0:00I just found a faceless YouTube channel
0:02that's making [music] almost $40,000
0:04every single month and it made me
0:05wonder, can I completely recreate
0:07[music] this channel and build the exact
0:09same style of videos using AI but with
0:11one catch, [music] I only have 20
0:13minutes. Can I actually do it? Let's
0:15find out. Hi, I'm a dill. So, if you
0:18want to learn how to automate content
0:19with AI and create a YouTube channel
0:21that can bring you money from scratch
0:23without showing your face or hiring a
0:25team, this video is for you. Today, I'm
0:28going to show you everything from
0:30finding the idea to creating a
0:31completely AI generated film with a
0:33single prompt
0:34>> [music]
0:34>> using two of the most powerful AI tools
0:36in 2026, Claude 3 5 and Kickstart MCP.
0:40This is the combination that will help
0:42you turn your content into real income.
0:45We'll break down the entire workflow
0:47into three simple steps that anyone can
0:49follow even if you're a complete
0:50beginner.
0:51And although a lot of people believe
0:53that YouTube doesn't pay for AI content
0:55anymore, I'm going to show you exactly
0:57how to get your AI channel monetized.
1:00So, make sure to stick around till the
1:02end. Let's get into it. So, as you can
1:04see right here, VidIQ shows that this
1:07channel called Bright Side is making
1:08$39,500
1:10a month which is absolutely insane. A
1:13lot of people say AI channels get
1:15demonetized and that may be true but it
1:18only happens when they bring zero value.
1:20YouTube doesn't care whether your
1:22content was created using AI or not but
1:25[music] what it truly cares about is how
1:27valuable your content really is. This
1:29channel gets billions of views with
1:31simple storytelling, cinematic visuals
1:33and an easy format. If you're thinking,
1:36of course they get high income and
1:37views, look at their subscriber count, I
1:39have great news. Views don't depend on
1:41your subscriber count anymore. If your
1:43content is good enough, the algorithm
1:45pushes it directly to non-subscribers
1:48and even though [music] they started
1:49posting years ago, the educational
1:51explainer format is completely evergreen
1:54and this is exactly what we need. To be
1:56clear, we're borrowing the format, not
1:59the videos. That's the difference
2:00between inspiration and a reused content
2:02strike. Now, let me show you how to turn
2:05this idea into profitable YouTube
2:06channel,
2:07>> [music]
2:07>> even if you're a complete beginner.
2:11Step one, connecting Claude 3 5 and
2:14Hixle MCP. To get started, go to your
2:16browser and search for Hixle AI. If you
2:19don't have an account yet, create one,
2:21then click on MCP and CLI.
2:24Next, copy the installation command
2:26shown here, then open Claude, go to
2:29settings and connectors.
2:31Here, click add custom connector, name
2:34it Hixle field,
2:36paste it URL, and click connect.
2:39Then, go back and switch to Claude code.
2:42We'll be doing the rest of the process
2:43here. Okay, our setup is done. Let's
2:46start the most interesting part.
2:50Once everything is installed, you need
2:52to define what kind of videos you want
2:53to create. The whole secret to getting
2:55paid on YouTube is that your content
2:57provides real value. YouTube loves
2:59videos that bring value to the viewer,
3:02but some niches simply pay more than
3:04others. It's called RPM, how much
3:06YouTube pays you per thousand views. The
3:08three niches with the highest RPM are
3:11>> [music]
3:11>> finance, tech, and educational content.
3:14So, just pick any topic within these
3:16three options. I chose the education
3:18niche, just like Bright Side, the
3:20channel we just saw, because educational
3:22content appeals to everyone and has huge
3:24audience retention, which is [music]
3:25exactly what drives you to monetization.
3:27So, to create a video like this, we need
3:30a script [music] first, but I won't be
3:31writing, searching for topics, or doing
3:34any manual work. Instead, I'm going to
3:36have Claude 3 5 do all the work, and
3:39Hixle MCP generate all the content for
3:41me.
3:42So, Claude 3 5 is Anthropic's newest
3:44model. It just dropped and it's the
3:46smartest one they've ever shipped.
3:47[music]
3:48And Hixle MCP is what connects it to a
3:51full generation engine. Image, video,
3:53voice, all under one roof. Together,
3:56they run as a single stronger system.
3:59So, here I'm going to type
4:02analyze this channel, scenarios, hooks,
4:06and write me a script for a similar
4:08video.
4:09And I'm going to paste in the link of
4:11the channel.
4:13Now, Claude Fabre 5 analyzes the most
4:15viral videos on the Bright Side channel,
4:17the hooks, the video structure, finds
4:20common patterns, and chooses the topic
4:22itself, and writes a ready script for
4:24the entire video.
4:26I like how the script is structured to
4:27grab the viewer's attention from the
4:29very first second. Okay, the script is
4:31ready. Now, let me show you my favorite
4:33part of the entire workflow. With MCP,
4:36you can make 10, 20, or 30-minute videos
4:39and keep the exact same characters and
4:41style throughout the whole clip. With a
4:43single prompt, we're going to generate
4:44the entire video, including the visuals,
4:47editing, and voice-over in just a few
4:49[music] minutes. And later in the video,
4:51I'll show you how to automate the rest
4:53of the process and publish everything to
4:54YouTube. The best part is still ahead.
