0:00It's happening, baby. It's finally

0:01happening.

0:02>> Gavin Newsome is getting his ass sued.

0:05He is getting grounded officially.

0:07Thankfully, someone is doing something

0:08about his utter insanity, all this

0:10craziness. Just last week, we saw Gavin

0:12Newsome officially signed into law the

0:15Stop Nick Shirley Act, which many

0:17people, including myself, felt like this

0:18was a simultaneous attack on free speech

0:21and freedom of the press. And after a

0:24whole week of him getting railed hard,

0:26hard harder than that railroad of his,

0:29he is finally getting sued by a lawmaker

0:31in California. And he is also feeling

0:34some pressure from Washington DC from

0:37RFK Jr. and we have to talk about it.

0:40This is huge. So, welcome back to

0:41another episode of the Adam Seno Show.

0:43If you like conversations like this, do

0:44me a quick favor. Like this video,

0:46subscribe to this channel. But we are

0:48trying to get to 200k by the end of the

0:50year and I definitely need your help for

0:52that. Now let's dive right in.

0:56So Assemblyman Carl Deayo is suing Gavin

0:59Newsome over the Stop Nick Shirley act

1:01that he says criminalizes citizen

1:02journalism and shields the taxpayer

1:04funded nos from fraud investigations.

1:07The law set to take effect October 1st

1:09creates privacy protections for

1:11immigration support for service

1:12providers, including penalties for

1:14publishing their images on social media.

1:18You know, it is still like mind-boggling

1:20to me that Gavin Newsome is working

1:22significantly harder to stop people from

1:25exposing the fraud than he is in

1:27actually stopping all the fraud. That is

1:30a huge problem. Watch this quick video.

1:32Gavin Newsome, once again, you're a

1:34bully trying to silence citizen watchd

1:36dogs uh into uh not exercising their

1:39First Amendment rights and exposing your

1:42fraud, the billions of dollars that

1:44you've allowed to be wasted of precious

1:46taxpayer funds, all because you want the

1:50benefit of these left-wing NOS's to help

1:53you politically. You're going to be

1:55exposed as a bully. You're going to be

1:56exposed as the fraud ring leader. Kevin,

2:00>> please. I want to see happen again. Nick

2:04Shirley helped peel back the curtain

2:06that was costing taxpayers billions of

2:09dollars and Gavin Newsome just never

2:11cared. One clear example was the hospice

2:14fraud in California. All these dots

2:17right here represent licensed hospices

2:21in LA County. And look at what we learn

2:23whenever we start zooming in. All right,

2:26so 1,800 licensed hospices in total. And

2:30look at this. 42% of them are believed

2:33to be fraudulent. Okay, let's zoom in

2:36even more. And nearly 500 of them

2:40operate within a 3mile

2:43radius. And it is actually so bad that

2:47even at one location in particular has

2:50about 90 hospices alone. That is nuts,

2:55guys. Fraud is happening right in front

2:57of our faces. And Gavin Newsome wants to

3:00make it even harder to identify, wants

3:02to make it even harder to expose. This

3:05is completely ridiculous. And this is

3:07absolutely not. Okay. Do you remember

3:10back in January, Gavin Newsome, he was

3:12talking about the fraud and he was

3:13pretty much saying, "Oh, hospice fraud

3:15pretty much nonexistent in my state."

3:19And do you remember what Dr. Oz ended up

3:21reporting? Take a look right here

3:22>> with Dr. Oz.

3:25might have, well, you're living in Oz

3:28hospice. We've been after that for years

3:30and years before Oz was even on the

3:33scenes. This is purely political. This

3:36is not about fraud and abuse. This is

3:39about the polarization,

3:41politicalization, weaponization, not

3:44just a grievance, but weaponization

3:46across the board of agencies uh and

3:50weaponization the likes of which we've

3:52never seen from an administration. At

3:54least half of the hospices in the entire

3:56area around Los Angeles are fraudulent.

3:59And today we announced 800 of those

4:02hospices have been suspended. That's

4:04getting us, you know, close to where we

4:05think we should be. 800 hospices that

4:08last year charged the federal taxpayer

4:10$1.4 billion

4:12>> with

4:13>> Holy crap. You just can't you can't make

4:16this stuff up. Gon just said, "Oh, it's

4:18under control." And Dr. Oz out here.

4:22Just last year they stole a billion

4:24dollar with a B. Holy crap, guys. This

4:28should make you upset. All right, send

4:30this to your friend who doesn't think

4:31that fraud is rampant. It is just nuts.

4:34Even RFK Jr. just yesterday went in

4:36front of the nation and he was saying

4:39that because of the reduction in fraud

4:42that, you know, Dr. Oz has exposed and

4:45pretty much eradicated. They have

4:47doubled the life of the Medicare trust

4:51fund. That is incredible. Take a look.

