1:19reported cases of sexual assault,
1:22including allegations of rape,

1:26been sexually harassed. What the hell is
1:29going on in Ceuta?

1:37What is it? 72,000 Moroccans crossed the
1:40border into a European country in one
1:42go. Like you say, 5 to 8,000 migrants
1:44remaining in Spain. And now these
1:46horrendous reports. And when you look at
1:48the details of some of these reports of
1:50sexual assault and rape as well, JJ,
1:52they are horrendous. So, Spain's largest
1:54police union said there were 16 sexual
1:57assaults of varying severity since the
1:59mass crossing in July. Majority of the
2:00victims were underage, JJ. So, this is
2:03like young girls.
2:04>> And migrants themselves.
2:05>> and and migrant women as well.
2:07>> Yeah.
2:07>> So, before we make this a whole sort of
2:08like, you know, us versus them issue,
2:10it's actually just it's more complicated
2:12than that, right? It's disgusting. It's
2:14amazing. It's absolutely disgusting. Um
2:16Reuters confirmed a report that in one
2:18incident, three brothers were stopped
2:20three migrant brothers were stopped
2:22while trying to abuse a 10-year-old
2:24girl, JJ. 10-year-old girl. Can you
2:26believe that? And these migrant boys,
2:28apparently also migrant boys, taken to
2:30hospital
2:31after being sexually abused. It's again,
2:34underage. I mean, this is disgusting,
2:36JJ. The you had when these guys crossed
2:39over into over into
2:41Ceuta, you had a lot of people in the
2:43usual sort of spheres of the
2:46establishment saying, "Nothing to worry
2:48about. They've crossed back over. Don't
2:50look here. It's not an issue anymore."
2:52Well, what do they say to this, right?
2:54I'd say the establishment has lied to a
2:55lot of people here. But when you look at
2:57these cases, when you look at the hard
2:58facts here, when the case these cases
3:00being investigated, it's disgusting. And
3:02I think what I'm worried about, JJ, is
3:04that these dangerous men could
3:06eventually come to Britain.
3:08>> Well, I can't see how I mean, at the
3:11moment we we are lucky that there is the
3:14huge amount of water
3:15from North to North Africa and Spain.

3:19stopped a lot of them from coming
3:20regardless, but there's a huge amount of
3:21water that is going to stop these these
3:23men. The these migrants especially that
3:26from Morocco that were in Ceuta,
3:28I don't think they're going to be
3:31brought across to mainland Europe. The
3:33plan, uh currently
3:35by Spain, is to move 500 migrant girls
3:38from there to mainland Europe, but no no
3:42men. Boys, underage boy
3:44juveniles anyone under 16, yes. And
3:47women and and girls.
3:49Because
3:50as I say, the the the the reports we are
3:52getting. So, a local woman described how
3:54she and her mom rescued a 12-year-old
3:57girl from being raped by five Moroccan
4:01illegal migrants.
4:02>> Oh my god.
4:03>> Now, of course, we're never going to sit
4:05here and say, "Well, then all Moroccans
4:06should be barred." But, every single
4:08person who crossed into Ceuta illegally
4:11>> Mhm.
4:11>> should not be should not be taken across
4:13to mainland Europe. The women and girls,
4:15different matter altogether, of course.
4:18But, the just to go back to the story
4:19about the the 12-year-old girl who was
4:22going to be raped by five Moroccan men.
4:25The woman said that she was in her home
4:27and it was around 2:00 a.m. in the
4:28morning. Her and her mom heard screams
4:29outside.
4:30Very bravely, these two women went
4:32outside, found the five men speaking
4:34Arabic surrounding the child and pulling
4:36down her trousers as she screamed.
4:39So, the mother and
4:40this woman got the the girl away from
4:42them.
4:43Um and this is a quote from the woman,
4:45"They were raping her in front of my
4:46house.
4:48We went to save her. My mother got her
4:49out. There were five of them against the
4:5112-year-old girl, a little girl." They
4:54then took the girl to um social services
4:58uh cuz they feared that if they'd left
4:59her outside, she'd be killed.
5:01Um
5:02it's it's disgusting. It's vile.
5:05And these are
5:07Moroccan men doing this to their own
5:09Moroccan women in Ceuta. So, imagine
5:12what they're doing back in Morocco where
5:15things aren't being reported.
5:17>> Women just have like far fewer rights,
5:19frankly.

5:20>> And there is a more lax view in some of
5:23these countries as well on the age of
5:24consent.