5:00Now, when YouTube, keeping viewers
5:01engaged requires changing visuals every
5:035 to 10 seconds, which [music] means you
5:05need a lot of different shots and
5:07scenes. So, for a 5-minute video, you'd
5:09normally have to write prompts and
5:11generate clips at least 30 times over.
5:14If anything goes wrong, you have to redo
5:16it, which takes half a day. And that's
5:18without even counting the voice-over.
5:20So, [music] instead of wasting hours on
5:22this boring work, I'm just going to ask
5:24it to make the full video at once.
5:27Make a 5-minute video like on the
5:30reference account
5:31>> [music]
5:31>> using Cines 2.0,
5:341080p for the quality,
5:36and I'm going to say it's going on a
5:37faceless YouTube channel for some
5:39context.
5:41Now, Claude Fabre 5 generates everything
5:44through Pixel MCP. First, it's going to
5:46break down everything into clips, define
5:48the duration of each one. Manually, you
5:50would need to write prompts, [music]
5:52generate clips, and match them to the
5:54audio. And here, all of it is automated.
5:57It handles the voiceover, the music,
5:58[music]
5:59and keeps the exact same visual style
6:01across the entire video. And on top of
6:03that, Claude is also fact-checking,
6:05[music]
6:06doing research if something is missing,
6:08and basically doing all the work for
6:10you, even despite the super simple
6:12prompt where
6:13I didn't specify any of it, really.
6:14[music]
6:15All right, the video's done, and Claude
6:17mode has already created a folder on my
6:19laptop with all the assets.
6:21Let's see how it turned out.
6:23>> See that mountain? In a few hours, it
6:25will erase this entire city, and 2,000
6:28years later, we'll still be digging up
6:30the people who didn't run. This is
6:33Pompeii, and today is your last day
6:36here.
6:38You're a baker's apprentice. It's dawn,
6:40August 24th, 79 AD. You light the oven
6:44like every other morning in a Roman city
6:47of 12,000 people, wedged at the foot of
6:49a volcano that nobody even knows is a
6:52volcano.
6:53Pompeii is loud, rich, and alive.
6:56Fast-food counters on every corner,
6:58election ads painted on the walls, the
7:01city's famous fish sauce ships across
7:03the whole empire. And Vesuvius? Just a
7:07green mountain covered in vineyards.
7:11But the signs are everywhere. Wells have
7:13gone dry. Dogs won't stop barking. Small
7:17tremors rattle the shelves. And nobody
7:20panics because earthquakes
7:22>> Okay, we just got a full 5-minute
7:24documentary video made entirely with AI.
7:27I only showed you a minute of it, so we
7:29don't waste time, but you can watch the
7:30full version via the link in the
7:32description. And to make this complete
7:34AI documentary from scratch, it took me
7:36only 10 minutes. I'm scared to imagine
7:38how much time it would take me to do
7:40this [music] manually. Idea, script,
7:43voice over, video editing.
7:45I handled every single step. That's
7:47crazy, right?
7:48>> [music]
7:49>> And all I did was write two simple
7:50sentences. One to analyze the channel
7:53and write the script, [music] and the
7:54second to generate the full video. And
7:57all of this happens without a team,
7:58without showing your face,
8:00>> [music]
8:00>> or shooting a real video. The
8:02combination of Pictory and Claude opens
8:04up huge earning opportunities for anyone
8:07who wanted to start a channel or build
8:09an extra income stream, but thought it
8:10was too hard or expensive.
8:12>> [music]
8:12>> Now it's 100 times cheaper, faster, and
8:15accessible to anyone. This is great news
8:17for anyone who wants to get paid by
8:19YouTube without actually making the
8:21content themselves.
8:22So, our video is done, and all that's
8:24left is to package it for YouTube. So,
8:27I'm [music] going to ask Claude
8:30put together complete YouTube video
8:32package for me.
8:34Prepare the thumbnails, title,
8:37and everything else needed to upload it.
8:39So, Pictory and Claude start generating
8:41thumbnails, title options, description,
8:45tags, everything you need. And if you
8:47check the project folder on your laptop,
8:49everything is going to be uploaded
8:50there, even without me asking for it.
8:53The level of automation is insane.
8:54[music] Pictory even generated three
8:56thumbnails for testing, so YouTube
8:57itself can pick the one people click on
8:59the most. Okay, one video is cool, but
9:01we need more. And now, with one simple
9:04prompt, let's launch our content machine
9:06that will bring in money.
9:07So, I'm just going to type in, "Make me
9:10two more videos.
9:12Pick topics that would perform well on
9:13YouTube for the same channel."
9:17Hit enter.
9:18And since Claude Fable does deep
9:20research for each topic individually,
9:22every single video gets a completely
9:24unique script and visual style, not some
9:26copy-paste template. Pictory and Claude
9:29is handling all of the creative tasks,
9:31the videos themselves, photos,
9:33thumbnails, while Claude Fable is doing
9:35the research and writing the scripts.
