0:00What's up, guys?

0:02>> Dana, week four in the books now. Just

0:04we had a little bit of everything

0:05tonight. What were your thoughts on uh

0:06tonight?

0:07>> Yeah. I I mean, uh another night where I

0:10take everybody's

0:13great nights. I love it.

0:14>> Stood out to me there when you were

0:15reading out your Sylvester Sanchez. You

0:18said like you mentioned how he may not

0:19be ready and then boom, he beautiful

0:21left.

0:22>> I'm not you. That's why on my

0:24notes I wrote, I swear to God, I was

0:27sitting there thinking he's 24. It's a

0:30great fight. Tough. You know, this this

0:32kid McCracken's coming at after him. Uh,

0:35but he's 24. Maybe he needs a little

0:37boom. As soon as I said it in my head,

0:39he dropped him and and finished the

0:41fight. And I'm like, you know what that

0:43about? As soon as I start to doubt

0:45whether you're, you know, don't let me

0:47not pick you. So you were kind of

0:49already leaning towards if it went to

0:50decision to hey get some wins come back

0:52>> which it looked 100% like it was going

0:54to go to a decision. Good fight. Both

0:57guys are tough and you know uh and you

1:00know he was a slight underdog in this

1:02fight too. So um yeah don't let me deny

1:07you. Don't make me not pick you.

1:09>> Another guy I know you were very high on

1:11today was Gabrielle. You said

1:1226-year-old heavyweight beast coming to

1:14the UFC. just talk to me about his

1:16performance and you know what his

1:17addition to the you know evolving

1:19heavyweight roster that we're seeing now

1:20with all the talent that's coming in.

1:22>> Yeah, I you know in the heavyweight

1:23division to see a guy young like that

1:25coming in uh so aggressive and uh going

1:28and going for the kill. I love it. I

1:30love it. We need those type of guys in

1:32in the heavyweight division.

1:34>> And uh I got to hear Senko ask, you

1:35know, tell you, you know, fourth week on

1:37Paramount. Didn't get to catch

1:38everything. Just what has been, you

1:39know, the network's response four weeks

1:41in, right? I mean, we've had some great

1:42episodes so far. Yeah, we've we've been

1:44trend literally the network is texting

1:46me during the show tonight. Uh yeah,

1:48they're fired up and and and you know,

1:50we've been doing this for 10 years and

1:52you know, we've trended a couple times

1:53in the past. We trend every week top

1:56three. Tonight, we're number one. Um you

1:59know, Paramount's been uh an incredible

2:02move for us. Just a couple outside of

2:03tonight coming off, you know, crazy

2:05scenes over in Shanghai with Sona Dong

2:07knocking out Usuzman or sorry, I'll get

2:11to that later, but Umar Magamov, just

2:13your thoughts on on that performance.

2:15>> Yeah. Wow. I mean, I think my my uh my

2:19my thoughts were the same as

2:20everybody's. I mean, Song looked

2:22incredible and did what he needed to do

2:24in, you know, his home country. It's you

2:26couldn't have a better win than that.

2:28Yeah.

2:28>> Now to Umar or Usuzmanov, I know a lot

2:31of people have been, you know, talking

2:32about his reaction when Sonadong was

2:33kind of running around the cage. Just

2:34what were your thoughts on that and

2:35where do you stand on on the way he

2:37reacted?

2:38>> Yeah.

2:40So what do you mean how he reacted?

2:42>> Some people say maybe he crossed the

2:43line or the way maybe he almost hit song

2:46or tried to hit then he

2:47>> he definitely did. Yeah, I agree. I

2:49would agree with that.

2:50>> Just last one for me, we're just a month

2:51away from UFC 332 in Salt Lake City. Is

2:54there an update of or just timeline of

2:56when we're going to get a main event

2:57announcement?

2:58>> Yep. Uh this week.

3:03>> On the flip side of the um sort of with

3:05the Uzman, the at the recent Nevada

3:07Athletic Commission, they said that they

3:09wanted to reach out to you guys because

3:10there were a few fighters that got fined

3:12for exiting the cage. During the

3:14meeting, the commission chairman comes

3:16on and says, "I think we should reach

3:17out, talk to the UFC and see if there's

3:19something that we can really do to stop

3:21these fighters from exiting the cage and

3:23make it maybe more severe." Have they've

3:25reached out to you guys and do you think

3:26there's anything that can be done to

3:27sort of deter fighters more from exiting

3:30the cage and getting

3:31>> it? It's one of those tough things

3:32because these guys get so excited and

3:36you know when you when you're caught up

3:37in the in the moment when you think

3:39about how hard they train, they're gone

3:42from their families. They cut weight,

3:44they do all this stuff, and then, you

3:45know, they win. They're not thinking

3:48about fines or or any of that stuff.

3:50What I think should happen is if you

3:52jump out of the cage to do something

3:55violent or something, you know, then you

3:58should get fined and you should be uh

4:00you know, the perfect example is Habib

4:02when he went when he went after you

4:03know, those type of things. But if you

4:06just get, you know, overly excited and

4:08you jump out of the cage, I I don't

4:11think it's a big deal.

4:12>> Yeah. And that in fact you brought up

4:13the one case that they kept bringing up

4:15and they said this is why we're doing it

4:17because there was an instance where a

4:18fighter left the cage in a fight but do

4:20you think that could be something

4:22discussion to say hey maybe there should

4:24be levels and maybe fighters shouldn't

4:25get this fine or

4:26>> Yeah.

4:27>> gotcha. Um

4:28>> I mean that's this is pretty much common

4:30sense. I mean this isn't

4:32>> this isn't some big executive

4:33decision that needs to be made that they

4:35need to call and talk to us. I mean it

4:37it's pretty simple. If a guy jumps over

4:38the cage with bad intentions toward

4:41another fighter or somebody in the crowd

4:43or something like that, yes, find the

4:45out of them. Um, but if they don't,

4:48then you know, then they shouldn't.

4:51[laughter]

4:52>> And then, uh, you already mentioned that

4:53you thought it was probably the worst

4:54stoppage ever tonight when we saw that

4:56the fight between uh, Modestino

4:58Rodriguez and Brandon Holmes

5:00>> and then and then he had another one.

5:02You know what I mean? uh you know, he

5:04had the worst stoppage ever when when

5:06the guy's mouthpiece fell out and he got

5:08hit with eight more punches than he

5:09should have got hit with and then he

5:11goes the complete other way on the next

5:13fight.

