0:00If Sabrina's got the hook, Charlie's got
0:02the internet, and Taylor's got the
0:03errors. What do you have? By the end of
0:06this video, you will know exactly how to
0:08brand like the celebrity playbook.
0:11Because let's be honest, in the business
0:12of business, in the creator economy,
0:14being forgettable is worse than being
0:16disliked. If you're forgettable, people
0:18are not buying from you. People are not
0:19sharing your work. People are not
0:21remembering you. They're not even
0:22thinking about you. You're just meh. And
0:25I'm not letting anybody in this
0:27community give me energy. Here's some
0:29real talk, okay? If you're in the
0:31business of business, if you have a
0:32business, or if you are a creator, we
0:34live in a world where thousands of
0:36people are doing the same thing as us.
0:38Thousands of people have the same dream,
0:40the same niche, the same offers. We're
0:42all on the same platform. So, why is it
0:44that certain people break out and
0:46dominate while others, maybe even you,
0:49are staying stuck in the background?
0:50It's not talent, it's not luck, and
0:52sometimes it's not even about strategy,
0:54it's about your brand. And I feel like
0:56celebrities, they understand this better
0:58than anyone. There are hundreds and
1:01thousands of people on this planet that
1:02can sing, that can act, but not
1:04everybody has made it to become a
1:06breakout star. And it's because when you
1:08look into the celebrity world, it is
1:10absolutely fascinating how they engineer
1:12themselves and how they engineer these
1:14errors and these aesthetics that make us
1:17dress up like them when we go to
1:18concerts and make friendship bracelets.
1:20and we create an entire personality and
1:22internet culture around their aesthetic.
1:25And they engineer that. And this isn't
1:26just celebrity stuff. This is brand
1:29strategy. And it's the same strategy
1:31that you and I, we can use this to grow
1:33our own brand online. Because the truth
1:35is, okay, in this digital world, whether
1:37you're a creator, whether you're a
1:38business owner, you are the celebrity of
1:41your own niche. Whether you have got 200
1:43followers or 20,000 followers or you
1:45want to get 200k followers, we need to
1:48stop thinking like we are a background
1:49dancer or an extra in somebody else's
1:52movie. And we need to start building a
1:54brand like a freaking headline act. And
1:56this is episode one in a very very
1:58exciting 12-part series that I am
2:00running called, can we get a drum roll
2:02please? The errors tour Kay's version.
2:06Every single week for the next 12 weeks,
2:07I'm going to be bringing you a business
2:09branding or content themed video
2:12inspired by one of Taylor Swift's
2:14albums. Starting off today, which in
2:16case you hadn't peeped the day, today is
2:17the release of Taylor's new album, which
2:19is called Life of a Showgirl. So, happy
2:21Life of a Showgirl Day to those who are
2:22celebrating, I'm wearing orange to
2:24commemorate the occasion, but you do not
2:25have to be a Swifty to enjoy this
2:27series. This is basically a 12-part
2:28series where I'm going to be walking you
2:29through personal branding, how to own
2:31your reputation, how to figure out your
2:33brand voice, how to fall in love with
2:35content, again, how to create a
2:36signature series or a signature style.
2:39So, if you have been looking to really
2:40elevate your business, your brand, your
2:43content creation. Welcome to the errors
2:45tour, Kayle's version. Please don't sue
2:46me, Taylor. So, to start, let's examine
how to celebrities brand
2:49exactly how celebrities are doing it.
2:51Because for us to learn, we have to
2:52learn from the masters. How do
2:54celebrities make sure that obscurity
2:56never happens to them? They brand. They
2:58brand harder. They brand better. They
3:00brand louder. Let's cut to one of my
3:03favorite celebrities. I mean, her
3:05marketing team is one of the best
3:06marketing teams in the game. And let's
3:08examine Charlie XCX. Her Brat era was a
3:12complete cultural moment over the last
3:14year. And love it or hate it, whatever
3:16you think about Brat, whether you
3:17enjoyed the album or you enjoyed the
3:19marketing, you know about it. And it's
3:21really interesting because if you look
3:22at any of Charlie XCX's eras as an
3:25example, she has had different
3:26aesthetics throughout her entire career.
