0:00It took me 15 years to learn how to

0:02dress well, but in the next 10 minutes,

0:04I'm going to give you every style tip

0:07I've ever learned so you never dress bad

0:09again. Number one, make every outfit

0:11interesting with one trick. Most guys

0:14wear boring outfits and they can never

0:16figure out why they always look average.

0:18So, I'm going to show you the trick that

0:19I use to show you how to glow up any

0:22outfit. You see, if your outfit isn't

0:23interesting by color, then make it

0:25interesting by shape. You see, the brain

0:27tunes out any visual repetition. Studies

0:29have proven that novelty, new things,

0:32activates dopamine in the brain. If your

0:34fit isn't interesting by shape, then

0:35make it interesting by texture. And if

0:37your fit isn't interesting by texture,

0:39then make it interesting by color.

0:40Stylists and designers have used this

0:42exact formula for years. Color, shape,

0:45or texture. Always one. This one trick

0:48alone will instantly upgrade all of your

0:50outfits. But we're just getting started.

0:53You thought I was playing when I said 15

0:55years worth of advice in just minutes.

0:57Number two, how to dress for your body

1:00letter. If you don't dress for your body

1:02letter, your clothes will always look

1:04off. Now, there's five body letters: X,

1:07T, H, A, and V. First, I'm going to show

1:10you how to figure out which letter you

1:12are. And then, I'm going to show you how

1:13to dress according to that body letter

1:15by focusing on one thing, the control

1:17point. To find out what body letter you

1:19are, all you got to do is stand in front

1:21of the mirror and look at the width of

1:22three body parts: your shoulders, your

1:24waist, and your hips. You don't need a

1:26tape measure or any fancy app. You can

1:29just wear fitted clothes or no clothes

1:30at all to take a straight headon picture

1:33in front of a mirror. And I want you to

1:34compare your outline to this chart

1:36you're seeing on screen. For the letter

1:38X, your shoulders and your hips, they're

1:40equal width with a defined waistline.

1:42Your control point is your waistline.

1:44Remember this control point if this is

1:46your body letter. If you're a T letter,

1:47that means you have wider shoulders than

1:49your waist and your hips. Your control

1:51point is your shoulders. For H, your

1:53shoulders and your hips are equal with

1:56no defined waist. Your control point

1:58becomes your waistline and your hips. If

2:00you're an A letter, that means that your

2:01hips are wider than your shoulders. Your

2:04control point becomes your waistline.

2:05And if you're a V, your shoulders are

2:07wider than your waist and your hips.

2:09Your control point becomes your hips.

2:11Now that you know your body letter,

2:13here's how you're going to dress for it.

2:14Your only goal is to emphasize your

2:17structure around your control point.

2:19This will highlight your body's natural

2:21proportions. So, if you're an X shape

2:23with a control point in your waistline,

2:25wear clothing that cinches and draws

2:27visual focus to your waist. Like tapered

2:29dressers are perfectly tailored. They're

2:32off the rack from a brand called Ota.

2:33They're noniron and they have a perfect

2:36tailored fit where you can literally see

2:38my waist become my focal point. If

2:40you're a T-shape, your control point is

2:42your shoulders, which means you're going

2:43to focus on building more shape on top

2:46with structured jackets or wider

2:48neckline. If you're an H shape, your

2:50control point is your hips, which means

2:51you're going to create the illusion of a

2:53waist with either layering or wearing

2:55darker colors in the midsection. If

2:57you're an A-shape, your control point is

2:59your shoulders, which means I want you

3:01to shift visual weight upwards. Go for

3:03jackets with strong shoulders or bolder

3:05colors on top. And if you're a V-shaped,

3:07your control point becomes your hips.

3:09You can add more bulk or structure to

3:11the lower half with straight leg pants.