5:13>> And I know this was the second time that

5:15we saw Holmes. Is there possibility when

5:17something like that happens and he looks

5:18like he was still in the fight, do you

5:20guys give him a possible third shot to

5:22try to come back?

5:22>> Yeah, I listen, we owe that guy. Yeah,

5:25definitely.

5:26>> All right. And then last for me, I know

5:28when we had the tour, you guys said

5:29within like a month or in a few weeks,

5:31you might hear about the expansion

5:32plans. Is there any update on maybe the

5:34future expansion on this the plot of

5:36land out here, any of the order other

5:38stuff?

5:38>> We literally just hired a firm to come

5:40in and do the uh the master plan.

5:43>> That's awesome. So,

5:44>> which takes like eight months.

5:45>> So, eight Well, yeah.

5:46>> Eight months from when they're going to

5:48get done doing their

5:49>> We just hired the firm that's going to

5:50do the whole master plan here, and it

5:52takes like eight months to to do it.

5:54Yep.

5:54>> Okay. Thanks, Den.

5:55>> Yep. Uh just a couple from me. Obviously

5:58the story last week main event Bellamir.

6:00You obviously have a relationship with

6:02her. Have you had a chance to speak to

6:03her or talk to her? Give her any advice

6:05since that loss. Um yeah, I called her

6:07as soon as I got in my car and uh she

6:10was in a good place. She's like,

6:11"Listen, I've lost before. I've lost

6:13jiu-jitsu matches. I've lost wrestling

6:15matches. You know, I've lost before. I

6:17know what it feels like to lose and I'm

6:19good. I'll be back and I'll come back

6:21stronger." any chance of bringing her

6:22back this season, do you think or

6:25>> uh that I don't I mean that's up to her

6:26and her dad about that.

6:29>> Yep. And then last one for me. Last

6:30week, current lightweight champion

6:33Justin Gai, he told us that his hands

6:36were still not healed from the Ilia

6:37Taporia fight. He was going to wait till

6:39the end of the year and kind of decide

6:41what he was going to do. I know you

6:43don't really like the retirement thing,

6:44but he didn't rule out retirement. Just

6:47your thoughts. Have you had a chance to

6:48talk to Justin? Do you feel like he

6:50might be tying up the division with

6:51those?

6:52>> No, I I No, he's not tying up the

6:53division. He just fought. Um, you know,

6:56just fought. His hands are still sore,

6:57whatever he's got going on, you know, he

7:00uh, you know, and he came into that

7:02fight. He originally wasn't the guy in

7:04that position. He came in, took the

7:06fight, and uh, won in spectacular

7:08fashion and literally changed his entire

7:11life. And, uh, yeah, he's got some some

7:14big decisions to make.

7:15>> And then I do just have one last more.

7:17Last week you talked about um the 11

7:19million man and I think Kevin Holland

7:22confirmed that was it was him. Um

7:24obviously a big star. People love to see

7:26him fight. Can you just talk about his

7:27career in the UFC and what it's meant

7:29coming from the Contender Series?

7:31>> Well, I never said it was Kevin Holland

7:32that was the 11 million man, but Kevin

7:34Holland's done pretty well.

7:37>> Yeah. Yeah. I love Kevin. You you know

7:39the whole history of me and Kevin. I

7:41didn't pick him. Said he he had a big

7:43mouth and he should have focused on

7:44whatever. And we were in matchmaking one

7:46day and I I don't remember who fell out.

7:48I think it was Thiago.

7:50Um, yeah. Anyway, I said, "Call Big

7:53Mouth and see if Big Mouth will take the

7:54fight." Called him. He took the fight

7:56and here we are with Kevin Holland.

7:58>> He did seem to confirm he was the 11

7:59million dollar man. You don't want to do

8:01that.

8:01>> Interesting. I did not say it was Kevin.

8:04>> Got it.

8:04>> Yeah.

8:04>> Thank you.

8:07>> Yeah, I got one right here. Um, how does

8:09it feel to have such a positive response

8:10from the fans, you know, this season of

8:12Dana Wack Center series and even the

8:14fans in in house here?

8:16>> Yeah, I mean, we we we you know, for 10

8:18years, we have had nothing but but but

8:20great uh experiences from the fights,

8:23but now with the with with the expansion

8:25here and to be able to have 1300 people

8:27in here every Tuesday, it definitely

8:29makes a big difference. It's fun, lots

8:30of energy and uh yeah, I'm assuming it's

8:34got to be much better for for the

8:37fighters, too. Yeah, you know, Adam

8:39Darby put on such a striking master

8:41class against, you know, Rivera tonight.

8:42He landed roughly 60 to 70 leg kicks,

8:44which would have been second only to

8:45Usuzman versus Mazda at 251. What would

8:47you like to say about that performance

8:49and how he kind of just broke him down?

8:51>> Yeah. Well, I literally said to the

8:53matchmakers in the first round, uh, you

8:56know, Rivera jumped on, he was on his

8:58back and I said, now this fight ends,

9:00this kid Darby's gonna finish this fight

9:01with leg kicks. Before I knew that

9:04Patrick Rivera was a cyborg. I

9:06mean, that guy is one of the toughest

9:08dudes that I have ever seen in the

9:11sport.

9:12Never started limping

9:14once, never switched stance, and just

9:17kept coming forward and and eating those

9:19leg kicks. And the leg kicks were

9:21obviously setting up other other weapons

9:23for uh for Derby. It it was just it was

9:26absolute masterclass and and I was happy

9:29that the ref stopped that fight. The ref

9:31did a great job on that fight.

9:34>> Thank you.

9:35>> Yeah. Since we're on refs

9:36tonight, let's let's go the other way

9:38with this guy. He did a great job. Good

9:40stoppage

9:41>> being right here. Um

9:42>> and and that was the second I thought he

9:44broke the record, but if it was a UFC

9:46fight, Darby would have the record for

9:49the number uh second most leg kicks in

9:52the welterweight division to Carlos

9:55Condit against Nick Diaz. Yeah,

9:59>> Dana, I was just wondering if you if you

10:01were happen to catch uh UFC legend Joe

10:03Lozison fighting in in uh the BKFC at a

10:07fifth inway in Boston.

10:09>> I did not. My son was there though, but

10:11I I didn't see it.

10:12>> Gotcha. Um and I just wanted to go back

10:14to Song Dong. How cool is it to him? You

10:18know, he joined the promotion when he

10:20was like 18 years old. It's taken him

10:23almost, I guess, 10 years to

10:25>> What? What's the question? Son Don.