3:29She did the whole like pop baddy girl,
3:31the very commercial pop baddy girl in
3:33her last era. And she used a lot of
3:35unconventional marketing to do this. I
3:37mean that obnoxious lime green lowres
3:40cover, it was very very deliberate. She
3:42knew that that would cut through the
3:44noise. And right now it's instantly
3:46recognizable. That bratz green. There
3:49was a billboard being painted in Hackne,
3:51East London. Everybody knew exactly what
3:54this billboard was going to be before
3:55any words went on it because of that
3:57color green. That is cult branding at
4:00its finest. And that is why Brat Summer
4:02became a cultural moment. It's not just
4:04an album release. It became an identity
4:07for many people. And when you start to
4:08look at celebrities like they are a
4:11business and you start to dissect their
4:13look, their signature, their voice,
4:15their aesthetic, their colors, their
4:17fonts, you start to really understand
4:19that yes, actually we can pull from
4:21this. We can take examples from this. We
4:23can use this in our own business and in
4:25our own personal brand. So that is
4:27exactly what we're going to do. I want
4:28you to now from this point on think of
4:30yourself like a celebrity building a
4:32brand and building a cult following. So,
4:35the very first thing that I want you
4:36guys to do is to start to map out this
4:39celebrity era or this celebrity main
4:41character moment that you are stepping
4:44into. We're going to call this your main
4:45character mood board. Think of this like
4:47your celebrity vision board. We're going
4:49to be designing the vibe that you are
4:51going to be stepping into. The vibe, the
4:53energy, the world. We are creating it.
4:56And this world is the world in which
4:58your brand is going to live in. And
4:59celebrities, they do this all the time.
5:01that very first board meeting that they
5:03probably have. They are pulling together
5:05loads of different ideas and fleshing
5:08out an aesthetic. Think of Taylor.
5:09Taylor is the biggest biggest example of
5:12this. Every single album has a unique
5:14aesthetic from folklore and from
5:16evermore. A horse just went past from
5:18folklore or from evermore which have
5:20these really cozy cottagey woodland kind
5:23of vibes to the stark contrast of
5:25reputation. It has this very dark moody
5:28aesthetic with lots of snake like
5:30imagery. This was not just random.
5:31Taylor just didn't go, "Oh, snake. Let's
5:33run with that." It was concepted and
5:35probably mood boarded at one point. So,
5:37let's break down exactly what your
5:39showgirl era looks like. I want you to
5:40pull up Pinterest or pull up Canva,
5:42wherever you like to mood board. And I
5:44want you to name this album something.
5:46Whatever this era is, imagine you are
5:47just literally making an album. What are
5:50you calling this era? Is it your showgo
5:52era, your softgo era, your CEO era, your
5:55content creator era? Give it a really
5:57fun name because when you name it, you
5:58claim it. Next, we want to start pinning
6:00and collecting images that represent the
6:03energy of this new celebrity era that
6:05you are stepping into and start to
6:07really map out not only what this era
6:10looks like, but what it feels like.
6:11Think of textures, think of smells,
6:14think of fonts, think of colors, think
6:15of feelings and energy. And if you get a
6:18little bit stuck, I'm going to give you
6:19some prompts on just things to pin that
6:21will pull this all together. Number one,
6:23if your brand walked into a room, what
6:25outfit would she be wearing? If your
6:27brand was a city, what city would she
6:29be? If she was a texture, what textures
6:31would she be? Would she be like bubbles
6:33or would she be like these really hard
6:35concrete textures? Would she be pink
6:37fluffy pastel clouds like the lover era?
6:40If she was a scent, what would she smell
6:42like? If she was a color, what colors
6:44would she be? If she was a font, what
6:46fonts would she be? This is going to
6:48start to make your brand feel more real.
6:51And hopefully as you're doing this
6:52exercise, you will start to get really
6:53excited about this thing becoming
6:56tangible. This isn't fluff. Your brain,
6:58our brains love visuals, especially if
7:00you're a visual learner or in a creative
7:02industry, like if you're a makeup artist
7:04or a photographer. Our brains respond to
7:06visuals. And when we see this, we can
7:08start to see it become real. You need to
7:10see the vibe to embody it. So now, you
7:12might have a collection coming together
7:14nicely. I bet we have all done this
7:16before. If you've been in my Level Up
7:17Club membership, you have definitely
7:19done this before. or how do we actually
7:20action this? This is something my I
7:23myself have been working on heavily
7:25behind the scenes. If you knew me before
7:27YouTube, my brand has not really existed
7:30and I have been working so hard over the
7:32last year to figure out what my identity
7:34is in my showgo era. So on my Pinterest
7:36board, I'm going to pop it up right
7:38here. You will see that the personal
7:39style that I'm really leaning into right
7:41now and feels very very me. I used to
7:43lean into suits and this kind of badass
7:46business, very very Jenna Kucher and it
7:48always felt like I was playing dress up.
