0:00Are you tired of failing your tier test?

0:01Well, in this video, I'm going to give

0:02you a full breakdown on how to get low

0:04tier three in Crystal PvP. I'll be

0:06covering everything you need to get low

0:07tier three such as mechanics, keybinds,

0:09kit, and game sense techniques. Whether

0:11you're just trying to get low tier three

0:12or even pass eval, if you follow this

0:14guide to the T, I can almost guarantee

0:16you will do better on your [music] next

0:18test. But, enough with the app, let's

0:19get into it.

0:25Your kit is probably one of the most

0:26important things when it comes to eval.

0:27Here is my kit, but what makes it

0:29special? Well, first and most

0:30importantly, always use double blast

0:32prot. If you don't, you're basically

0:33asking to fail. The initial switch can

0:35be pretty hard from prot to double blast

0:36prot, but trust me, you will get used to

0:38it and it is so much better. Next, I use

0:41a knockback two sword. Now, before you

0:43absolutely flame me, let me justify it.

0:45If you don't already know, most tier

0:47twos use knockback two because in holes,

0:49it gives you plenty of advantages such

0:51as being able to hit your opponent onto

0:53a ledge, which can lead to several pops,

0:55hit your opponent far enough away to

0:56spam safe anchors, and lastly, it just

0:58gives your opponent more airtime, which

1:00leads to easier detaps. The switch can

1:02be really weird at first, but it will

1:03help so much in the future. Another

1:05thing that's becoming meta is thorns,

1:07but I don't personally use it unless

1:08it's high tier three plus fights. My kit

1:10also has a little bit of other things

1:11which are nice like all the utilities

1:13you'll need, an extra stack of glowstone

1:14for longer fights, and obviously all the

1:16regular stuff. It also complies with all

1:18tier list rules, so you're good.

1:24As for mechanics, I'm first going to go

1:26over all the basic mechanics you need

1:27just in general to even consider getting

1:29low tier three. First, you need to know

1:30how to detap, anchor, and totem very

1:32consistently. If you manage to get these

1:34down, congrats, you're already at least

1:35low tier four skill. But, there's still

1:37other mechanics that are very useful.

1:38One of my personal favorites being safe

1:40anchoring and obby anchoring. Safe

1:41anchors provide the benefit of being

1:43able to anchor whilst not popping

1:44yourself, but only your opponent. Obby

1:46anchoring is typically only used when

1:47you know you [music] and your opponent

1:48are about to trade safe anchors. If

1:50there's only one mechanic I would

1:51suggest to anyone to get fast at, it's

1:53safe anchoring just because of how

1:54versatile and easy it is. Another

1:56mechanic I would suggest learning is hit

1:58D tap anchoring. Because opponents are

1:59always in double blast prod, they're

2:01basically unable to double pop. This

2:02technique provides a guaranteed way to

2:05always double pop your opponent. It's

2:06also what Dr. Dona uses very frequently

2:08to kill his opponents. And honestly, if

2:10you can do these mechanics really well,

2:12you will be able to get low tier three.

2:13[music] If you want a more in-depth

2:14guide on even more mechanics, check out

2:16my advanced mechanics video. But there

2:18is something we still got to cover.

2:23Game sense is the most important thing

2:25when it comes to your tier test, and it

2:26is more important than mechanics. So,

2:28I'm first going to go over all the game

2:29sense techniques you will need during

2:31your test. First of all, if you're

2:32losing the initial whole fight, don't be

2:33afraid to pearl out to recollect

2:35yourself. The start of a whole fight can

2:36determine the outcome of the round, so

2:38it's important to always [music] have a

2:39good start. This means you should also

2:41slow fall your tester before taking any

2:42holes. Additionally, if you're winning

2:44the initial whole [music] fight and your

2:45tester pearls out to re-gear, take your

2:47time to re-gear as well. You're already

2:49winning, so it's okay to take some time

2:51to re-gear. I've seen so many players

2:52hard aggro their tester when they're

2:54winning and end up taking a bad hole and

2:55losing. Now, another thing to consider

2:57is when you get below eight totems,

2:59>> [music]

2:59>> start using your shield to block

3:00attacks. It's important to switch to a

3:02defensive play style once you're low on

3:03totems, cuz now your objective is to

3:05drain your tester's lead. This means

3:07[music] only taking holes you know

3:08you're going to win, ledge dashing, and

3:10safe anchoring a lot. You want to pop

3:12your testers more times than yourself.