10:27>> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Okay.

10:28>> Entered the promotion when he was 18

10:30years old. Um he's been in the promotion

10:32for almost 10 years. Goes out there,

10:34knocks knocks out. Um gets he's this

10:37massive star in China. And I'm assuming

10:39he put himself like right there next to

10:42the title shot, right?

10:43>> Yeah. Listen, man. I I would have to

10:45imagine that, you know, when you're in

10:46the sport and and you you get set up for

10:49this type of, you know, moment in your

10:53career and you absolutely go out and

10:55deliver, especially

10:57against who you did it uh you know to

11:02it's it's unbelievable and and you know

11:05massive in China and place was going

11:08crazy. I I think they said that uh Zach,

11:11our producer, said they broke like the

11:13decibel record there. Like it was so

11:15loud that it was insane.

11:17>> Yeah, that's that's awesome.

11:19>> But we broke lots of records on that

11:20China fight.

11:21>> Yeah.

11:22>> Including the decibel level. [laughter]

11:24>> I'll take it.

11:25>> Yeah, it was it was an awesome card. Um

11:27have you just been kind of amazed at how

11:29many underdogs have won this year? Um

11:31just title fights, main events, big

11:33underdogs. Well, I'll tell you, it's not

11:35that I'm amazed or that I'm whatever,

11:36but the matchmaking is just off the

11:38charts, man. I mean, the whole year and

11:41then, you know, recently you look at S,

11:43you know, obviously the Contender

11:44Series, Sacramento, China, list goes on

11:47and on. The matchmaking is just second

11:49to none.

11:50>> Thank you.

11:51>> Thank you.

11:53>> Good.

11:54>> I'm not sure if you're going to Paris,

11:55but uh this weekend, Dan Hooker,

11:57Saladine Parnau, Parnell is obviously

11:58making his debut against a tough, you

12:00know, Dan Hooker. So, just what are your

12:02thoughts on on that fight and uh what

12:04are your hopes right now?

12:05>> Yeah, well, I think I think that the

12:07again like I was just saying to him, the

12:08Paris card is it's it's a great card. Uh

12:12great matchmaking and let's see how it

12:14plays out. I'm I'm you know, we're on

12:16we're on a roll. So, let's keep rolling.

12:20Thank you guys.

13:32Nice.

13:36>> Adam, congratulations on the win and the

13:37contract. What are the emotions like

13:39right now?

13:39>> Thank you so much. Uh just a lot of

13:42relief. There's a lot of stress on my

13:44shoulders leading up to this fight. You

13:46know, I've been chasing this dream for a

13:48very long time now. Um you know, I'm I

13:50know I'm only 25, but I've been I've

13:52been having this dream for a while. So,

13:53it's uh happy. I'm very happy all my

13:55hard work paid off and uh especially

13:58against such a game opponent in Hunter

14:00Smith. I wish I could have finished him,

14:02but you know, I had to play it smart. Um

14:04he had power in his hands, so I I played

14:05a smart fight. Still uh had some

14:07exciting moments in there. I like, you

14:09know, I like my spinny stuff as you guys

14:11could tell. But um yeah, I'm just super

14:13happy to finally be a UFC fighter. I've

14:14been wanting to say that for a

14:16long time.

14:17>> Sure. It [snorts] feels good. How how

14:18confident were you when you when you

14:19heard uh them say, you know, split

14:21decision? Just what were your emotions

14:23like there? I was a lot more confident

14:26before they said the split decision, but

14:28then once they because I didn't think it

14:29was going to be a split decision and

14:30then once they said the split decision,

14:32I was like, "Oh shit." But, uh, no, I

14:34was pretty confident I got the win. I

14:35thought I landed the bigger shots. Um, I

14:38know when people that don't know

14:39anything about fighting, you see someone

14:40moving around the cage, it's they're

14:42running. No, I I'm playing a smart

14:44fight. I'm playing my fight. And I I

14:47made him move how I wanted him to move.

14:49I wasn't just running away. I did that

14:50to land my big shots and make him miss.

14:53um people that don't know fighting

14:54online, they're uh stupid as and

14:56they would never step in the cage and

14:58they don't know what they're talking

14:59about.

14:59>> And obviously, you know, we saw you in

15:00contender series before uh against a

15:02tough opponent and Tommy Ganon. You said

15:04in the promo package that the the UFC

15:06obviously sees something in you, right?

15:08They're bringing you back. So, just what

15:09was the mentality like going into a

15:11second opportunity? I mean, fighters

15:12obvious, you know, a lot of them say,

15:14you know, it's, you know, even more

15:15pressure for obvious reasons. How do how

15:16do you see it?

15:18>> Uh yeah, I was honestly just super

15:20grateful. It only took one fight to get

15:21back here. Um, obviously the one fight

15:23was super awesome. I got a spinning

15:25elbow flatline knockout. So, I

15:28definitely earned [clears throat] my way

15:29back. You know, it wasn't a handout, but

15:31I think they definitely saw the

15:32potential in me. Um, they want exciting

15:34fighters, and that's what I am. And, you

15:36know, the the deck wasn't in my favor.

15:39My LA my first time in the Contender

15:40Series. You know, it was a pretty short

15:42notice for me. I had a lot of weight to

15:43cut. Um, wasn't fully prepared. No

15:45excuse. You know, he beat me that night.

15:47But, uh, that is not uh the fighter I

15:50am. And I showed people today, you know,

15:52I'm a lot better than I was the first

15:53time I was here. And and I just

15:55literally just turned 25. Um I'm still

15:57not in my prime at all. And uh the next

16:00couple of years, uh you're just going to

16:02see me get better and better and better

16:03and better.

16:04>> You're just turning 25. You know, coming

16:06into stacked UFC lightweight division,

16:08just what are your ambitions right now?

16:09How quickly do you want to be, you know,

16:10in a certain spot in your career?

16:12>> Yeah, you know, this is a short career.

16:14I'm here to make my money, uh make my

16:16name for myself, uh get in and get out.

16:18Um, so I'm going to ready to stay active

16:20as long as, you know, my body is all

16:22good and healed up and I want to fight

16:23big names. You know, one person I really

16:25fight is Bobby Green. Um, I think I'd

16:27him up and I think that would be a

16:29great fight to put on at MSG in my

16:31hometown of New York. Um, so yeah, I

16:33want some big names. I just want to get

16:35back in there and fight, you know? I'm

16:36only I'm only uh young for so long and I

16:39want to make some good money, put on

16:41awesome fights. So I love this

16:42>> So that's the timeline. Regardless,

16:43Bobby Green or not, November. MSG is

16:45what you want.