3:13The point is, every outfit flows from

3:15your control point to increase your body

3:17proportions. Let's move on to number

3:19three. Stop dressing like a teenager. To

3:21stop dressing like a teenager, it's

3:23simple. You only need six items in your

3:25wardrobe to build out any outfit you'll

3:27ever need. First is dark denim, clean,

3:30structured with no distressing. Second

3:32is black trousers. You want them to be a

3:34straight cut, nothing super skinny or

3:36baggy. Third, noniron button-ups. My

3:39go-to are from Utab. They're the

3:41greatest dress shirts in the world

3:42because they're noniron. The reason is

3:44simple. I mean, just look on the left is

3:46a regular button-up from H&M. On the

3:49right are the button-ups that I use

3:50daily from. That alone speaks for

3:53itself. But now, look what happens when

3:55I grab both of these shirts and put them

3:56in the washer and then dryer. I'll come

3:58back to that later. Fourth piece, you

4:00need knitwear. You want tailored that's

4:02close to the body. It always makes you

4:03look premium. Fifth, you need white and

4:06black round neck tees. And sixth, you

4:08need clean shoes. You want to spend more

4:10here because people notice shoes. With

4:11these six items, you now have enough to

4:14build any outfit for any situation. For

4:16example, you got a coffee rug. All

4:18right. Jeans, a long sleeve button-down

4:20from OT, and some loafers. You got to go

4:22to the office, easy. A suit, a nice

4:24button-down, and then you can add a tie

4:26if optional. This is from as well. They

4:28have over 6,000 different tie options

4:31you can choose from. It is the go-to sty

4:33for tie. Third, you want a daily uniform

4:35you can replicate every day. Easy.

4:36Jeans, a t-shirt, sneakers. You got a

4:39date night? Simple. Black trousers,

4:41black Chelsea boots, and a black

4:42button-d down. Which, by the way,

4:44remember the shirts that I threw in the

4:46wash and dry a few seconds ago? Well,

4:48the dryer is done. And without any

4:50ironing or anything, straight out of the

4:52dryer. This is how the H&M shirt looks

4:54on me versus my noniron technology

4:57dresser. Come on, bro. Imagine looking

4:59this good. Having that old money

5:01aesthetic without having to be ironing

5:03clothes all the time or breaking the

5:05bank. Dressing well is not about fancy

5:07or expensive brands. It's about wearing

5:09the right brands that fit your body. And

5:12delivers the greatest shirts in the

5:13world at an insane price where they even

5:15have an offer. If you buy three

5:17different shirts, you get each for

5:18around $90. Plus, of course, your boy's

5:21going to hook it up. I talked to the

5:23owner of OT. I love the brand so much. I

5:26want to give you guys an insane discount

5:28so you can try them yourself and see why

5:30it's my go-to. I'm going to add a

5:31discount on top of that, which is going

5:33to make it a steal. I'm telling you

5:35right now, trust me here, if you don't

5:37have great dress shirts, is the best

5:39place to pick them up. I'm going to have

5:42them linked down below. I want you to

5:43check them out yourself. Four, don't buy

5:45new clothes, just wear them new ways.

5:47These are the three fashion hacks I wish

5:49I knew as a teenager that would have

5:51saved me thousands of dollars. I use all

5:54three of these till this day, and I'm

5:56still shocked more guys don't,

5:57especially the last one I'm going to

5:59show you. Most people don't even know

6:00this one exists. Hack number one, turn

6:02the shirt you're wearing inside out.

6:04You're going to pinch the inside of the

6:06sleeve enough so your arm can still go

6:08through it. And then you're going to use

6:09a paper clip to hold it there. Then I

6:11want you to flip back that t-shirt

6:12inside out and put the shirt on. It'll

6:15instantly make the shirt sleeve tighter

6:17around your arm, making you look

6:18stronger and bigger. Hack number two,

6:20when you don't know how to wear

6:21something, just go to the brand's

6:23website and copy exactly how the model

6:25styled it. Hack number three, if it's

6:27really hot outside, pull your socks all

6:28the way down past the ball of your foot.

6:30Fold that extra fabric under your ark

6:32and lock it in behind your heel. Now you

6:36have invisible no-show socks to create a

6:38summerready look. Bro, hack one makes

6:40your arms look jack. Hack two will make

6:42you look like a model. And hack three

6:44keeps your look in season without having

6:46to spend any more money. Number five,

6:48match any color with one trick. Most

6:51guys think color matching is too

6:53complicated, but you only need one rule,

6:55the sandwich method. Forget the color

6:57theory and the color wheel, all that

6:59fancy stuff. just over complicates

7:01things. To match colors correctly, it's

7:03not what colors you wear that matters.

7:05It's where on the body that you wear

7:08those colors that actually matters. Most

7:10guys will wear a bold shirt with random

7:12shoes and wonder why the outfit doesn't

7:14work. When your colors are scattered

7:16around your body, the brain can't

7:18organize the outfit and it looks random.

