0:00AI is everywhere. So, today I'm going to
0:01show you how to build a full website in
0:0430 seconds. I'm talking click a button,
0:05[music] typed in a prompt, and the whole
0:07thing's done. But here's what nobody's
0:08actually telling you. How do you
0:09actually turn this into a real business
0:11that pays monthly [music] recurring
0:13revenue? I'll show you how to find real
0:14clients that need the service. And then
0:16I will even show you a live cold call of
0:18me calling one of these people up and
0:20actually selling this. [music] And most
0:21importantly, I will show you how to
0:23charge these clients on a monthly
0:24recurring basis. Okay, look, first thing
0:26we have here is the planning phase. This
0:29is what you need to do. You need to pick
0:31a niche so that your life becomes
0:33easier. I promise you, as you get more
0:35clients, as you cross $5,000 a month or
0:37$10,000 a month to not hate your life.
0:39You need to work with one industry. In
0:41the beginning, it's fine if you have
0:42multiple if you need the cash. But my
0:45recommendation is contractors. These
0:47guys can build houses, but they
0:48certainly cannot build anything website
0:50or techreated. So, they work perfectly
0:53for this service. I'm talking
0:54remodelers, roofers, plumbers, house
0:56painters. I have this entire
0:58spreadsheet, which I can link up in the
0:59description, of niches that you can
1:01actually go after, but even these random
1:03ones like pest control absolutely crush.
1:06Next is going to be lead generation and
1:08outreach. So, we need to find businesses
1:10on Google Maps, okay? And I found a free
1:12Chrome extension to really maximize your
1:14time and make you the most efficient
1:16that you can possibly be. Let's search
1:18the Las Vegas area since I used to live
1:20there. I typed in landscaping Las Vegas.
1:22You can go ahead and hit search. Boom.
1:25Now it shows a bunch of these
1:27landscapers. So this right here is the
1:29plugin. It's actually in beta. So this
1:31plugin isn't even out yet. I was able to
1:32get early access, but once this comes
1:34out, I'll link it down below as well.
1:37Um, and this is how it looks right here.
1:39So once you're on the page, you would
1:40just hit extract business data. And what
1:43it's going to do is it will scroll down
1:45through all of these businesses and
1:47generate you a list that looks like
1:49this. This is a previous one that I
1:51generated. It'll put that business name,
1:53the phone number, the address, all of
1:55this. The Google Maps URL, right? What's
1:57the rating, what's the review count, all
1:59nicely inside of one sheet. And then
2:01once you have this list, you can
2:03categorize it by people that don't have
2:04websites right here. So, they have
2:06nothing linked. Guess what? You can
2:08reach out to them and tell them
2:10something like this. Are you still open?
2:13Your website said closed for some
2:14reason. I actually built you a new one.
2:16Do you want to see it? Now again, some
2:18of these people do have websites, but
2:20they just don't link it to their Google
2:21page. This is what I found. And this
2:24works extremely well because you don't
2:25actually have to build anything up
2:27front. What we're going to do is put
2:28together a template for their industry.
2:31Again, this is where niching comes into
2:34play. And now when they jump on a demo
2:36call with you, you show them that
2:37templated website. And hey, if they want
2:39to make changes, great. But now they
2:40have to pay your service and they can
2:42customize it to their business. You can
2:44also say something like this. Hey, are
2:46you guys still open? I'm actually a
2:47student just messing around with new
2:49technology and I built you a talking
2:50website and it's ready to book
2:51appointments. Is it cool if I show you?
2:54Now, if you're wondering what exactly is
2:56a talking website, I will show you
2:58exactly what that looks like. This is
3:00how we build these websites all with AI.
3:03We use one software. It's called Go Free
3:04Trial. I've tested a whole bunch of
3:06other ones and for everything that we
3:08offer like that talking website model,
3:10everything is inside of this one
3:12software. So, for example, this is what
3:14makes it a talking website. This is one
3:16of our templates. This is actually a uh
3:17a live client. And this is a
3:20conversation that I had. I first typed
3:22in testing. This is Pavle. I said, "Hey,
3:24Pavle, you're looking to book a phone
3:25call consultation. I'm happy to help.
3:27Want to get started?" And then I asked,
3:28"What services do you provide?"
3:30Essentially, what this little chat
3:31widget does is it goes through all their
3:33pages, right? It reads all their service
3:35pages. It reads their contact us page,
3:37about us page. It learns everything it
3:39can about this business. Then you link
3:40up your client's calendar to this little
3:43chat widget and it automatically books
3:45them appointments. So now instead of
3:46your client receiving website forms,
3:48they're waking up in the morning and
3:50they already have appointments on their
3:51calendar that AI already booked. Now if
3:53you want to be slightly more advanced,
3:54what you can do is actually integrate
3:57voice AI into this chat widget. This is
3:59another website template that we have.
