Bessent Targets the Dark Money Machine

0:00Scott Bessent isn't just running

0:02Treasury right now. He's running an

0:04autopsy on the deep state machine and

0:06their electioneering charities. A quiet

0:09political war operating behind the

0:10scenes. Not polling in August, not the

0:13theater of political catwalks. Following

0:16the money, where it comes from, who

0:18controls it, and what happens when it's

0:20scrutinized. What started as a

0:23charitable foundation over a century ago

0:25has become the financial architecture

0:28behind the political takeover and

0:30destruction of the United States. This

0:32isn't a story about one election. It's a

0:34story about whether our nation still

0:36belongs to the people who live in it or

0:39that it should be controlled by a legal

0:40structure based on ancient Roman law.

0:44I'm Mike Steger and I've been targeting

0:46these networks for over 20 years. Never

0:48in my life did I think I would see an

0:50administration start to dismantle this

0:53system. So, as the saying goes,

0:56this is the revolution you voted for.

1:10broader national audience. We're

1:12building a movement and we can't do it

1:14without you. In this video, we're going

1:17to cover Bessent's most recent actions,

1:19how this begins to unravel a system of

1:21political treason that goes back more

1:23than a hundred years, and at core, how

1:26this fight defines the difference

1:28between a nation of citizens and a

1:31globalized world of anonymous entities.

1:38On July 16th, at a State Department

1:40meeting on political terrorism, Bessent

1:43laid out the agenda. Quote, "Violence

1:45requires money, channels through which

1:48funding can move, and institutions

Political Terrorism and Nonprofit Funding

1:51behind which it can hide."

1:53Then he got at the structure. He said,

1:55"Increasingly, legitimate non-profit and

1:58charitable structures are being

2:00exploited as a mechanism to conceal the

2:03movement of illicit funds to support

2:05political terrorism."

2:07Today, there are two clear structures.

2:09The first is the institutions which are

2:11currently funding the political terror.

2:14And then the second, the longer-lasting,

2:17more broadly ingrained legal structures

2:20that made this treason possible.

2:22We're going to deal with the first now,

2:24and then we'll cover the second as we

2:25move forward.

2:27So, meet the real enemy behind the

2:28Democrat Party and now the rising

2:31Communist Party.

2:32For 20 years, groups like Arabella

2:34Advisors have run the largest network of

Inside the Arabella Dark Money Network

2:37dark money nonprofits in the country.

2:40Groups like the 1630 Fund that exist for

2:43one purpose.

2:44Take tax-deductible donations and put

2:47them into a charity, then move that

2:49money to an affiliated political

2:51operation that's legally allowed to run

2:53partisan campaigns.

2:55And there's no requirement to ever

2:56disclose who gave the original dollar.

2:59A shell game. The same people sit on

3:01both boards. It's not really a charity,

3:04it's a political pipeline of corruption

3:06that has operated with total immunity at

3:08the cost of American taxpayers.

3:11Here's an example of what this pipeline

3:13looks like. In 2024, one of these

3:15charities spent $532

3:18$532

3:20the entire year on office expenses and

3:23they employed no one.

3:25While three of its members

3:26simultaneously ran

3:29a group that received $20 million

3:31from that same charity.

3:33So, that's not two organizations, it's

3:35one operation wearing two different tax

3:37statuses.

3:39And when the Democrat Party begins to

3:40fail and die, the same machine pivots.

3:43Abdul El-Sayed's Michigan operation for

3:45Senate pulled nearly $800,000

3:48from the 1630 Fund while publicly

3:51denying taking a dime of dark money, all

3:54under the guise that corporations are

3:56bad, while charities are good. A perfect

3:59PR campaign to cover the tracks of a

4:02billionaire-backed communist takeover of

4:04America.

4:05El Sayed and Mondami both have been

4:08funded by the same CAIR-linked PAC.

4:10CAIR, c a i r, is a licensed charity.

4:14And it's also an organization named as

4:16an unindicted co-conspirator in a

4:19federal terrorism case financing Hamas

4:21back in 2007.