9:37While it generates, let's schedule our
9:39first video. I'm going on YouTube and
9:42I've already created a new account.
9:44Clicking create, upload a video,
9:47choosing the video file, and hitting
9:49upload.
9:51Then I'm going back to our chat and
9:53[music] copying the title and
9:55description.
9:57Uploading the three thumbnails for AB
9:59test,
10:01and just following the instructions that
10:02we already have. [music]
10:04Then choose publish,
10:06schedule the date and time, and that's
10:08it. Now we have our first video on
10:10YouTube. By the [music] way, let's check
10:12if our other videos are ready.
10:15All of them have been generated. Look at
10:17the amount of work MCP did all on its
10:19own. I didn't write a single correction.
10:22Let's watch one of the videos. I will
10:24upload the full versions of these videos
10:27in the description below, so you can
10:28check them out.
10:29>> For 16 centuries,
10:30>> [music]
10:30>> Venice has floated on the edge of the
10:33impossible. Founded in the 5th century
10:35by refugees fleeing the mainland,
10:37[music] it rose from 118 islands in a
10:41shallow lagoon.
10:42Beneath the marble and stone lies a
10:45secret, an upside-down forest.
10:47>> [music]
10:48>> Millions of wooden piles driven tip-down
10:50into the mud hold the entire [music]
10:52city above the water. Submerged in
10:55oxygen-poor silt, the wood [music] never
10:58fully rots. It hardens almost to stone.
11:0214,000 poles support [music] the Rialto
11:05Bridge alone. 10,000 oaks hold up St.
11:08Mark's Basilica, but this balance was
11:10never meant to last [music] forever.
11:13Across the 20th century, Venice lost 23
11:16cm of height to the sea. Half of [music]
11:19that was the city itself sinking.
11:22In the 1950s and '60s, factories on the
11:25mainland pumped groundwater from beneath
11:27the lagoon.
11:29>> I think this video is very interesting.
11:31This is the kind of stuff I watch right
11:32before going to bed.
11:34Now, I'm going to upload this and
11:35[music] the rest of the videos. To start
11:37making money from your account on
11:38YouTube, you need a total of 1,000
11:40subscribers and 4,000 hours of watch
11:42time. And honestly, you can hit those
11:44numbers really fast, [music] so don't
11:46worry. I know this from my own
11:47experience. And for those of you who are
11:50worried about AI content getting
11:51demonetized, YouTube has no problem with
11:54AI. It just blocks people [music] who
11:56use it to make lazy, low-quality spam.
11:59You just need to follow a few basic
12:01rules.
12:01>> [music]
12:02>> The AI voice must fit the context. The
12:04script must be original [music] with
12:06real insights. And the visuals must be
12:09properly edited, not just some random
12:11clips slapped together without any
12:13editing. So, you're totally safe.
12:15Because as I said before, Fable 5 always
12:18writes unique text while Hexa handles
12:21the visuals and the editing. It's a
12:23perfect [music] match.
12:24And here's a little tip. A lot of
12:26faceless channels use shorts to grow
12:28much faster. Just ask MCP to analyze the
12:31most viral shorts in your niche to see
12:33what mechanics work and what performs
12:35best. [music] And then have it create
12:37your own original shorts based on those
12:39insights.
12:40Okay.
12:41Our videos are uploaded. I've [music]
12:43added the tags and the thumbnails
12:45created by MCP.
12:46Now, let's see what happens in 3 days.
12:52Okay, I'm back. And it's been 3 days
12:54since we uploaded the videos. Let's jump
12:55on YouTube and check out our results.
12:58All right, we've already collected some
13:00views and subscribers.
13:02And I think this is a great sign that
13:04we're moving in the right direction.
13:05Now, I have absolutely no doubt that
13:07anyone can replicate this. You don't
13:08even need to learn prompting.
13:10Educational formats always perform. The
13:12Bright Side channel makes almost $40,000
13:15a month purely from AdSense with this
13:17kind of AI content.
13:18>> [music]
13:18>> And views are just the tip of the
13:20iceberg. YouTube also opens the doors
13:22for paid collaborations and high-paying
13:24brand deals for major companies. And as
13:26someone [music] who just came to YouTube
13:286 months ago and now runs a YouTube
13:30channel professionally, I can fully
13:32confirm this.
13:33>> [music]
13:33>> AI simplifies content production, allows
13:36you to enter any niche, and opens up a
13:38ton of opportunities, even if you have
13:40zero experience. By the way, we already
13:42did an experiment in a motion design
13:44niche where I made [music] $1,280 from
13:47zero, and you can watch the full video
13:48right here. So, in just 15 minutes, we
13:51created three long-format videos for a
13:53brand new YouTube channel.
13:54>> [music]
13:54>> The challenge is complete, and now I'm
13:56passing the challenge over to you. Pick
13:58a topic you want to monetize on YouTube,
14:00create an account, and upload your
14:01videos made with the Kicksaw MCP. I'm
14:03going to leave a link to it in the
14:04description. And as always, if you found
14:06this video helpful, hit the like [music]
14:08button, subscribe, and I'll see you guys
14:10in the next one.
