What this video covers

0:00Last week I posted a video around how

0:02I'm sending HTML follow-ups to pretty

0:05much everyone that I'm speaking with. I

0:08shared the six different design skills

0:11that I'm using. And in today's video I'm

0:13just going to show you how I'm using the

0:14Hermes agent to actually create the

0:16follow-ups themselves, how they look,

0:18and the typical prompts that I use. This

0:21is a real sales call that I've just

0:23gotten done and I thought hell, I'm just

0:25going to get out the camera and film the

0:27exact process so you can see this end to

0:29end. So the first thing here is I'm

Hermes desktop app vs Discord

0:31using the Hermes desktop app. If you're

0:33not using it, I actually really prefer

0:35using this these days versus the

0:36Discord. I do use the Discord when I'm

0:38on the mobile and things like that, but

0:40when I'm around here, this is really

0:43good and I've also got all of my

0:44different kind of sub agents inside of

0:46that.

0:47So, let's get started.

The exact prompt I use

0:51I just did a call with and I'm going to

0:54insert the

0:55email address of the person. Um

0:58This was a sales call and I want to

1:00build a HTML

1:03page to follow up which we can host on

1:05the cell.

1:06Um go ahead and use all of your Claude

1:11all your design skills I should say,

1:12sorry, to create me this page.

1:16You can look up the transcript inside of

1:18Fireflies. I need this page to be highly

1:21customized in terms of use cases, how

1:24they could leverage Triggerify based on

1:26what was discussed, but also go ahead

1:29and research the company so that you can

1:31give examples of social listening

1:33searches that they should be doing and

1:35example plays aka workflows that they

1:38could build off the back of that. And

1:40obviously you have all of the knowledge

1:42of Triggerify, but you could research

1:45anything there as well if you need to

1:47cross-reference

1:48any kind of

1:50how-tos or anything like that.

1:54Uh so that's like this the kind of

1:56prompt that I'm going to put in. I might

1:57just add

1:58ensure this is super clear, precise, and

2:01easy so that if someone wasn't on the

2:03call, they could read this document and

2:06have complete clarity on how this

2:09customer could be using Triggerfy based

2:11on real-world examples

2:14from the call that we had and the

2:16research that you do.

2:18There we go. And

2:20away we go. Just going to hit enter on

Hitting enter and letting it run

2:23that. And that is going to start to turn

2:25it and it's going to go build me

2:26everything that we need to do there.

2:28So it's loaded the skills. I actually

2:30have a skill as well for HTML follow-up,

2:33which it will use given I've kind of

2:35used the trigger word, which is saying

2:36"Do me an HTML page." So it's going to

2:38go ahead and use that. So if you want

2:40that skill, also let me know and I will

2:43share that. We're going to let this

2:45thing cook for now and then we will show

2:49you what this looks like

2:51when it comes back.

The agent finishes and self-reviews

2:55Okay, so it's just come back and said

2:57it's done. The cool thing is let's kind

2:59of like look through some of this stuff

3:02here.

3:03You can see that it's doing a lot of

3:04this kind of browser vision, browser

3:06scrolling. So this is where the

3:10the kind of skills come into play, which

3:13is essentially like it's got to go and

3:15review its work and it's really trying

3:17to do the anti

3:18AI swap test.

3:20So it's going to keep iterating until

3:22it's happy with the final version that

3:24it's basically producing you, which I

3:26can see the live URL is then here. It's

3:28also giving me a little bit of an

3:29overview of everything that we have. So

3:32we can see it's going to give the hero,

3:34what we had, the signal gap, eight

3:36searches tailored, five plays, why this

3:39matters, recommended plan, and then a

3:42CTA at

3:44the end. So let's go ahead and have a

3:47sneaky peek at this.

Page walkthrough

3:51Okay, we're we're in here now.

3:53The cool thing is you can see like

3:54there's like some animations as I'm

3:55scrolling through it kind of like brings

3:57everything up. Um and it looks okay.

Why this beats a generic PowerPoint

4:00Maybe you can say it could be better,

4:02but it's just like really clean. It's

4:03giving me exactly what matters. It's way

4:06better than like a generic PowerPoint

4:08because again we're giving like really

4:11uh

4:12kind of um

4:14key things that would be interesting for

4:16them to go and do. Really kind of result

4:19and goal-orientated versus this would

4:22take me a long time to manually do via

4:25PowerPoint, which is why you would just

4:26set up a generic crappy kind of

4:28PowerPoint and send that over anyway as

4:30a salesperson. Whereas this is giving

4:32something um completely tai- tailored to

4:35the individual including kind of CTAs at

4:38the end which I really like. And and it

4:40costs uh essentially just the AI to run

4:43and pull some information. So it's

4:44actually relatively co- cost-effective

4:46for the value that you get as a result.

Analytics (and why I wouldn't bother)

4:49Now in theory you could actually put

4:51some analytics behind this, put it maybe

4:53under Posthog or something like that.

4:55That's where it gets a little bit heavy

4:57um and I probably wouldn't recommend it.

4:59What we could also do is we could go

5:01ahead and um build out or use Vercel's

Password protection on Vercel

5:05kind of inbuilt password management

5:07system which essentially would then uh

5:10date it. So if it's uh kind of a

5:13security element or or whatever um or

5:16it's confidential information that are

5:18inside of there, then again you could

5:20apply that cuz I know that was kind of a

5:21question that was originally posed to me

5:23when I started talking about how I'm

5:25doing this and what this kind of uh

5:27entails.

5:28So there's that angle around that and

5:30you can just ask your client care

5:31essentially to go ahead and password

5:33protect it using uh Vercel. Vercel will

5:36be free um depending on how many you do,

5:38but yeah it's going to be free for for a

5:40very long time uh for you. Um and that

The full stack and sending the link

5:44is where you combine the Hermes, the

5:46Fireflies, the Vercel to create this

5:48kind of custom follow-up where then

5:49we'll just take this link, chuck it in

5:51an email, send it across with any other

5:52collateral that you would love to share,

5:54and away that you go.