7:50So I started to pin things that I liked
7:52but wasn't inspired by anybody that I
7:54just felt really really authentic in.
7:56And a lot of this was coming out as
7:57really really preppy as evidenced by
7:59what I'm wearing today. I really liked
8:01things like cute abocrombie blazers and
8:03gold buttons and found myself really
8:06loving personal style that gave a little
8:08bit of Blair Wardorf, a little bit of
8:09like princess energy that sat more in
8:11its feminine energy than the masculine
8:14energy that I was trying to embody
8:16previously because it's always going to
8:17feel like you're playing dress up. It
8:19should be so authentically who you are
8:21but crafted and curated and made into an
8:24aesthetic. That is when you become the
8:26brand. So, how do we take this mood
your character design
8:28board and make it real? This is the next
8:30step, your character design. And this is
8:32the bit that I think people miss. We all
8:34do the mood board, but we don't make the
8:36mood board come to life. And it's the
8:38character design part that makes it come
8:40to life. These are signature elements
8:42that you will be remembered for. I
8:43always think of Taylor and her winged
8:45liner and her red lip. When I think of
8:47Sabrina Carpenter, I think of that
8:48dolllike glam, that really, really pink
8:50cheek and those overlined lips. And
8:52these aren't random. They're part of
8:54your mood board. and they are the
8:56details that make your brand and your
8:58character unforgettable. So, first I
9:00want you to identify your signature
9:02uniform. Mine, if you go back to my mood
9:04board, I was really drawn to that preppy
9:06look. So, I've started to develop over
9:08the last year a wardrobe with these
9:10elements of preppiness. I've started to
9:12curate this so that eventually you guys
9:14will start to associate that kind of
9:16signature look with me. So, imagine you
9:18are a mega pop star. You are about to
9:20release your new album. What would you
9:22want the girlies to dress up as if they
9:25were coming to your concert? Think of
9:27Taylor Swift. Everybody comes as their
9:29favorite era. When I went to the era
9:30tour, I went as reputation. What is the
9:33aesthetic, the visual aesthetic, the
9:35style aesthetic of this new celebrity
9:38era of yours? And listen, this might not
9:40be things that you have freely and
9:42easily available in your wardrobe. And
9:44that's okay. You might need to go
9:45shopping for your brand because branding
9:47is an investment. It's an investment
9:49into you. It's an investment into your
9:50business. It's an investment into the
9:52way that you are perceived by others.
9:54And if we go back to business a little
9:56bit right here, right now, a brand will
9:58enable you to not only be more
10:00memorable, but you will be able to
10:01charge more. You will be able to sell
10:03more, book more, because a brand feels
10:05like an all-encompassing business. So,
10:08pick out a few things. Maybe you already
10:09own some in your wardrobe. So, pick out
10:11a few things that fit this visual style
10:13and this visual aesthetic. and then get
10:15online, get on ASOS, get on wherever and
10:17start to build out your wardrobe, your
10:20curated style aesthetic and eventually
10:22over the next few months, start to build
10:24this collection up. You only really need
10:26three or four full outfits and that is a
10:29really good place to start from. The
10:31next thing we need to figure out your
10:32signature makeup look. Every celebrity
10:34that you can think of, from Billy Isish
10:36to Beyonce, they have a signature makeup
10:39look. And these are all things that you
10:40can add to your Pinterest board. By the
10:41way, on my Pinterest board, I have
10:43sections. So, I have a section for the
10:44personal style element and I have an
10:46entire section for the makeup look. For
10:48me, I love my wing liner. I have been
10:50wearing wing liner since I was like 18
10:52years old. And I also love a three lip
10:55combo. Excessive, I know. And again, my
10:57advice for this is we are not creating
10:59and crafting somebody that you're not.
11:00So, lean into what you already love to
11:03wear. Lean into what your makeup style
11:05already classically is. Just give it a
11:07name. Make it real. Make it official.