5:30where you said about the trying to pull
5:31her to I mean, it's just actually just

5:36>> The Spanish authorities should go there
5:39heavy-handed

5:43manually, put them in the back of the
5:44the the van, drive them back across the
5:46border, and dump them back in Morocco.

5:54there's enough to cope with here.

6:31They should be going into Ceuta saying,

6:35crossed illegally, you are being
6:36physically dragged back over the border

6:40we shouldn't be part of the Schengen
6:42area cuz we clearly can't control our
6:43own territory. We can't look after our
6:45own people. Look what's happening to
6:46them. They're being raped. It's

6:53So these lefties who sort of say, you
6:54know what yeah it's terrible to to
6:56control the borders, think about all
6:58these migrants stuff. Well, what about

7:38being handed leaflets on how to behave

7:48sex with girls who are underage. It's
7:50not allowed in this country. And you
7:51know what the
7:53flipping
7:55grinds my gears about that is that the
7:57usual lefty voices come out and said,
7:59"If you If the government really wants
8:01to stop rape, they should be handing
8:01these leaflets to to all men in this
8:03country." It's like, "Listen,
8:06in this country, we are raised to
8:07understand and know what What is rape.
8:11We are raised and understand the laws of
8:12our own land. And yes, we have plenty of
8:14wrong'uns here already. Unfortunately,
8:16we can't kick them out. I wish we could.
8:18I wish we could put them all on a little
8:20tiny island.
8:21Actually, maybe Australia. We used to We
8:23used to We used to drop drop the worst
8:24people off in Australia.

8:44if I go to the US, and I say this all
8:45the time, my wife's American, if I go
8:47into America and I get into a bar fight
8:49and and I hit some guy and the police
8:51arrest me, what what happens to me? Oh,
8:53it's okay, JJ. Don't worry about it. No,
8:55I'm getting deported. I'll get a
8:57criminal record in America. I'm deported
8:58and blocked for a few years.

9:54can't enforce the same rules here. You
9:55see, in Portugal recently they have um
9:58passed a law that

11:33a semi-military response

11:40showing of blueprints. So, we I say we,
11:43Burnham has given blueprints for
11:46British-made cruise missile components
11:48to Ukraine. Zelensky saying, here you
11:50go, boys. These are blueprints. This is
11:52how you make them.
11:53Do do what you want. And apparently uh
11:57Putin is not happy about this. But, it's
11:58not even just Putin. According to Mr.
12:01Fyodorov,
12:02the pressure is coming from the Russian
12:04public and the Russian press. I don't
12:07know how how true that is, but
12:08apparently according to public opinion
12:10polls, the
12:12the the Russian public and journalists
12:14and for mass media have said something
12:17should be done about this and Putin must
12:19act.
12:20>> Well, I mean, like you say, how much you
12:22believe this guy, this Andrei Fyodorov?
12:24You put it perfectly. You pronounced it
12:26I think accurately.

12:31guy? He's a obviously a Kremlin toady.
12:33But, but it must be said
12:36I don't think this is controversial. I
12:38don't think it's a particularly wise
12:40idea on the part of Burnham. I think
12:41Burnham has made a massive mistake here.
12:44A categorical error. Because the
12:46Americans, right, going to going to the
12:48Ukraine-Russia conflict for a bit,
12:49right?
12:50Britain is great is getting a bit of a
12:52reputation for being the chief aggressor
12:55on the western side of this conflict,
12:57right?
12:58Why? Because Trump on one hand is sort
13:00of saying, okay, one minute he's saying
13:01Ukraine will give you this. The next
13:03he's saying we're going to give you
13:03nothing until you get round the table
13:05and you try and have peace talks, right?
13:07He's kind of playing
13:09slightly schizophrenic.

13:11he's trying at least at some points to
13:13move towards peace. He's trying to get
13:15people round the table to come to a
13:17reasonable settlement of what's going to
13:19happen in that country because the front
13:20line hasn't moved and people are dying
13:22and it's costing everyone a whole lot of
13:24money.

13:26What are Britain doing? Well, we're
13:28giving them drones
13:30and missiles to launch attacks inside
13:33Russian territory.
13:34>> And whole loads of money.

13:38thing to give them whole loads of money
13:39and weapons and missiles to defend their
13:41own territory. You'd expect that. Given
13:43what the given situation things have got
13:45to they shouldn't have got to where they
13:46were. We talked about that last week.
13:48You can understand why they've given
13:49them the money and the weapons to defend
13:51their own territory.
13:52We were initially at the start of this
13:54conflict drawing a line and saying, "We
13:56are not going to give you stuff if
13:58you're going to attack Russian
13:59territory."

