0:34so let's say for example if there's a
0:37customer complaint
0:38how are you addressing the customer
0:39complaint who is the customer telling
0:41the complaint to
0:42who are they telling to is it getting
0:44back to the operations
0:46and how are we readdressing customers
0:48complaints
0:49these all involve communication skills
0:51and communication channels
0:53so today i would say think a little
0:55different instead of thinking about a
0:57strategy
0:58think about a system of communication