4:00And then what you can do is click call
4:02us here and it will start a live
4:04conversation with AI that read all of
4:06the pages. So all of their location
4:08pages, all their services pages, it will
4:10learn everything about this business and
4:12the website visitor can have a voice
4:14conversation with this website instead
4:16of trying to search through all these
4:17different pages. Now look, I don't want
4:19to overwhelm you, but you can build this
4:20very, very easily. Now, when it comes to
4:22building these websites, there's a few
4:24things you could do. You can just head
4:25over towards this new website. You can
4:26choose from the templates and truth is
4:28they have a lot of really really
4:29beautiful templates already built right
4:31here. So just take one and almost all
4:34niches are already in here and just put
4:36the clients a logo at the top and now
4:38you can show it to them of hey this is
4:40the sample homepage that I built you and
4:42this is a great place to start to show
4:44you some samples. This is one of our
4:45templated websites. Here we have
4:47another. Here we have another. So here
4:49we have a plumbing template. Here we
4:51have a roofing template. I actually
4:53really love this one right here. And
4:55then we have this concrete one as well.
4:57If you want everything imported into
4:59your account and just copy and paste
5:01everything that we've built with a
5:02click, you can now do that. It's working
5:04like crazy. Not just for me, but we've
5:06proven that this works for people with
5:08all kinds of experience levels and
5:11backgrounds. In fact, Gohigh Level
5:12themselves rated us the number one
5:14course because of the results that we
5:16get for people and the support that we
5:18give. I'm going to show you a toz how to
5:20get clients, deliver results, grow your
5:22business, and then even hire employees
5:24to run it all for you. I'll even talk to
5:26you on Zoom and answer questions to make
5:29sure that you succeed. If you want all
5:30this for free, go to laptopeo.com or
5:33check the link in the description. Now,
5:34look, maybe you found some website on
5:36the internet that you absolutely love
5:38and you don't want to copy it, but you
5:40want to take inspiration from it. I'm
5:42going to show you as well how you can do
5:43that. There's this little plugin that I
5:45found. Again, this one is also in beta.
5:47It's by the same company, and I don't
5:50think it's out yet. But essentially,
5:51what you can do is copy this website
5:54right here. You can head over to your
5:56dashboard and let's say I'm starting a
5:57new website. We'll call it test right
5:59here. And you can actually take someone
6:02else's website and paste it into your
6:05own account. And this is how it works.
6:06As you can see, this is a blank page.
6:08It's called test. And I would just go in
6:10here and I would hit paste copied
6:12funnel. And then it is loading up. So
6:15let's see how well it did. Okay. Nice.
6:17So I just went from here. This is the
6:20site. Boom. And now all these are
6:24editable. Just like that. And now you
6:26have their entire website. Again, make
6:27sure you change this up. Don't go out on
6:29the internet and just start copying
6:30people's Okay. So, let's talk
6:31about website content. How can we
6:32actually build this website content and
6:35make it look good, make it sound good.
6:36This is what I like to do. I have a GPT
6:38bot. You can check it out right there.
6:39It's completely free. You don't need to
6:40give me your email or anything else like
6:42that. It'll redirect you to a page that
6:44looks like this. And all you want to do
6:45is just paste in a screenshot of your
6:47website template. Just paste in your
6:49client's details. This is a sample
6:51client. and it will literally give you
6:52all the content. I've already trained
6:54it. We use this internally for our
6:56website content, so I know it's good.
6:58Boom. Now, it writes to you the whole
6:59thing. It will read what section is
7:01where and it will give you content for
7:03that section, right? Why choose ABC
7:05landscaping and so forth. Like there's
7:06bullet points inside of our template
7:08right there as you can see or icons
7:10rather. So, you would take this content
7:12and just simply paste it in and it does
7:14that for the entire website. You can
7:15also use this to generate images. So,
7:18everything is very easy. My
7:20recommendation, use one generic niche
7:22template to actually show your clients.
7:25Don't build one. And then once they want
7:27something custom, then you go in and use
7:30these tools and actually build them
7:31something. All right, let's talk about
7:32closing the deal and pricing. Hello.
7:36>> Hello.
7:37>> Hi, this is Logan. Uh, sorry, I need to
7:40call.
7:41>> Oh, yeah. Yeah. Sorry. You you broke up
7:43there a little bit. This is You said
7:44this is Logan Drywall.
7:47>> Yeah.
7:47>> Yeah. Yeah, I think I called you like 20
7:48minutes ago, right?
7:51>> Yeah.
7:52>> Okay, cool. And I'm assuming you guys
7:53are still open cuz it did say closed
7:55when I tried to look you up.