4:24So, this is why the New York Post just

4:26reported that Scott Bessent's Treasury

4:29is acting. They describe a blueprint

Treasury Begins to Act

4:31that could strip CAIR, Soros's Open

4:34Society, and things like the SPLC of

4:36their tax-exempt status entirely, with

4:39massive back taxes and civil penalties

4:43on the table.

4:45And this isn't just talk. Consider that

4:47the SPLC was indicted in April. A

4:50federal grand jury charged the Southern

4:52Poverty Law Center with wire fraud and

4:54money laundering.

4:56And then in August, this August,

4:58prosecutors unsealed a second indictment

5:01against its former intelligence project

5:03director.

5:05Also back in April, Treasury announced

5:07the Form 990 Transparency Initiative.

5:10This forces every tax-exempt group to

5:12finally disclose where their money

5:15actually goes.

5:17In Bessent's own words, quote, "Public

5:19money and tax-exempt status demand

5:22public accountability. We are ending the

5:24days of hiding fraud, abuse, and

5:26extremist activity behind complicated

5:29nonprofit arrangements."

5:32This targets networks like Arabella and

5:34Tides Foundation directly. It also has

5:37applications against universities and

Trump’s Presidential Memorandum

5:39other tax-exempt operations, which are

5:41saying one thing and then doing another.

5:45Behind all of it is a national security

5:47presidential memorandum that Trump

5:49signed last September in the wake of

5:51Charlie Kirk's assassination.

5:53This memo tells the IRS, quote, to

5:56ensure that no tax-exempt entities are

5:59directly or indirectly financing

6:01political violence or domestic

6:03terrorism.

6:05Besant confirmed in May that the

6:07resulting investigation into Antifa's

6:09financial networks has already made what

Operation Economic Outcast

6:12he said, quote, substantial progress.

6:14But most of this is not public. The

6:16cards are close to the chest for obvious

6:19reasons. This is political warfare.

6:22And we know Besant can wage this kind of

6:24war because he's already doing it on a

6:26bigger stage. On August 24th, he called

6:29it Operation Economic Outcast, an

6:32economic D-Day against Iran. He said,

6:35"Our objective is to sever every

6:37economic lifeline that sustains this

6:39tyrannical regime until Tehran stands

6:42alone."

6:43We'll think of the IRGC as Tehran's

6:46international charity and political

6:48conduit.

6:50So, if you've wondered where all the

6:51protests, riots, and disruptions have

6:53gone, maybe now you know. The New York

6:56Times reports that right now there are

6:58up to 2,000 ICE deportations a day.

7:01Where are the caravans and airport

7:03riots? Where are the BLM or women's

7:05marches?

7:07When El Sayed says get money out of

7:09politics, let's be clear where the real

7:11money lies. His charities are merely the

7:13shells for the corporations he pretends

7:16to denounce.

7:18But if we're going to win this war, it's

7:19not just about the current outfits.

7:22Arabella has already changed its name to

7:24avoid further public scrutiny. This

7:26broader legal structure was not created

The Foundation System Created in 1913

7:28by Obama or even Jimmy Carter. The legal

7:31structure that made this treasonous

7:33operation possible goes back to the same

7:36legislation that created the personal

7:38income tax and ended McKinley's tariffs

7:41in 1913.

7:44One senator described the legislation

7:46this way.

7:48The proposed charter would authorize the

7:50foundation to be coextensive with human

7:52civilization. Then it may do anything

7:54and everything which its trustees think

7:57likely to affect reform.

8:00A second senator arguing for it said it

8:03more directly. The board of trustees is

8:05to be wholly self-perpetuating and to be

8:08authorized to do anything whatever

8:10anywhere in the world within the legal

8:13definition of philanthropy.

8:15Mr. Rockefeller is mortal. The charter

8:18will be immortal.

8:20Congress actually said no.

8:22So Frederick Taylor Gates, John D.

8:24Rockefeller's closest advisor, went

8:27around Congress. New York State granted

8:29the charter instead in 1913, making the

8:32Rockefeller Foundation a legal person

8:35under state law, permanent, untouchable,

8:38exactly as Gates had designed it. He

8:41said it in his own memoir,

8:42"Philanthropies are limitless in time

8:45and amount, broad in scope, and

8:48self-perpetuating."