7:20So, just remember one rule, the sandwich

7:22method. You want to match the same color

7:24on top and on the bottom. For example,

7:26for outfit one, you can wear white

7:27sneakers and a white shirt and then you

7:29can add a bold color in the middle. Or

7:31outfit number two, you can wear a bold

7:32colored hat and the same color for your

7:35sneakers and then just wear neutral

7:36colors in the middle. That repetition of

7:38the same color on the top and the bottom

7:40is what creates the sandwich method,

7:42which adds structure to your outfit. So,

7:44if you want to color match correctly,

7:45every time you head out, just ask

7:47yourself, is the color you're wearing on

7:49top repeated again at the bottom of my

7:51outfit? If not, you need to make it

7:53happen to anchor the look. Bro, at this

7:55point we have covered the fundamentals

7:57of style, fit, and color. But none of

8:00this will matter if you don't make it to

8:02tip number seven, where it all comes

8:04together. This is the number one mistake

8:06guys make that ruins any outfit. But

8:08before that, number six, wearing a suit

8:10can make you look poor. Wearing a

8:12tailored suit that looks like this is

8:14the equivalent of writing, "I'm broke,"

8:16on my forehead, and I've never worn a

8:18suit in my life. And even though the

8:19average person doesn't know the

8:20difference between a well-tailored suit

8:22and a cheap off the rack suit and a

8:24poorly tailored one like this one, they

8:26can almost feel the difference. And no,

8:28this is not just my opinion. They ran a

8:30study on this. Here are the three

8:32mistakes that make your suit look

8:33terrible. First, you're overtailoring.

8:36When your suit is pulling at the seams,

8:38your shoulders are bulging out, or you

8:40see some shirt fabric around your waist,

8:42it just screams cheap. A good suit

8:45should move with your body, not against

8:46it. You see, in a study published across

8:48multiple academic journals, participants

8:50viewed images of the same man wearing

8:53two suits. One was nicely tailored and

8:55one was poorly tailored. His face was

8:57blurred, so the only real difference was

8:59the clothing. Which takes me to the

9:00second mistake, not knowing when to

9:02button and unbutton your suit. This is

9:04one of those signs that shows that you

9:06rarely wear a suit. So, the rule is when

9:08you're sitting down, you want to

9:10unbutton your suit jacket. And when you

9:11stand up, you want to keep it buttoned.

9:13See, these finer details are super

9:15important because in the study, the

9:16tailored suit made him look

9:18significantly more confident, more

9:20successful, and even wealthier just by

9:23fit alone. Even when the images were

9:25just exposed briefly, which takes me to

9:27the third mistake, leaving your vent

9:29thread stitched shut. It just ruins the

9:32flow of the entire jacket, and it

9:33doesn't allow your suit to move properly

9:35or like intended. If you stop these

9:38three mistakes, I don't care what the

9:39cost of your suit is, you'll instantly

9:41look more expensive. Which takes us to

9:42number seven. These are 10 types of

9:44clothes men should never wear. I need

9:47you to run through this checklist before

9:48you get dressed in the morning. If

9:50you're wearing more than six of these

9:51right now, we got work to do, bro. And

9:53this not just my opinion. This is backed

9:55by science. One, graphic TE's with

9:57slogans. Two, oversized designer logo.

10:00Three, ripped jeans. You have to

10:02understand that the human brain prefers

10:03simple and ease of processing. Studies

10:06are clear on this. People are more

10:07attracted to visuals that are easier to

10:09process. Four, cargo shorts. Five,

10:12Velcro sneakers. Six, V-neck T-shirts.

10:16You have to understand some of these

10:17clothing items conveyed messages about

10:19your personality. Research indicates

10:21that attire significantly influences

10:23perceptions of traits like confidence

10:25and intelligence. Which takes us to

10:27seven, tight gym joggers, eight, skinny

10:30jeans, nine, flip flops, and 10, neon

10:34collared accessories. If you only wear

10:36between zero and two of these items here

10:38and there, you're probably fine. You got

10:40great style. If you check three to five

10:43of the items on this checklist, you're

10:45getting into that danger zone. But

10:46buddy, if you are at six or more, well,

10:49you just completed the perfect video

10:51because I just shared with you 15 years

10:53of style knowledge in what, 9 10

10:56minutes, bro. You got this, man.