16:46>> November MSG New York. That's what I

16:48want.

16:48>> Congratulations.

16:49>> Thank you.

16:51>> How you doing, Adam? Congrats. You know,

16:53you went you went the full 15 minutes

16:55tonight. You know, came away with the

16:56split decision.

16:57>> How would you assess your performance

16:58tonight?

17:00>> Pretty good, honestly. You know, he's a

17:02super tough opponent. He definitely got

17:03better um than his last few fights. He

17:06he was also leveling up and he was

17:08really hungry. You know, he knocked out

17:10a lot of his fighter opponents that he's

17:12fought. He got power in his hands. Um a

17:14little more experience than me, too. So,

17:16[clears throat] I I was really proud

17:18with the way I fought because a lot of

17:19times, as people know, if you watch my

17:20last fights, I go in there and I like to

17:22like to scrap. I like to tuck my chin

17:24and throw some bombs, which I you know,

17:26I did a little bit in the fight, you

17:27know, when I was supposed to, not just

17:30trying to make it his fight. I made it

17:32my fight. And I did it smart this time.

17:34So, I was happy to prove it to myself

17:36that, you know, I could stay composed, I

17:38could stay smart, keep use my range. I'm

17:406 three, 6'2 in the lightweight

17:43division uh division. So, I got to use

17:45[snorts] that to my advantage, right?

17:46So, this guy was like 5'8. Um, so I made

17:48him miss a lot and I made him pay and

17:50I'm just honing in on my skills more and

17:52more every time.

17:53>> What part of his game would you say gave

17:54you the most struggle tonight?

17:56>> His forward pressure. This guy wouldn't

17:58stop coming forward no matter how much I

17:59hit him. Um, but that was fine. You

18:02know, even though it was the smaller

18:03apex uh cage, so that gave him a little

18:06bit more uh help with his game because

18:09it was smaller cage, not a lot of uh

18:12room for me to move uh move around. Um,

18:14so I'm excited to fight in the real UFC

18:16cage one day in a packed out stadium

18:19arena and then I'll be able to move

18:21around as much as I want. Bada bing, pop

18:23in and uh especially next time I fight a

18:26guy that maybe doesn't have as much

18:27power in his hands. Um, you'll see me

18:30going forward holding the center and

18:32knocking some people out.

18:33>> So would you say that you think Bobby

18:35Green doesn't have as much power in his

18:36hands?

18:36>> 100%. That guy sucks. Honestly, I I I

18:39really like be before this fight, I was

18:42like Hunter Smith's a harder fight than

18:43Bobby Green in my opinion. Um he has his

18:45hands down and Don't I do that too

18:47sometimes, but he's not a tall lanky guy

18:49like I am. Um yeah, I put his

18:51lights out and he's he's got to retire

18:53soon, so let's pass the torch to a young

18:56uh hungry guy like me.

18:58>> Uh you know, you've now shown that you

18:59can win a three round fight uh and three

19:01round war at that. Do you feel like this

19:03performance showed a different side to

19:04your game?

19:05>> Yeah, a little bit. It showed, you know,

19:07I have pretty good fight IQ, not just a

19:09dumb brawler. Um, so yeah, I'd say that.

19:12And I got the conditioning. I know. And

19:14I I say this every fight. Doesn't matter

19:16if you're a striker, and obviously I'm

19:18I'm a great striker. Uh, if no

19:21matter if you're a striker, you're going

19:22to shoot on me. And he did. He shot.

19:25Also, he's he barely shoots in any of

19:27his fights. He likes to strike. And he

19:28was saying, I can't wait for someone to

19:30bang with me and just stay in front of

19:32me like that. And I never shot once. He

19:35shot. Um I've never fought someone ever

19:38in my career that's that hasn't shot on

19:40me. Um and if it was that easy to take

19:42me down, everyone would do it. I

19:43wouldn't be eight and one right now. So

19:46um I invite it. Let's go. I've been I

19:47work on it every day. And just because I

19:50don't do it doesn't mean I can't do it.

19:51I I know what Dana likes. I know what

19:53people like to see. So I put on exciting

19:55fights. And uh um yeah, wrestling.

19:58That shit's gay.

19:59>> Uh congrats. Thank you.

20:00>> Thank you.

20:01>> Congrats on the win.

20:04the when you were here before, obviously

20:06they didn't have as much of, you know,

20:07setup and the bells and whistles and how

20:09just amazing job they've done. How was

20:11that energy like as opposed to the first

20:13go around and now that we have fans

20:15rooting you on or even cheering against

20:17you?

20:18>> So much better the first time around. I

20:20think it might be Oh, no. There was a

20:21few people that were here last last year

20:23and this year or whatever. Um, so much

20:25better with the crowd. I thrive in that

20:28environment. I like the noise. I like

20:30the fans. I like the booing. I like the

20:31cheering. Um, it gets me going, you

20:34know, when when it's no crowd, it's like

20:35a sparring match. You hear everything.

20:37It's a weird vibe. Obviously, I don't

20:39like it as much because that was my

20:40first loss, so I associate that with a

20:42bad time. [laughter] But, uh, yeah, I

20:44like the I like the crowd. That's why

20:47one day hopefully, Dana, please, Hunter,

20:49please. If I could fight on the MSG

20:51card, main card would be awesome. Open

20:54it up. I promise I'll do some flashy

20:55Get everyone excited. Um, and

20:57fight in front around uh in front of

20:59like 20,000 people. That's all I want.

21:02That would be the best feeling ever.

21:03>> That's awesome, man. And, you know,

21:04shout out to being a uh, you know, the

21:06showmanship. I saw you do the thing like

21:09to get the crowd into it in that third

21:10round. So, that definitely brought him

21:12in and just livens the place up. Besides

21:16MSG, what what else is on the bucket

21:18list? And just hit me with like cities,

21:20countries you'd like to go to and of

21:21course other arenas besides Madison

21:23Square Garden.

21:25>> Honestly, I just got MSG on my mind.

21:28Definitely. I want to go to arenas. I

21:30want the crowd. Uh, I don't want to

21:32fight at the Apex. I know they they put

21:33on a pretty great show now at the Meta

21:35Apex with all the fans, but man, like

21:37you'll see the best version of me if you

21:39put me in front of 20 30,000 people. Um,

21:42I know I I'll I'll strive in that. Um,

21:44but yeah, Vegas, pretty cool spot. So, I

21:46definitely would love to fight at

21:47T-Mobile Arena, maybe down in Florida.