11:09Now, let's move on to the toppings.
11:11Okay. What is your signature scent?
11:13Smell is one of the senses that is most
11:15tied to memory. So what scent perfectly
11:18encapsulates you and your brand? Again,
11:20celebrities are the masters of this. If
11:22you think of Ariana Grande, she has got
11:24a perfume for every era that she has
11:25ever had. You want to create a scent
11:27that people start to associate with you
11:29when you walk in rooms, when you're
11:31actually in person interacting with
11:33people. Also, think about accessories
11:35and have fun with this. I love this
11:37creator right here. Her name is Julia
11:39Broom and I absolutely love when she
11:41wears her shirt and tie combo. Whenever
11:43I see like a shirt and tie out in the
11:45wild, I think of Julia Broom. Also,
11:47YouTuber Cassie Thorp, love her YouTube
11:49channel. She has such a distinct style
11:51when it comes to her accessories. She's
11:53never seen without her bling bling rings
11:54or her long nails, and this has become
11:56part of her. It's become part of her
11:58brand. You can even take props one step
12:00further. I love Marissa Grace artistry
12:02for this. She always has a perfectly
12:04coordinated pink mic and it makes me pay
12:06attention to her. Whenever I see that
12:08little pink mic and I always see her
12:09perfectly pink coordinated outfit, I pay
12:11attention and now I start to associate
12:14her with the color pink and it
12:15strengthens her. It strengthens her
12:18brand. It strengthens her business.
12:20Having all of these elements that tie
12:22all together. So pick two, three or all
12:24of these things and commit to them
12:26because over time people will start to
12:28associate these things with you. And
12:30that is how memory works. That is how
12:32you become unforgettable. So, you've got
your showgirl era energy
12:35the visuals. Let's start to flesh out
12:37the mental and the energy behind this
12:40era, the energy of your showgirl era.
12:42So, the next thing that I want you to do
12:43is I want you to create a playlist. I
12:45know this is such a fun video, isn't it?
12:47I always have a playlist that I play
12:49when I need to feel confident, when I
12:51need to feel like the main character. I
12:53will play this playlist before I hit
12:55record, before I go on a live teaching
12:57call. When I need confidence, I will put
12:59on my confident playlist. So, when you
13:01need help getting in your main character
13:03energy, you need to put on this
13:04playlist. Now, by the end of this
13:07exercise here, you should have a mood
13:08board that screams, "This is my brand,
13:11this is my vibe, this is my aesthetic,
13:14this is my era." And this isn't just for
13:16you to see. This is going to help your
13:18audience feel. Your energy becomes
13:20contagious. And that, bestie, is how
13:23celebrities turn these random moments
13:25into movements. So, what I want to hear
13:27from you guys is I want you to drop it
13:29in the comments for me. So number one, I
13:31can come and cheer you on. But number
13:32two, so that I can understand what world
13:34you are building. So moving on, that
who you're trying to attract
13:36section was all about you. But now we
13:39need to think about them. Your clients,
13:41your followers, your community, the
13:43people you are trying to attract. Let's
13:45imagine this like a tour. Imagine you're
13:47going on a world tour right now. There's
13:49a few things we need before we can go on
13:51tour, right? So the first thing you need
13:53before you go on tour is you need your
13:54set list, aka your topics. What is the
13:58thing or the things that you are going
14:00to be talking about online in your
14:02content in this era? Think of these as
14:04your recurring themes. If you were going
14:06on a podcast or a panel talk, what is
14:08the topic or topics that you would talk
14:11about and could easily talk about for
14:12over an hour. Me, my topics are
14:14business, content creation. We don't
14:16want too many of them because remember,
14:18if you were the master of everything,
14:19you were the master of nothing. So, give
14:20yourself three main things that you are
14:23going to talk about over and over and
14:25over again. This becomes your set list.
14:27The things that people can expect from
14:29you over and over again in your content.
