0:03here is what I'm doing in order to wire
0:06up the batteries I've got eight of them
0:09so far another way to be in the process
0:13of being made but I got these
0:17distribution blocks they put two red
0:20leads into each one and we have some
0:25huge holes for the zero gauge wire I'm
0:27thinking of putting two strands of this
0:29because this is rated at 240 but could
0:34handle a peak of 400 but I'm thinking
0:36that if I'd that's why I got more cable
0:39so that I could possibly double it up
0:40and just to give it that extra helping
0:44hand so that's going to slit down all of
0:47these cables into the eight batteries
0:49which I'll show you later
0:50once I wire it all together so this is
0:56just the initial set up for batteries
0:59here you can fit another one down the
1:01side so you can fit a maximum of 18 as I
1:04had originally measured which is quite
1:06good and say I've got got a joint I've
1:10got a connection box in there just wired
1:11up crudely for now connecting straight
1:14up to points here
1:23so what I've just discovered is this
1:29little part where there was two red
1:31wires it was actually one was 12 volt so
1:36the charging system that went in here
1:38must have had an inverter on it that
1:40converted things to 12 so what I've done
1:42for now is put a 14 5 to 12 volt
1:44converter just watched everything
1:47together in there and just connected
1:51that for now just to see what happens so
1:53as you can see I know that some blown
1:58fuses everywhere because I realized I
2:00was actually putting 48 volts in it into
2:05the system so maybe I've blown a relay
2:07or something because that's flashing
2:08really fast or it might just need
2:10another fuse replacing somewhere to but
2:16it's all working I can turn the blower
2:18on
2:20without it going pop this time and and
2:26the lights I can turn that on and we
2:35have 12 volt system working it goes