21:50Um, Australia would be pretty sick. I

21:52always wanted to go there. And, uh,

21:54maybe somewhere in Asia would be pretty

21:55cool, too. Yeah.

21:56>> A that's awesome. But last two for me,

21:58we saw you get real creative in there

22:00tonight. I obviously it's not a secret

22:02that when you know uh Dana and the brass

22:05see a fight, a guy or gal can get the

22:07decision and still not get the contract.

22:09We saw spinning back fist from you. We

22:11saw the one two finish with a head kick

22:13kind of like Wonderboy Thompson like

22:15you're really going for it. Was there an

22:16emphasis tonight to show out win or lose

22:19like I'm going to just go out on my

22:21shield if I need to?

22:22Yeah, but at the end of the day, you

22:26it's better to win and not get the

22:27contract than lose and not get the

22:30contract. So, I tried I was being a

22:32little smart in there, but at the end of

22:34the day, like I I'm a fighter. Um, and

22:36when I taste blood, I go a little crazy

22:39and I'm I'm really good at finishing

22:40fights, but that just get that just

22:42shows you how tough Hunter Smith was.

22:44Um, so yeah, of course, you know, I I

22:47did the tornado kick at the very end,

22:49which I've always wanted to do in a

22:50fight, and I landed it, too. So that was

22:52really cool. And u yeah, I like the

22:54flashy stuff. I'm really good at it.

22:56It's hard for people to defend. And you

22:58know, I stayed sharp. I stayed composed.

23:01Um and yeah, that's it. I I I could

23:03obviously you could always do better. I

23:04can't wait to watch back the fight and

23:06uh learn from it. And then uh the next

23:08opponent's even more

23:10>> Right on, man. And I think as a fighter,

23:12I taste blood and I get a little more

23:14crazy. You should be on your business

23:15card. [laughter] How do you celebrate in

23:17Vegas or celebrate at all with the team

23:19that you got the contract and you are

23:21officially here, my man? [sighs]

23:22>> Yeah, man. I'm definitely I want to take

23:24a moment when we get back with everyone

23:26just s talk to them and just be grateful

23:28and sit in the moment and appreciate it

23:31and take it all in. Um do that for about

23:3320 minutes and then we're going to hit

23:35hit it hit the clubs or something and go

23:36out and have a good time. Um it's been a

23:38really long camp. Uh I just I fought in

23:41May at LFA before I uh got this call.

23:43Also, I got the call in like two weeks,

23:45three weeks after that fight. So, I was

23:46right back in camp. It's been a long uh

23:48long camp, but made me in the best shape

23:51of my life for this fight. Um, so yeah,

23:53I'm going to have a good time, eat some

23:55good food, but now I'm a UFC fighter.

23:56Now it starts. Now the hard training

24:00starts and the discipline even more and

24:03the lifestyle. So, I'm going to enjoy

24:05myself for a little bit with my family,

24:06friends, my girlfriend, and uh go right

24:09back to the gym and uh hit it harder

24:11than ever.

24:12>> Awesome, man. Well, congrats. Awesome

24:14mentality as a fighter and welcome to

24:15the UFC.

24:16>> Thank you very much.

24:18>> Good. All right. Thank you guys. Yo,

24:21follow me. Adam live MMA. Thank you.

25:33Gilbert's

25:39>> [snorts]

25:40>> congratulations on the victory in the

25:41contract. What are the emotions like

25:42right now?

25:46Thank you, brother.

26:04Happy to be here. Hasn't dawned on me

26:06yet. Um but let's continue to train and

26:09continue to be right because I'm I'm

26:10ready. Um just to find a place, find an

26:13opponent. Um all you have to do is call

26:15me.

26:15>> Were you surprised your opponent just

26:17kind of got up when you put him down the

26:19first time? And obviously you ended up

26:20getting the finish, but just the way a

26:22lot of us thought he was done.

26:27foreign.

26:46Um, can't be surprised. I mean, it's

26:47part of fighting. Anything can happen in

26:50fighting. So, I can't be surprised with

26:52the fact that he got up.

26:53>> Obviously, I think only one of your

26:55fights has won. you know, all three

26:57rounds or just all the way to decision.

26:58What's is there a part of you that wants

27:00to prove you can go all, you know, the

27:02full distance or just is it the goal to

27:04keep getting these guys out of there in

27:05one until that fight eventually comes?

27:42Um I've had a three round fight. One

27:44three round fight. Yeah. But I I like to

27:47do quick work, man. It's shock and awe.

27:49It's you come in here and and that's

27:51what people want. People want uh to put

27:53on a show. No one wants to watch, you

27:55know, three boring rounds of anything.

27:57That's that's the way we come in here.

27:58We come in and finish left.

28:00>> And obviously Dana was very very hype on

28:02you. He said, you know, the 26y old

28:04beast come to the UFC heavyweight

28:06division. Just what's it like to hear

28:07that from from the boss man?

28:35um an honor and very happy to hear that

28:37the boss said that and it's that's

28:38that's it. Every fight's going to be a

28:40show. We're going to we we're coming in

28:42to do this and I said we really want to

28:45make real history here.

28:46>> What are your thoughts on the current

28:47landscape of the UFC heavyweight

28:48division? Right. It's a division that

28:50sometimes, you know, gets criticized by

28:51the people, but as of late, we've been

28:53seeing a lot of, you know, fun and

28:54exciting talent, including now yourself.

29:35Um, I think there's a new but act of you

29:38know a new wave of of lighter

29:40heavyweights that can move faster but at

29:43at the same time they pack that punch at

29:46the heavyweight so I think that's just

29:47going to it's getting excited people

29:49that can move fast and punch hard so why

29:51not

29:52>> we've often seen in that division you

29:53know how how fast a guy can you know

29:55jump from fighting a non-ranked fight to

29:57top 15 and then boom already in

29:59potential you know top five talks so

30:01with your career how do you want to take

30:03it do you want to go you know jump right

30:05into deep end or do you want to build

30:06yourself up fighting UFC level

30:07competition until you eventually get

30:09there.

30:47Um, I think everything's in God's time

30:48and he's going to give me the right

30:49opportunity at the right time. And I

30:51think that, you know, whoever comes

30:53comes like, go right ahead. Put me in

30:55front of anybody. Um, and it's going to

30:57be war.