14:31After you've got your set list, you need
14:33to design your stage. What is the world
14:35that your brand lives in? Taylor gave us
14:38a cabin in folklore. Charlie gave us the
14:40neon rave. Beyonce gave us studio 54 in
14:43Renaissance. Some creators that are
14:45doing this so well right now. Again,
14:47Marissa Grace artistry, she has created
14:49this world which is kind of very very
14:51pink. is giving like clueless and in her
14:53branding she has created this entire
14:55world. So what is the world that your
14:57brand lives in? The way that we do that
14:59is through our branding through things
15:01like our fonts, our colors, our branding
15:04photos of ourselves, the world in which
15:06our business lives. Now once you've got
15:08the stage, once you've got the set list,
15:09the final thing that you need to think
15:10about is the crowd, aka your audience or
15:13your ideal client. Every star knows
15:16their audience, right? Sabrina knows she
15:18is talking to the playful girly girls.
15:20Taylor knows that she is talking to an
15:22audience that crave belonging and
15:24storytelling and lived experiences that
15:26they can relate to. So, who are your
15:28people? What identity do they claim? Are
15:31they underdogs, icons, dreamers? Are
15:33they creators that are trying to break
15:35through the noise? Know your audience.
15:38This is the basics of business. Anybody
15:40who has a business or is trying to build
15:42something online needs to know exactly
15:44who they're speaking to? Because if you
15:46do not know who you're speaking to, how
15:48can you create a business and a world
15:49for them? If you're a makeup artist or a
15:51photographer or a service provider, the
15:53very first thing that you need to know
15:55is your ideal client. Who are you
15:56speaking to? Because if you speak to
15:58everybody, you speak to nobody. I have a
16:01couple of great podcasts. If you are new
16:02to the world of ideal client, I will pop
16:04them up here right now. But again, I
16:06want to do a really big episode one day
16:08over here on YouTube all about ideal
16:09client because I could genuinely talk
16:10about it for years. So now back to your
16:12world. You've got your visual identity
16:14which you've mood boarded out and now
16:16you have your world. Got your topics aka
16:18your niche. You have got your stage aka
16:21your branding. You have got your crowd
16:23aka your ideal client. And you have got
16:25all of those signature elements which
16:27are you, your character design. Can you
16:29start to see now all of these random
16:31parts coming together to create your
16:33brand? Not only your brand, your
16:35celebrity brand. And this is what takes
16:37you from random posts and from DIY
16:40branding to celebrity level viral
16:43unforgettable branding. And if we are
16:46able to do these things over and over
16:48and over and over again, repetition is
16:51the part that drives it home. And you
16:53might be sick of it, but others are not
your brand voice
16:55sick of it. So to tie it all together,
16:57we need to figure out your brand voice.
16:59Now, this part here is fairly important.
17:01It's actually a big thing that not a lot
17:03of us pay attention to. Celebrities
17:05aren't just remembered for what they
17:06look like. They're remembered for what
17:08they say and how they say it. Taylor has
17:10her poetic storytelling. Sabrina has her
17:13tongue and cheek sexy oneliners. And
17:15when you hear them, you know it's them.
17:17We know what they're saying. We know
17:19what they stand for. And that is the
17:21level of recognition that I want for you
17:22guys. But listen, this is actually part
17:24of another episode that I have coming
17:26later on down the line as part of the
17:28Speak Now era. So, you're gonna have to
17:30subscribe and come back for that one
17:31because listen, Rome wasn't built in a
17:33day and I can't give you everything in
17:34one episode. Right now, I just want you
17:36focusing on the look and the feel of
17:38your brand. So, it is all well and good
17:41mapping this out, mood boarding this
17:43out, but we need to put it into action.
17:45And I want us to put it into action this
17:47week. So, let's talk about your PR team.
17:49And no, I'm not talking about hiring a
17:51million dollar PR team. We can't all
17:53have tree pain on our team. I mean the
17:55PR team that you already have and that
17:57is your social media, your profile, your
17:59website, your online digital presence.
18:02And here's the reality, okay? Your
18:03Instagram bio, your Tik Tok header.
18:05These are the first things that people
18:08see. And you have less than 3 seconds to
18:11make an impression. When somebody finds
18:13you on the explore page, as an example,
18:15and goes and checks out your profile,
18:16your bio, that first above the fold
18:19section that they see, you have 3
18:21seconds before they decide to go back or
18:23they decide to follow you. So, here's
18:25what we're going to do next. First thing
18:26we're going to do is we're going to give
18:27your bio a little bit of spice. Think of
18:29your bio as your billboard. And we're
18:31not going to leave it blank. And we're
18:32not going to make it boring either. You
18:34want to know something that I'm really
18:35tired of? I'm tired of the bios that say
18:37I help X and X do X and X. Listen, this
18:40used to work in 2023, 2022, but we're in
18:432025 going into 2026. And those bios
18:47giving Gen Z the ick. No matter what
18:49industry you're in, whether you're in
18:50photography, whether you're in bridal,
18:51makeup, if you are selling a physical
18:53product, your next customer is Gen Z.