8:50That same year Congress passed the

8:52Revenue Act of 1913 and created the

8:55categories that made the foundations

8:57legally exempt from taxes and in

8:59practice exempt from legal scrutiny.

9:02Any organization organized now and

9:04operated exclusively for religious,

9:07charitable, scientific, or educational

9:09purposes was now free to do whatever it

9:12wanted, whenever it wanted, for however

9:14long it wanted, including investing into

9:17the financial markets, collecting money

9:19anonymously, and operating in

9:21perpetuity.

How the Foundation Racket Works

9:23Think of how the racket began to

9:25operate. These foundations, including

9:27their donors, backed the creation of the

9:29Federal Reserve and then supported the

9:31Wall Street boom of the 1920s, similar

9:34to today in the bailouts. And by doing

9:36so, the foundations and their endowments

9:38grew in revenue.

9:40Institutions then, like the Federal

9:42Reserve, made the financial markets a

9:44priority, ensuring the foundations

9:46continue to thrive.

9:48Are you starting to see the picture? The

9:50foundations are going to protect their

9:52system, a system totally distinct from

9:55the physical economy and cultural health

9:57of our nation. If the nation suffers, it

10:00means little to the foundations. The

10:02foundations are primary, not the nation

10:06or the population.

10:08In 1962, a Texas Congressman named

10:11Wright Patman tried to stop this before

Wright Patman’s Warning

10:13it metastasized.

10:14He spent years examining 534

10:17foundations. His report cataloged a

10:19pattern across the entire sector,

10:22and it found that foundations engaged in

10:24short sales of securities, speculation

10:26in commodities, manipulation of stock

10:29prices, and attempts to gain control of

10:31entire businesses.

10:33One example from the report described a

10:35single foundation holding controlling

10:37interests in 26 separate corporations.

10:4218 of them full operating businesses,

10:45including a major newspaper, the largest

10:47radio station in the state, and a life

10:49insurance company.

10:51That's not a charity. That's a holding

10:53company.

10:54A normal business has to state what it

10:56does, file articles of incorporation

10:59with an actual purpose, answer to

11:01shareholders, and pay tax on its

11:03profits.

11:05A foundation doesn't have to do any of

11:07it. It can hold controlling stakes in

11:09industrial corporations, short

11:11securities, speculate in commodities,

11:13run newspapers and insurance companies,

11:16grow forever, all of it under the

11:18umbrella of a purpose so vague,

11:21charitable, educational, scientific,

11:24that no regulator can ever check whether

11:27it's actually being pursued.

11:29Patman's committee concluded plainly in

11:311962,

11:33"The economic life of our nation has

11:35become so intertwined with foundations

11:38that unless something is done about it,

11:40they will hold a dominant position in

11:42every phase of American life."

11:45He wanted their tax exemption revoked

11:48outright. He wanted their lifespan

11:50capped with proposals at 40 years. And

The Nonprofit Industrial Complex

11:53he wanted their ability to control

11:55private companies banned entirely.

11:58None of this has been done yet.

12:00As historian Robert Ingram points out,

12:02quote, "As of 2022, there were nearly 2

12:06million tax-exempt organizations in the

12:08United States, including 1.5 million

12:11public charities, and hundreds of

12:13thousands more private foundations and

12:15other nonprofit entities.

12:18These organizations employed 12.8

12:21million people, nearly 10% of the entire

12:24private sector workforce.

12:26Nonprofit employment now equals

How Foundations Move Political Money

12:29manufacturing."

12:31This is the NGO complex, and you can't

12:33run a productive nation with this kind

12:35of parasite sucking the life out of your

12:37country while also controlling the

12:40political culture.

12:42Today, the well-known foundations like

12:44Ford, Bloomberg, Hewlett, Open Society,

12:47and Rockefeller are the big reservoirs.

12:50They're slow-moving pools of capital

12:52sitting at the top of this pyramid,

12:54always with a kind of pristine

12:56appearance.

12:58Operations like Tides and Arabella are

13:00the distribution networks, comparatively

13:03tiny in size, but they're built

13:05specifically to move enormous volumes of

13:07money in a single tax year, all done

13:10anonymously and faster than any large

13:13and big endowed foundation can do.