30:58>> Finally, for me, when do you want to

30:59turn around, make that UFC debut, and is

31:01there someone you want to face now, or

31:03maybe just further down the line,

31:04someone you dream of facing inside the

31:05company?

31:06>> Yeah.

31:44Um, I do believe that I'm going to be

31:46making my debut um until the by the end

31:49of the year. Um I do for that by

31:52December my debut that guy that I

31:54thought really interesting. I just don't

31:55know his first name went Anthony went.

31:57So um I think you'll be a cool match

32:01making there. I think it'll be a great

32:02fight.

32:03>> That's that I think be a fun matchup.

32:05What what intrigues you about that?

32:29I like his style. I like the the fact

32:31that the guy is aggressive and and I

32:33think they'll be good matchmaking. And

32:34then listen, if they if and let's let's

32:37let's go get in there. Um if if Dana

32:39likes the idea, why not?

32:42>> First for me, uh congrats. Um and also

32:45you landed that big right hand that you

32:47know really changed the fight. Did you

32:49know immediately that you had him hurt?

32:52>> I couldn't hear the end of it.

32:54>> Oh, I'm sorry. Did you know immediately

32:55that you had him hurt?

32:56>> Sorry.

33:13Yeah, I at that moment I thought, you

33:15know, that fight is going to be over

33:16right then and there

33:17>> and you know, finally getting that UFC

33:20contract. What does that UFC contract

33:22mean to you?

33:47As I said before, it's just double the

33:49work. It's it's working more more and

33:52more and just doubling the workload to

33:54to to get things accomplished. And as I

33:55said, it's a dream, but it's the

33:58beginning of a dream. So, you just get

34:01to work and get better every time. Um,

34:03to do better every time.

34:05>> Do you feel like the current UFC

34:07heavyweights are ready for for you to

34:09come in and make your splash?

34:29I think I'm going to make some some

34:31noise in the division. I think I'm going

34:33to knock some people out. I know I'm

34:34going to take some people down as well.

34:36That's what I think.

34:37>> Is there a name in that division that

34:39you want to knock out? You want to make

34:41your statement against?

35:06Well, there's always someone.

35:09There's always someone, but I'm going to

35:10keep my humility, keep it humble, and uh

35:14also keep it respect. So,

35:17>> thank you.

35:22>> Okay.

35:23>> Thank you.

36:00mess you create around yourself. My

36:02little

36:09>> Gilbert's

36:14I'm not

36:16Sylvester Sanchez.

36:34contract secured. Um, what does it feel

36:36to you and for Nari Mexico?

37:08Um that was always a goal and to be here

37:11in the UFC since I started in mixed

37:13martial arts and it is is a dream come

37:17true but also you know the start of of

37:20hard work and not just for myself but

37:22also for Netting because this opens the

37:24door um for all the talent that's there.

37:27Maybe I've I've opened the door for more

37:29people from from there to make a splash

37:31as well.

37:45A lot of power, a lot of aggressiveness,

37:47and you finished with, you know, a big

37:49left. This is how you planned it. This

37:52is how you trained. Is that how you

37:54envisioned it?

38:11Um, I envisioned it in the first round.

38:14A little bit disappointed that I get did

38:16get done, but the moment came in the

38:17third round and that's it. Finishing

38:19fights is always in my plans.

38:36performance

38:38performance

38:44>> and yet another Mexican gets a contract

38:46in the UFC and he showed a lot of

38:47maturity inside the Octagon. It showed

38:49you know experience and and patience in

38:51the Octagon. What do you have to say for

38:53the PI and the participation that the

38:56performance institute in Mexico had in

38:59making you more mature and more patient?

39:15Grand Prospects.

39:37Um, I think the the UFCI in Mexico is,

39:40you know, is one of the most important

39:42hot beds of talent in the world right

39:43now. The work that they're doing there

39:45is amazing because I mean the the level

39:48of sparring that I've had, the the the

39:50my the people on my team, the people

39:52that that have worked with me, it's it's

39:55they've given me a tough challenge. And

39:57you know that someone comes from in

39:59during through contender series into the

40:01UFC coming from the PI in Mexico City.

40:05You know it's someone who's ready for

40:07wars.

40:25Um there was a sentence that was uttered

40:28that you said that I rather um die

40:32standing that than living on my knees.

40:36And what was the um what were the

40:39sacrifices? What was the journey that

40:41that you remember coming to this moment?

41:10I think, you know, being away from my

41:13family, just um me being out here um in

41:16Mexico City and just having to talk to

41:19my mom through you know video calls it's

41:22it's the more complicated and the

41:23toughest part

41:30>> and to whom you dedicate this victory

41:33and what would you like to say to the

41:34people of Mexico after this

41:56Um to my mom obviously um to all the

42:00people in I to my team and to someone

42:03that's not here right now. has always

42:05been here. Um, it's my grandpa.

42:11>> What would you tell your grandpa if he

42:12was here today?

42:20>> That we made it and we will continue to

42:23work.

42:26[clears throat]

42:44um when Dana came and actually talked to

42:46you afterward and said the same thing um

42:48after the um it was announced that you

42:50got the contract. Uh that at one point

42:53thought that maybe this is this guy is

42:55not experienced enough. Uh but all of a

42:57sudden when I started thinking he he

43:00finished the fight. What did you take

43:03from having talked to Dane about this?

43:28I was like, "God damn." I was like,

43:29"Within just a bit of not being taken,

43:32but it it means that, you know, things

43:35will happen. You continue to work.

43:37Things will happen. Good things um will

43:40happen to you at the end."

43:44Uh, [clears throat] one for me. You

43:46closed out. I mean, sorry. Liam was a

43:49very tough opponent and you had to deal

43:51with this pressure for three rounds.

43:54What did you learn about yourself

43:55tonight that maybe you didn't know

43:56beforehand?

44:21I think

44:38um Le was a tough opponent, but I'll

44:42tell you this is you you learn and in

44:46this case it was me that learned that um

44:50these challenges make you a better

44:52fighter and more complete fighter. I

44:54feel that um this having a experience

44:59like this rather than you know finish

45:01the fight in the first round gives me

45:04you know get more experience and that

45:06experience comes with time inside there.

45:08So that's what I got [clears throat]

45:17>> and a message for the kids in Mexico

45:20that one day want to find the UFC

45:36that you fight for your dreams. I was

45:37one of those kids one day that I had to

45:38fight hard and and to to get it because

45:41hard work pays off at the end.