7:59>> Really?
7:59>> Yeah. Yeah, it's kind of weird.
8:02>> Oh, huh?
8:03>> Yeah.
8:04>> I don't know.
8:05>> That's odd. Okay. Um, well, look, I I
8:08actually built you guys a talking
8:09website and it's all ready and set up.
8:12Is that something you would even want?
8:17A website? No, we already have one.
8:19>> No, no, it's a talking website.
8:22>> Like a smart website.
8:23>> Talking website.
8:24>> Like a super smart talking website.
8:29>> Uh-huh.
8:31So,
8:32[laughter]
8:35freak. Um,
8:39can you send me a sample or a sample or
8:42something?
8:43>> Yeah, man. I mean, look, it's already
8:44done, so I can send you like what I
8:46have. Um, the thing is I I I don't have
8:51it live on the internet, so I can't just
8:53send you a link, but if you want, I can
8:56show it to you. So, if you're available,
8:59we can do a Zoom call and I'll just show
9:02you what I have.
9:03>> Uhhuh.
9:05>> Oh, okay. Um, I can't do video call
9:09right now because I'm I'm I'm driving
9:12right now to a meeting.
9:14>> Nice.
9:14>> With the um uh the restoration,
9:18but um I'm going to be free around 6.
9:23>> Okay. You want to do 6 p.m. today?
9:27>> Yeah.
9:27>> Okay. Yeah, I'm down. I actually can't
9:29do right now either. Uh I can do 6 PM
9:31though. So, what's uh I'll send you the
9:34the meeting link. Um, what is your best
9:37email? I'll just send it there.
9:40>> Uh, is
9:43>> uh,
9:47uh, Gmail.
9:51>> A Gmail. Okay, gotcha.
9:54Cool. All right, man. And what what was
9:56your name, by the way? I didn't catch
9:57that.
9:59>> My name is Julio.
10:00>> Julio.
10:04Okay. Bueno. Yeah, I only speak a little
10:08bit. That's that's basically all that I
10:09know.
10:12>> All right.
10:13>> I know it sounded good and I sound like
10:15I could be Latin, but I'm that's that's
10:17really about it.
10:19>> So Oh, man.
10:20>> All right, man. My My name is Paul, by
10:22the way. [clears throat]
10:24>> Paul.
10:25>> Paul. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Paul. Paul. Like
10:27sometimes if I go to Latin America, then
10:29they call me uh Pablo. So you can say
10:31that, too.
10:32>> Pablo.
10:33>> There you go. Yeah.
10:34>> Cool. All right, brother. Well, sounds
10:36good, man. I will uh I'll speak to you
10:37at 6. All right.
10:38>> Okay.
10:40>> Yeah. Perfect. All good. Thank you.
10:41>> Cool. All right, brother. See you later.
10:43So, we have two options. One is going to
10:44be the beginner route. One's going to be
10:46the high ticket route. Now, when I say
10:47beginner route, I don't actually mean
10:49that advanced people can't do this
10:51because you can certainly grow your
10:52business just with this first option.
10:54But if you are a beginner, definitely
10:55definitely stick to this. And that is
10:57going to be a free website build. So,
10:59you offer them, hey, this website's
11:01completely free, but you have to pay
11:02$300 per month for using our GoHighle
11:06software access. You're paying for the
11:08system that actually makes them money,
11:10not just hosting because we tack on a
11:12bunch of stuff with this. And if you're
11:14wondering, well, what exactly do we give
11:16them? I'll show you that in a second.
11:18Let me first break down this pricing
11:19right here, which is going to be the
11:20high ticket route. So look, if you are
11:22an actual web designer, you have web
11:24design experience, you can sell these
11:27websites for $3,000, 45, $6,000 upfront.
11:30This is what I used to do. Then you can
11:32still do that. Charge them thousands of
11:34dollars because of your unique design.
11:35Maybe you even build them somewhere
11:36else. Just integrate it with GoHigh Lee
11:39to use the features that I'm going to
11:41tell you about. And then you just charge
11:43$300 per month for continued software
11:46access. So why do they keep paying us
11:48every single month? Let's go into that.