13:15This gives the big well-known

13:17foundations at least one degree of

13:19separation. The big names will give

13:21their funds to another foundation or

13:23charity, and this may happen again and

How Dark Money Flipped Colorado

13:25again before these funds finally reach a

13:28political outfit meant to change the

13:30balance of power through broad, extreme,

13:33and even violent cultural operations.

13:35All of which seem to be organic and even

13:38locally run.

13:39Take the case of Colorado. In 2004, four

13:42wealthy donors, Tim Gill, Pat Bridges,

13:45Jared Polis, and Stryker heiress Pat

13:48Stryker, teamed up to flip the red state

13:50blue. They built a private network of

13:53nonprofits that functioned as a shadow

13:55party. Voter files, canvassing,

13:58opposition research, messaging, without

14:01a single disclosure requirement that

14:03binds an actual party or committee.

14:06In 2004, when they started this project,

14:09Colorado had a Republican governor and

The Globalist Foundation System

14:11two Republican US senators, plus five of

14:14seven US House seats.

14:17By 2008, four years later, Democrats

14:20controlled the governorship, both

14:22chambers of the state legislature, and

14:24the majority of the delegation.

14:26In 1992, political figure Lyndon

14:29LaRouche made clear how this system of

14:30globalism works.

14:33He said, quote, "How is the

14:34Anglo-American empire ruled? Their form

14:37of government is the Venetian Fondo. The

14:39Fondo is like a financial trust or

14:41foundation, which is set up in

14:43perpetuity. It is supposedly immortal."

14:47The model for this form of trust or

14:48Fondo is the pagan Roman law of the

14:51family, the law of the pater familias,

14:54who can adopt heirs, who can disown

14:56heirs, who can have their heirs killed.

14:59These trusts deem themselves to run the

15:01world, pretty much as the gods of Mount

15:03Olympus. They would meet in assembly to

15:05make sure that the arrangement under

15:07which the gods ruled the world, and in

15:09which the ordinary people were merely

15:12virtual slaves.

15:14When people ask, "Who are the

15:15globalists?" they're asking the wrong

15:17question. The people who run the

15:18foundations, or even paid by the

Citizens vs. Anonymous Entities

15:20foundations, are merely a pass-through.

15:23The foundations, not individuals, are

15:26the sovereigns in a globalist world.

15:29The difference between globalism and the

15:30nation-state is how we view the

15:32individual human being. For the

15:34globalists, for the families of Rome,

15:37the fondis of Venice, or the foundations

15:39in America today, the people are to be

15:41controlled, used, and discarded. The

15:44foundations existence, their perpetuity,

15:47is the basis for society. Without them,

15:50society would just collapse. Society

15:52must be shaped for them, not for the

15:55people who run them. For the

15:57foundations.

15:58The United States represents the first

16:00case in human history where a society

16:03was built that didn't have a ruling

16:05class. We didn't have a set of gods on

16:07Mount Olympus deciding our fate.

16:10We had God, the almighty, and the

16:12individual made in his image.

16:14The nation was built then to empower the

16:17individual, and by doing so, to advance

16:20the nation and society as a whole.

16:23Since our revolution, these global

16:25oligarchs have sought our destruction.

16:28Since the end of World War II, they have

16:29tried to use us as their bludgeon for

16:32their globalist schemes. But today,

16:34under President Trump, we're fulfilling

The Creative Soul of Man

16:37the very promise of our ancestors.

16:39Because the nature of man, abiding by

16:41the laws of creation, is the only true

16:44way forward for mankind.

16:46The creative soul of man is the only

16:48necessity for continued existence.

16:51Through the human soul, we discover new

16:53technologies and new resources that

16:55solve real problems. And in doing so, we

16:58make life truly possible for future

17:01generations. Only the individual can

17:03make these discoveries, and only a human

17:05society built on the human soul can

17:07adapt them, change, and advance.

17:11The foundations, the fondis,

17:13they're the expendable ones. For mankind

17:16to thrive, the foundations have to be

17:18eliminated.