46:01And the third round when it finally

46:02happened, you envisioned it and you

46:03finished the fight. What did you see

46:05that you thought, well, this is the

46:06moment it's going to happen?

46:23round.

46:23>> Um, my corner told me at the end of the

46:25second round, we're possibly going 1-1

46:28and uh, we need to finish this fight.

46:30And I said, that's it. I'm going to

46:31finish this fight in the third round.

46:45UFC.

46:46>> And what does a victory like this say

46:49about you being, you know, ready and

46:52prepared to be in fights in UFC?

47:15I think I think we're very ready to come

47:17in the UFC because we work so hard for

47:19this. We live for this and we work hard.

47:22Exactly. To be in these moments and um

47:25we're very fortunate people. We do what

47:27we love. We love doing this. So um we

47:31love fighting. We're going to fight.

47:42Um, any fighter that maybe you want to

47:45fight someday or right, you know, right

47:47now you would like to fight.

48:00Bobby Green. Bobby Green.

48:03>> [laughter]

48:05>> King.

48:10>> Maybe not for my first fight, but

48:12eventually King Green. It' be great

48:14fight.

48:25Apparently somebody ever asked We're

48:26both

49:31Go birds.

49:33>> Go birds again.

49:40>> Congratulations on the victory in the

49:41contract. What do the motions look like

49:43right now? for

49:58this moment.

49:59>> Now emotions have calmed down a little

50:02bit, but I said I'm I'm very happy

50:04because I worked very hard for this

50:06moment.

50:07>> Obviously, you know, Dana White made his

50:08thoughts clear on on the stoppage, but

50:10he also said, you know, you did your

50:12job. you did what you're supposed to do,

50:13just how things play out. So, what was

50:15your reaction like, you know, what was

50:16going on through your head when when the

50:18fight was stopped that early?

50:29Follow me. Watch.

50:51Um, you know, I get in there to do my

50:54work. Everything flows um from the work

50:57to be put in. So, I get in there and do

50:59my job and the Rafz to do his as well.

51:03So, I feel that I did mine and I feel

51:06that if the fight had lasted five more

51:09seconds, I would have finished that

51:10fight.

51:10>> And I feel like the fight, you know,

51:12reciprocated your guys' energy yesterday

51:14at the faceoffs. I saw when when they

51:15announced your you guys to go up uh by

51:18Sean Shelby, you guys both sprinted at

51:19each other and stuff. So, was just was

51:21that just the energy all week or or just

51:23what was that?

51:28Foreign

51:36speech. Foreign speech.

51:57Um, that's what what it is. It's the

51:59energy that I bring in. Just when I get

52:01in there, I just, you know, that's

52:03that's it takes over me. And I I I just

52:05notice right away. It's um very

52:09energetic, but also intelligent at the

52:11same time. I try to play smart. So when

52:13I saw that the first two hands got in, I

52:16was like, "This is the moment. I need to

52:17finish this fight right now and get my

52:18contract."

52:19>> And you're only 22 years old, already in

52:21the UFC now. So what's what's the game

52:22pl game plan like now? Do you want to,

52:24you know, take it easy, build yourself

52:26up, or you want to throw yourself right

52:28in there in the deep end?

52:55um working very hard. That's what

52:57changed my life and that that's what got

53:00me here. So, it's you work hard,

53:03focused, dedicated, um and be ready um

53:08to just take on new opportunities. Just

53:10basically grab them by the horns when

53:11they come in. And then finally, when do

53:13you want to turn around? When you want

53:14to make that UFC debut, is there someone

53:16you have in mind you want to debut

53:17against or or just someone you'd like to

53:18fight inside the company down the line?

53:41Um, as I said, this everything's new to

53:43me. So, whatever Dana says, whatever my

53:46manager says, whatever the matcher say,

53:49um, we'll be ready. Um, this is my job

53:51and that's that's work and I'm I'll be

53:53ready to take on more work.

55:01I love I love

55:14>> Adam, congratulations on the victory and

55:15the UFC contract. What are the emotions

55:17like right now?

55:18H yeah, it hasn't really set in yet.

55:20I've just smashed two bags of jelly. So,

55:22I'm just chilling out, getting some food

55:23into me. But, uh yeah, I think when I

55:24get back to the hotel and everything cal

55:26camps now, you know, I'm looking at a

55:27room full of reporters here. I think

55:28it'll hit me then.

55:30>> Did you expect, you know, your opponent

55:32to be such, you know, so tough the way

55:34he was? Obviously, Dana White described

55:36him as a cyborg in here, but did you

55:38expect him to be like that?

55:39>> Yeah, look, it's the UFC. Everyone's

55:41going to be good. They're going to be

55:42high level. They're not going to quit,

55:43especially for the show that's in it

55:44tonight. He was there. I don't I don't

55:46know if it should have been stopped. I

55:47was happy to keep going. I was telling

55:48the ref, "Let it keep going." The

55:49doctor, "Let it keep going." I knew I

55:51was going to get the finish, but the

55:52doctor decided to stop it, but big ups.

55:54He was tough as but um I was

55:56tougher.

55:57>> I didn't quite catch yesterday at the

55:59face off what you were saying to him.

56:00What were you saying to him?

56:02>> I just told him, you know, that's all

56:03funny against before the fight. Like,

56:04but I just told him this is going to be

56:05our last fight. I'm going to end our

56:06career and I think I did tonight in my

56:08opinion. I told him it'll be his last

56:09fight. Let's see if he fights again.

56:12>> Okay. Um was this your first appearance

56:15state side or? No, I've been out in the

56:17States for a while training. Um, I came

56:18out to the States about four or five

56:19weeks ago and I've been here for four

56:21weeks training.

56:22>> In terms of like an actual fight though,

56:23this is your first.

56:24>> I just my first time fighting in the

56:24States.

56:25>> How was just that experience, you know,

56:26coming down all the way out here?

56:28>> Yeah, look, I'm fighting on Cage Wires.

56:29It's the biggest promotion outside the

56:30UFC. To me, it's the same. It's all the

56:33same. I thought I thought it was

56:34actually easier fighting tonight than it

56:35was on Cage Wires. It ran so smooth and

56:37stuff, but uh yeah, it didn't phase me

56:39one bit.

56:40>> Yeah. I mean, we've seen so many, you

56:41know, great fighters come out of Cage

56:42Warriors. So, what makes you, you know,

56:44different from the rest? And you know

56:45the next big thing to come out of cage

56:47wars

56:48>> because I'm Irish. No, you see it

56:50tonight. You know, I like to fight. I

56:51like to get in there and throw hands,

56:53throw elbow, throw knees. I'm not

56:54looking to come out and take guys down

56:55and sit in there for three rounds. I'm

56:57looking to come in and put on a show for

56:58the fans.