18:56And I have a lot to say about how do we
18:58attract the Gen Z customer. But the
18:59thing that you need to know is they love
19:01personality. And when they see I help X
19:03next do X and X, it turns them off. It
19:06makes you boring. It rips away any
19:08remnant of personality that you have.
19:10Your bio should say and do three things.
19:12Number one, it should say exactly what
19:14you do in human language written for
19:17your person. Number two, it should show
19:19your personality. And I believe one line
19:21of your bio should be your personality
19:24line. It shouldn't say something like,
19:25"I like the gym. I'm a dog mom." No,
19:27still boring. Think about it this way.
19:29If you had 3 seconds to introduce
19:31yourself to your dream client, your
19:33dream opportunity, and you only had one
19:35sentence to say it, that should be your
19:37second line. The third thing is there
19:38should be something in there that makes
19:40people curious to click follow. This
19:42could be like a call to action or maybe
19:44a challenge that you're doing or a
19:45personal thing that you're doing. I
19:47myself I love it when people have like
19:48personal challenges in their bio. If
19:50they say I'm on a journey to grow 10k
19:52followers in 100 days or I'm on a
19:54journey to hit a million in revenue, I
19:55click follow because I am invested in
19:57the journey. So your mission is to go
19:59ahead and redo your bio for autumn. Now
20:02if you're a creator, I also want you to
20:04apply this to your press kit or your
20:06media kit. update the stats. Maybe give
20:08it a new design that represents your
20:10celebrity era. Maybe go on Etsy and see
20:13if there's a design that fits your brand
20:15and your aesthetic and what you're
20:16trying to say a bit better. If you still
20:18have them, I also want you to give some
20:20love to your highlights. I know
20:21highlights have gone from a lot of
20:23profiles and they've become like a story
20:24now. But if you still have them, it is
20:26still worth controlling the image that
20:28your highlights are giving. Think of
20:30your highlights as like your press
20:31clippings. So, what I would recommend is
20:32that you have a highlight about you. You
20:35have a highlight about how to work with
20:37you. You have a highlight for your
20:38offers. You have a highlight for your
20:40testimonials or your results. And maybe
20:42one for personal flare or fun. Anything
20:45else, we want to archive it. We want to
20:46keep it clean and super clear for
20:48anybody that wanders over there. Step
20:50three, we also want to refine your
20:52magazine cover, aka the first nine posts
20:55and nine realels that you have available
20:57on your profile. Imagine someone lands
20:59on your profile, they have read your
21:01bio, your bio is speaking to them. The
21:03next thing that is going to determine
21:05whether they follow you is your first
21:07nine posts. What are your first nine
21:09posts saying about you? What is the
21:11messaging, the feel, the aesthetic that
21:13they are giving off? Do they match this
21:15era's vibe? Do they give people a reason
21:17to follow? People decide in seconds
21:20whether they want to stick around and
21:21whether they want to be a part of your
21:22world. So go ahead and archive anything
21:25that does not fit this brand, this
21:27celebrity brand that you are stepping
21:29into. And the final job that your PR
21:31team has is you need to control the
21:34messaging that is everywhere on the
21:35internet about you. And this is a big
21:37job. Go back through any old Yelp
21:39profiles, any old Tik Tok profiles,
21:41anywhere where your name is connected to
21:43and just tie up that loose end if you
21:45need to. You really need to look at your
21:47messaging and what your messaging is
21:48saying and whether it is aligned to your
21:51current brand. If you're a service
21:52provider, the last thing that you want
21:54is a client potentially finding your old
21:56Facebook profile and instantly getting
21:58the ick because your Facebook profile
22:00hasn't been updated for like 6 years and
22:02isn't representative of the brand and
22:04the business that you are now. You also
22:06want to look at your messaging on your
22:07website if you have one. You want to
22:09make sure that that messaging on your
22:11website is aligned to the brand that
22:13you're trying to build. If you were
22:14trying to build a luxury brand and a
22:16luxury aesthetic, you want to be the
22:18number one destination makeup artist.
