for $0 right now. Basically, how it

16:23works. So, if you're a UGC creator or

16:26you're an editor and you want to

16:27actually work with a brand who, you

16:28know, values you as a person, right? We

16:30pay out thousands of dollars every

16:32single week to creators to make content

16:34for our brand. and we're going to be

16:35taking that to tens of thousands if not

16:37hundreds of thousands of dollars a day

16:38in this next year by the summer of 2027.

16:41So, we just scaled this brand from zero

16:43to over a million dollars in sales in

16:45the last couple of months. And that is

16:47the goal with this is to be doing

16:48million-dollar months by this time next

16:50year. And to do that, we need a lot of

16:52creators. We need a lot of content. I

16:54started my e-commerce brand at the

16:56beginning of this year in February. And

16:57since February, we've done over a

16:59million dollars in sales. And for us to

17:01get to from doing, you know, two 300k a

17:03month to two three million dollars a

17:05month, we need tons of content. We need

17:07basically 10x the amount of content that

17:08we're currently doing. So if you are

17:10interested in working with my e-commerce

17:12brand, make videos and get paid for

17:13them, this opportunity is for you. Can't

17:16bring on thousands of people to do this

17:17because it is a really quality and

17:19intensive process to actually review

17:21videos, launch them, give you the

17:23feedback, and help you improve. So, for

17:25the next 20 people who are watching this

17:27video and are actually interested in

17:28working with my brand, I'll bring you on

17:30completely train you, give you every

17:32single thing that you need to succeed,

17:33including the scripts of videos,

17:34including the feedback to actually, you

17:36know, what to do once you do make videos

17:38and they're getting sales or they're not

17:39getting sales. And all that you need to

17:40do is make 50 pieces of content to get

17:42paid $1,000 or the commission on the

17:44sales that your videos generate,

17:46whatever is higher. This opportunity is

17:48completely free. All you need to do is

17:49click the link in the description down

17:51below and if I do believe that you're a

17:52good fit, I'll give you the opportunity

17:54to go ahead and start working with my

17:55team. But anyways guys, I'm very

17:56interested in seeing your success. I'm

17:58very interested in seeing your skills as

18:00a creator developing cuz at the end of

18:01the day, this game is all about skills.

18:03If you do not have a skill, you will not

18:05make money. And if you guys like this

18:06video, make sure you drop a like on it

18:08down below and I'll see you guys in the

18:09next one. Peace.