56:59>> Yeah, I think Dana Dana was a big fan of

57:00how complete you showed tonight. Um,

57:02when do you want to turn around, right?

57:04I mean, you are you looking at a quick

57:05turnar around here or or just whatever

57:07the company gives you? What are you

57:08looking at?

57:08>> Yeah, look, I'll be a company man, but

57:10I'm happy to go again. Um, I said to

57:12Dana, I'd love to go again next weekend

57:14if possible, but who knows if that'll

57:15happen. If not, there's a show on the

57:1731st of October Halloween night. Spooky.

57:20Get me on it. Let's go.

57:21>> What are your thoughts on the on the

57:22current UFC welterweight division?

57:25>> Yeah, it's good. It's really good Irish

57:27guy in Gary just fall for the belt. He

57:29didn't get it, but uh let's see if I can

57:31make the way up the ranks in two years

57:32from now. Let's see me fight for it.

57:34>> What did you think of that fight Ian and

57:36Islam?

57:37>> Um, it was a good fight. I thought

57:38looked well. I think he could have

57:39pushed it in the fifth round. I think he

57:40could have got the win, but I think he

57:41uh he was a bit too nice in my opinion

57:43coming out shaking hands and hugging.

57:44You're in a title fight, world title

57:46fight for the UFC. Go for it. Get the

57:48win. But I thought he looked good. Other

57:49than that, he was sharp and h I'd say he

57:51gets another one or two wins and he

57:52challenges for it again.

57:53>> Yeah. And we know, you know, every

57:54fighter dreams of being in that title

57:56fight scenario. So when when do you want

57:58to be there, right? Do you want to take

57:59it, you know, slowly fight by fight or

58:01you're a guy that wants to get thrown in

58:03there right away with some, you know,

58:04experienced guys? How do you look at

58:05your career?

58:06>> Throw me in the deep end. I'm good to

58:07go. You know, I want to fight the best

58:08guys. I have since I'm young. That's how

58:10I've got to where I am. I've always

58:11wanted to fight the best guys. I've

58:13never turned down a fight in me whole

58:14career. Give me any whoever they want.

58:16I'm good to go.

58:16>> Is there someone you personally look up

58:18to or just someone you really want to

58:19share the octagon with? Maybe just

58:21because of the style or something?

58:23>> Uh, no. I'm happy to fight anyway. To be

58:24honest with you, I like fighting

58:25strikers. Makes for an entertaining

58:26fight. Get a nice bonus at the end. But,

58:28uh, give me whoever they want, I'm happy

58:29to take it.

58:30>> Yeah. Where do you believe you'll be a

58:31year from now?

58:33>> I think I'll be in contention. I think,

58:34uh, everyone will know me now. I'll be

58:36probably trying to punch into the top

58:3810, top 15. So, let's see.

58:40>> Congratulations.

58:41>> Thank you.

58:42>> Uh, couple for me. Um, first one, you

58:44close out the entire card tonight,

58:45right? What did you want everyone

58:47watching to learn about Adam Derby,

58:50>> how violent I am. You watch any of my

58:51fights, I'm extremely violent. You know,

58:53a lot of reporters and stuff, especially

58:55a couple of the Irish reporters were

58:57saying they didn't know I was going to

58:58do it tonight. I wasn't violent enough.

58:59And that was crazy to me. And I was

59:00reading that all week going, "Are you

59:02crazy? Watch any of me fights." But, uh,

59:03yeah, I think I showed the level I'm at

59:04there tonight. That's the highest level

59:06in the UFC now. There's no more talk of

59:08he hasn't done this, he hasn't done

59:09that. I'm here to take part. I'm here to

59:11go. Let's go.

59:12>> Other fighters from MMA Fight Academy

59:14such as, you know, Franchesco Mato and

59:16Jason Blair, you know, both fought in

59:17DWCS. They didn't get called up

59:19apparently. But, you know, you're the

59:20first one to earn that UFC contract.

59:22What does that mean to you?

59:24>> Yeah, look, I'm fighting out Team Rhino.

59:25That's always been my gym since the

59:26start. I've been there since I started

59:27my MMA career. Um, we had Neil Siri, we

59:30had Paul Revan in the UFC. It's been 10

59:32years since we had anyone in the UFC. I

59:34was only starting my MMA career when

59:35they were kind of finishing up in the

59:37UFC. So, it's good to be back and have

59:39the gym in the UFC. You know, Team

59:40Rhino's back. There's a lot of young

59:42good guys coming out of the gym. Like I

59:43said, Lewis Bourne, J Harris, James

59:45Sheen, Graeme Sheen. You'll see all them

59:46coming into the UFC in the next 12 to 24

59:48months.

59:49>> Yeah, you put on a striking master class

59:51today against Rivera. You landed roughly

59:5460 to 70 leg kicks if I'm not wrong,

59:55which is if this was an actual

59:57welterweight UFC fight. They would have

59:59finished second only to Usuzman versus

1:00:01Masel at 251. What can you say about

1:00:04that? Was that something that you worked

1:00:05on in your game that you want to just

1:00:06chop him down?

1:00:07>> Yeah, just he was bouncy around. You

1:00:09like to He was kind of on the back foot

1:00:10running. Watched a couple of his fights.

1:00:11It was hard to get footage on him.

1:00:12Didn't really have any up to-ate

1:00:14footage. The last fight we watched was

1:00:15like 2022 or 2023. So was kind of go in

1:00:18there, chop his leg, stamp his leg,

1:00:20oblique kick, slow him down, and then we

1:00:22start walking the body on the heads. And

1:00:23I think it worked out was a good game

1:00:24plan.

1:00:26>> So you know, a lot of exciting

1:00:28welterweights have joined from the UFC

1:00:30recently from the Dana White Consider

1:00:31Series. You know, fighters like

1:00:33Breedo and Ronald Humphre. Are those any

1:00:36names that you would want to share that

1:00:37octagon with that, you know, seems like

1:00:39an exciting fight?

1:00:40>> Yeah, look, as I said, sign me up. I'm

1:00:42not going to go call anyone out. Give me

1:00:43whoever you want. I'll fight them. I'm

1:00:45happy to go as soon as possible. Thank

1:00:47you.

1:00:51Perfect.

1:00:52>> Thank you.