22:20Your language and your messaging should
22:22reflect that. So, think of this like a
22:24celebrity brand audit. We want to audit
22:26our bio, our highlights, our media kit,
22:29our first nine posts, anywhere else that
22:32we are showing up on the internet, and
22:33our messaging through our copy. And just
22:36make sure that every single one of those
22:37points is aligned with your celebrity
22:40era. One thing to remember is that
22:41perception is power. And what all of
22:44this episode boils down to, if we put
22:46our business hat on for a second,
22:48especially if you're a service-based
22:50business, people will not charge you
22:52what you're worth. People are never
22:53going to look at your prices and offer
22:55to pay you more. They will always pay
22:57you what they think you're worth. And
23:00you control what they think you're
23:02worth. You control that through your
23:04perception, through your image. We're
23:06going to be diving more into this, by
23:08the way, in the reputation episode, but
23:09celebrities know this. They know that
23:11perception shapes reality. But here is
23:14the biggest takeaway that I want you to
23:16hear. If you are at the end of this
23:18episode right now, I want you to hear
23:19this. Stop waiting for your discovery.
23:22If you're waiting for your moment to
23:24blow up, if you're waiting for that
23:26celebrity client, if you're waiting for
23:28your milliondoll revenue mark or the big
23:30brand deal, it will not come. You have
23:33to engineer that. And that is the secret
23:35that I don't think a lot of people are
23:36sharing. Celebrities, they don't just
23:38pop out like Sabrina Carpenter. They are
23:40engineered and you can engineer your own
23:42story. If you are not getting the
23:43clients that you want, you're getting a
23:45lot of discount inquiries or you're not
23:47getting a highquality client. That is
23:49the narrative that you are pushing. No
23:50one else, my friend. You control your
23:53perception. So, it's time to take
23:55control of your perception. So, ask
23:57yourself this week, what story am I
23:59pushing? How can I make it so sticky?
24:01How can I make myself so sticky people
24:04repeat it without me asking them to?
24:06This is how celebrities build legacy.
24:08And this is how you can build yours.
24:10People treat you the way that you
24:11present yourself. And if you are not
24:12happy with that, you can change it. If
24:15you show up timid, insecure, apologetic,
24:18that is the energy that will be
24:19reflected back to you. If you show up
24:21like a celebrity, confident,
24:23unapologetic, magnetic. That is the
24:26energy that will be reflected back to
24:28you. And no, you don't need millions of
24:30followers to be in your celebrity
24:32energy. It is a decision, not a number.
24:35So here is my challenge for you. I want
outro
24:37you to do your homework. So, go back
24:38through this video, create your mood
24:40board, figure out who your visual
24:42identity is and what that looks like.
24:43Audit everything that's in your world to
24:46make sure that it is all lining up and
24:48aligning how you want it to. And I want
24:50you to start embodying this person. That
24:53is going to be the hardest part. Trust
24:55me, because when you embody your brand
24:57like a celebrity, bold catches up faster
25:00than you think. Celebrities are not born
25:02iconic. They are built to be iconic
25:05through branding. They repeat, they
25:06refine, they embody, and they push their
25:09story until the world cannot ignore it.
25:11And you, you're going to start doing the
25:13same thing. And this is the building
25:15blocks. This is the beginning of that.
25:18So, get all of these things in line. And
25:20next week, we're going to be debuting it
25:22with the debut era because it is all
25:24well and good crafting all this out, but
25:26the trickiest part can be how do we
25:28actually step into this? How do we have
25:29the confidence to debut this? Please let
25:32me know in the comments below your
25:33thoughts on this series. I do not get a
25:35ton of comments over here on YouTube and
25:36comments are my favorite favorite
25:38favorite thing. So, please please leave
25:40me one if you have made it this far. So,
25:42I really hope that you will come on this
25:43journey with me. I'm going to be
25:44dressing up as all of the eras. I want
25:47this series to set you up for 2026 with
25:50the most success and the most confidence
25:52so that 2026 can be your era. Finally,
25:56as a final favor, please do consider
25:58subscribing. Most of you are not
26:00subscribed. Your next era starts now.
26:02Your showgirl era starts now. So step
26:05into it with me. Be the damn main
26:07character. And I will see you in the
26:09spotlight.