3:14If you have better mechanics than your

3:15tester and you know that, it's okay to

3:17play a bit more aggro. That doesn't mean

3:19to spam anchors and pop yourself. No, I

3:21mean play aggro, but smart. If [music]

3:23you want a deeper insight on how high

3:24tier these play, check the description

3:26on this video where I have a 30-minute

3:28uncut video of pure gameplay you can

3:30study up on. If you also want a free

3:32coaching session from a low tier two,

3:33join my Discord [music] for a chance to

3:35win. But anyways, the general idea when

3:36it comes to your tier test is to play

3:38smart where you pop your tester as much

3:40as possible whilst minimizing the pops

3:42to yourself.

3:47Now look, I'm not expert on key binds.

3:48In fact, here are mine. A lot of people

3:50say they're bad, but I can give you some

3:52tips to make your keybinds way better.

3:54When it comes to detapping and

3:55anchoring, you want them to be on two

3:56different fingers. For example, I press

3:58Q for my obi with my ring finger and E

4:01for my crystal with my index finger.

4:02This means I can switch to my obi and

4:04crystals way faster. Same goes for my

4:06anchoring binds. Now, some keybinds I

4:08see so many people neglect are your

4:10toteming binds. You want your three

4:11keybinds for toteming, which are your

4:12inventory bind, your hot bar totem bind,

4:14and your swap offhand bind. All of these

4:16binds should be on different fingers to

4:18maximize toteming speed.

4:20I have my inventory bind as shift for my

4:22pinky, my hot bar totem is F for my

4:24index, and my offhand totem is my mouse

4:26button. Since they're all three

4:27different fingers, it speeds up my

4:29toteming drastically, but don't copy my

4:31binds. Everyone is different, so find

4:32binds that suit you. All I'm doing is

4:34giving you tips to make your keybinds

4:36better.

4:40Lastly, I'm going to go over a bunch of

4:41general tips that will help you speed up

4:43your training by so much. When it comes

4:45to practicing, always play with your

4:47eval kit. That means 14 totems max,

4:49whether you're playing rekit's whole or

4:50flat. This gets you used to the feeling

4:52of toteming with only 14 totems, which

4:54helps so much during your tier test. As

4:56for mentality, I highly suggest tier

4:58testing on fake tier list to recreate

5:00the feeling of tier testing normally.

5:02This really helped me with my nerves,

5:03and I know it will help you, too. Also,

5:05once your cooldown is up, try testing

5:07immediately after. A lot of players say,

5:09"Oh, I don't want to test unless I'm

5:10sure I'm getting low tier three." But

5:11no, you shouldn't. There isn't any harm

5:13in testing as soon as possible because

5:15you're either going to stay the same

5:16tier you are right now or rank up. And

5:18who knows, you might end up peaking and

5:20get low tier three. Another thing I like

5:21to do when I'm tier testing is I usually

5:23get into a call with some of my friends

5:25that I get some coaching while I'm

5:26testing, and it helps with my nerves.

5:28Finally, the last tip I can give you is

5:30to touch grass. Yes, I mean that.

5:32Sometimes people get way too caught up

5:34in trying to train, and it's important

5:35to remember it's just a video game. So,

5:37if you get heated, go outside and touch

5:39some grass. Anyways, that's it. All of

5:41the things you need to get low tier

5:42three in your next vanilla test. If this

5:44helps in any way, make sure to like and

5:46subscribe. And if you have any

5:47additional questions or want a chance to

5:49get free coaching from a low tier two

5:50and crystal, join up my Discord.

5:52Hopefully, this guide gets you one step

5:54closer to low tier three. Thanks for

5:55watching, and I'll see you next time.