11:51What does a monthly recurring look like
11:52on this? The first thing you want to do
11:53is obviously connect their domain to go
11:56high level. This is very easy to do. All
11:58you do is head over to where it says
12:00settings right here. You would hit
12:01domains and then again if you want to
12:03purchase a new one could do that. You
12:04can also transfer a domain inside of
12:06here or you can just link it under
12:07external domains. You just hit connect
12:09domains and it's going to give you the
12:11records that you can paste in. Next
12:13thing is each client gets a sub account
12:15and you can have unlimited for the same
12:18price that you pay to go high level. So
12:20whether you have a,000 clients that are
12:21paying you $300 a month or 500 clients
12:23or 100 clients or 50 clients or one
12:25client, you are paying go high level the
12:28same $300 per month. And that is the
12:31beauty of this entire model is as soon
12:33as you get your first client, you are
12:35profitable. And these are all the
12:36different sub accounts. It's going to
12:38appear up here. Now I have to blur all
12:40this because these are my actual clients
12:43in here. But as you can see, I am
12:44scrolling and scrolling and scrolling
12:45and then it's still loading and then I'm
12:47scrolling and all of these clients are
12:49on here. They get their own account.
12:51They get their own login. This is my
12:53logo at the top here. So, they're
12:54logging into my software. And that's the
12:56best part because now your clients get
12:58way more than just hosting if that's
13:00what you're used to selling. So, what
13:02are they actually getting, right? They
13:03get this whether you call it a smart
13:05website or a talking website or just in
13:07general you're still doing solely web
13:09design. That's fine. you can offer that
13:11to them for free unless you're doing
13:12custom sites. And then what they pay for
13:14is the back-end autoresponder and the
13:17Google reviews. So, you're wondering,
13:19how does that even work? This is the
13:21backend autoresponder. Look, what do
13:23clients really want? Do they care about
13:24a website or do they care about getting
13:27more customers, more clients? That is it
13:29right there. What happens to someone
13:31when they fill out a form on your
13:34website that you actually built them?
13:36When do they follow up with their
13:39clients? Well, oftentimes it's not fast
13:42enough or they just don't follow up
13:44because that email goes to spam. So,
13:45what we do is we automatically text and
13:49email those people that fill out the
13:51website form on our clients behalf. And
13:54all you have to do is just integrate it
13:56right here. And then you can have
13:58smarter automations that ask, did they
14:00reply to the SMS? Yes. No. Okay, they
14:04did reply. Was it positive? Was it
14:05negative? Oh, it was positive. Send them
14:07a booking link. So now that person can
14:09book automatically from these
14:11automations and maximize the amount of
14:13money that they're making from this
14:14website that you built them. Okay, it
14:16was negative. Okay, let's notify the
14:17client. Hey, Mr. client, this person
14:20said something negative. Okay, they
14:21didn't reply. Let's try to manually call
14:23them and the client, right? Let's
14:25automatically drop them a voicemail.
14:27Your client records a voicemail one
14:29time. If they don't respond to your
14:30text, it automatically places that
14:32voicemail in that person's inbox without
14:35the client ever doing anything. So, we
14:37are maximizing the chances of them
14:40actually making money from their
14:41website. Next is Google reviews. What
14:43does that look like? A lot of clients
14:44are just too freaking scared to ask for
14:46Google reviews. It's because they fear
14:48getting a negative rating. This helps
14:51with all of that. We tell them, "Hey,
14:52rate us right here." If they select five
14:55stars, then it automatically sends to
14:58Google. If your client's customer
15:00selects one star, it pops up this form
15:02and says, "Sorry to hear that you're not
15:04satisfied. Name, email, your feedback."
15:06Boom. And now it just lands in their
15:08inbox. So every new client that comes
15:09in, we automatically send this via text
15:12message and via email to all their
15:14customers and they can go from 10
15:15reviews to like 50 reviews in the first
15:18two weeks of us working together. So
15:19what happens? Their Google listing gets
15:21boosted. The reputation gets built and
15:24then we integrate those reviews in their
15:25website as well. And so now their
15:28business is much more reputable and much
15:30better on all accounts. And by now,
15:32hopefully, you're starting to see the
15:33benefit because a lot of these clients,
15:35they make thousands of dollars per
15:37customer that they sign up. So, if you
15:38save them one customer every few months,
15:41the service still pays for itself and
15:43they are happy to keep on paying you.
15:44Never focus on features, right? Focus on
15:47don't show them all the stuff I'm
15:48showing you, but focus on the end
15:50outcome. Hey, remember, we're going to
15:52follow up with all your leads and you
15:53will get more appointments, you will get
15:55more sales from this system. Lastly,
15:57what I want to cover is the mobile app.
15:58So, this is what we install for each
16:00client. We get them to do this on their
16:02phone and this links up directly with
16:04your GoHigh level account and all they
16:06see is just their sub account like I
16:08showed you. And now all their
16:10appointments that you're getting them
16:11from their website, right? All the
16:13leads, all the opportunities, all the
16:14conversations they're having are now
16:16happening inside of this one app. So,
16:20you want to train your clients to check
16:22this app, to use this app as much as
16:24humanly possible because this is why
16:26they keep paying you every
16:27[clears throat] single month. They don't
16:28want to see this freaking back end,