14:00>> You can't do that cuz that's an
14:01escalation. Right, we don't want this to
14:03escalate. Now, what are we doing? We're
14:05giving them blueprints for long-range
14:07missile components so they can build
14:09long-range missiles and guess what
14:10they're going to do with them. They're
14:11going to fire them at Moscow. They're
14:13going to fire them at St. Petersburg.
14:15They're going to fire them at major
14:17Russian cities and towns.
14:19Am I surprised that the Russians are not
14:21particularly happy about that? No, I am
14:22not.

14:23>> And sensible heads need to prevail a
14:25bit.
14:26Do we want this to stop or not?
14:28Do we think Are we going to put our
14:30heads in the clouds and say there's
14:31going to be a situation where NATO just
14:33wins and Russia is taken over by an
14:37ultra-liberal democrat who believes in
14:39the ECHR and, you know, letting a
14:42million people into the country because
14:43borders don't matter, right? That is not
14:45going to happen, right? Putin is very
14:47much there and he's not going to budge,
14:49right? It's going to take a lot to budge
14:51that man. What do we need to do? We need
14:53peace.
14:54We talked about this again on JJ last
14:55week. I'm going to get out the old
14:56textbooks, right? The old classics. Sun
14:59Tzu.

15:07want your enemy to retreat, build him a

15:11deal. Give him a deal to sell to his

15:20that at the minute. There just seems to
15:21be a push towards escalation and making
15:24this all a lot worse. And yeah, in this
15:26situation, I mean, Russia's pulled its
15:28ambassador from the UK now, JJ.

15:31>> That is not good.

15:32>> That is really bad. That is a bad bad
15:34sign of escalation. And look, we don't
15:36actually really have that independent
15:37nuclear deterrent.
15:38>> Mhm.
15:39>> I think we need to really pull our heads
15:40out of the clouds a bit and think about
15:42get our heads back down to earth and
15:43think, right, how can we get this
15:44conflict to stop? How can we reach the
15:46best settlement possible? And how can we
15:48stop this escalating? You don't do that
15:50by giving Ukraine blueprints to launch
15:52missiles into Russia.
15:53>> The only way the war is going to end
15:55will be around the negotiation table.
15:57It's not going to end with Putin being
15:58killed and them and the and Russia
16:00caving in. It ain't going to end with
16:01Zelensky um
16:03being assassinated and then no one
16:05replacing him and Ukraine saying, "Okay,
16:06you can you can have all of Ukraine
16:07now." Like they're going to have to get
16:09around the table and negotiate, which is
16:11what they should have been doing from
16:11day one rather than just blindly going
16:14at at this fight. But also I think with
16:16the public
16:18the public in the West
16:20I think we don't have the appetite for
16:21war anymore. I think people are getting
16:24tired of especially in places like the
16:26UK where we're all struggling.

16:29>> People are getting tired of of hearing,
16:32"Oh, we're going to give another couple
16:33billion to Ukraine. Ukraine needs more
16:35money."
16:36Right, but we're also not able to afford
16:38to pay our rent. We're not able to
16:39afford to pay our heating. Uh the cost
16:41of food is going through the roof.
16:44People People have I I think I think the
16:45public support for the war has has waned
16:49considerably.
16:50>> It was a lot stronger here at the start
16:51of the war and it's very interesting,
16:52you're completely correct.

16:54>> At the start of the war, public support
16:55for this was was very high, as you'd
16:58expect. Um and the same in America. In
17:01America, it was far more quick to
17:03decline.
17:04>> Yeah.
17:04>> Cuz they were like, why the hell are we
17:05sending billions and billions over
17:06there? We've got our own problems here.
17:09We've now caught up.

17:10>> British public is now starting to catch
17:11up and is going, "Mhm.

17:13>> Not sure about another 20 billion to
17:14Ukraine to be honest.
17:15>> Yeah.
17:16>> Cuz I kind of need I need a house.

17:28this is waning a bit. Um look, I mean,
17:30it's not completely waned. There's still
17:32a strong aspect of support for Ukraine.
17:34Obviously, a lot of us do support
17:35Ukraine. I'm not some Kremlin stooge.
17:39Putin's been terrible. He started this
17:41conflict, right? He turned this from a
17:43cold diplomatic issue into a hot war. Um
17:46he's done some terrible things to
17:48people, killed countless people. He's a
17:49horrible man. Um what we want is an end
17:52to it,

17:53>> right? And that requires some
17:55realpolitik thinking on the part of the
17:57West. Where we're going is just madness.