4:53>> But we're closing that down. We're

4:55closing down the hospices. We closed

4:57down

4:58thousands of hospices in California.

5:00They didn't have patients. They were

5:02just billing us. And the way we found

5:05them is because the patients would never

5:08die.

5:09And so we can see we've been paying for

5:12this guy for five years. And usually if

5:15you go to all hospice in Venus, you got

5:17three months left to live. But these

5:19people were never dying. They just had

5:21the patient numbers. And we were being

5:23charged $6,000 a month and just paying I

5:26think 8,000 of them of these.

5:29But we're talking about tens of billions

5:32of dollars stolen every year.

5:33>> Has Governor Gavin Newsome helped you

5:35with that at all? No, they were not

5:37helpful in California.

5:39>> Okay, good to know. Well, I I cannot let

5:41you.

5:42>> Did Gavin Newsome help at all? Like,

5:46nope, not at all. They were not helpful

5:48in California. Thank you, Secretary RFK

5:51Jr., you know, we have to bring up this

5:53clip whenever Gavin just obviously

5:56announces his run for 2028. But guys,

6:00tens of billions of dollars from

6:03Secretary of HHS. That is nuts. Are you

6:06kidding me? Like, do do you want a

6:08better government? Like, do you want

6:09better social services? Good. If if you

6:12do, then let's stop the fraud. Let's do

6:16that. That will increase the resources

6:19to actually provide better care, to

6:21provide better social services. Stop the

6:23fraud. And again, to be clear, I do not

6:25think this would have happened without

6:27Nick Shirley and his incredible

6:29reporting. He just shared this. Well, he

6:32didn't just share this. This was back in

6:34a march whenever he was, you know, very

6:35intentional about exposing fraud in

6:37California. He shared that this is how

6:39hospice fraud works. Get a small office

6:40in LA, collect Medicare beneficiary

6:43numbers, enroll people into hospice,

6:45bill the government for millions, and if

6:48you get caught or become suspicious,

6:50pack up and walk away with millions. End

6:54the fraud. I I I love I love his work.

6:57What could I say? So, I am personally

6:59glad to see that Gavin Newsome is

7:01getting sued because I think he's a

7:03criminal and I think he is impressively

7:06toxic. And another reason why, like, let

7:09me just go ahead and throw this in

7:10there. Did you know that during last

7:13year's wildfire season in Napa Valley,

7:16multiple vineyards were actually

7:18affected, but only one vineyard actually

7:21received a state payout. And guess what?

7:25If you could believe it, it was Gavin's.

7:29You just, this is mindblowing the

7:33corruption. It is so clear. Mil Joyce

7:36says that Gavin Newsome's winery was the

7:37only one to receive a state payout and

7:39he is as greasy as they come and he can

7:42never be president. And you know what?

7:44You can say that again. But I want to

7:47talk about the perspective from another

7:49vineyard owner in the area who's also

7:52affected. He shared this with the San

7:55Francisco Chronicle, saying, "I really

7:57felt uncomfortable with that," Ed

7:58Snyder, a vineyard owner and retired

8:00wine maker, said of the settlement.

8:02Snyder said he lost everything because

8:04of the fire, including his vineyard,

8:06home, and income stream. "It pretty much

8:08left me penniless at age 65. I don't

8:12know what connections or motivations the

8:14defendant would have, said John Kado in

8:17attorney with the San Diego firm

8:19Singleton Schneider, which is

8:21representing the 30 wineries and

8:23vineyards. But certainly, I'd imagine

8:25Newsome's connection played a part and

8:29the PlumpJack group denied any

8:31speculation that Gavin Newsome was

8:33involved in the settlement process and

8:35that Newsome put his ownership interest

8:37in a Plumpjack into a blind trust when

8:41he became governor, the company said,

8:43and that the wineries operate without

8:45any oversight from him or his office.

8:48But even then, I personally don't know

8:52if I believe that. I don't know if I

8:55trust anything that Gavin Newsome says.

8:57And if you just look at the facts, like

9:00how is only one winery actually

9:03receiving a settlement from the state

9:05and it happens to be the governor's?

9:09Like, do you think that's a coincidence?

9:11I mean, I just guess this is Gavin

9:13Newsome's California where he's taking

9:15care of himself, meanwhile screwing over

9:18someone like Ed, penniless at 65. That

9:22is just ridiculous. This man makes my

9:25skin crawl. Truly. Amy Riker out here

9:28saying that instead of him working and

9:31putting his time to pass the Stop Nick

9:34Shirley Act, that California needs to

9:36pass a Stop Gavin Newsome act. And I

9:39just thought this was too good to not

9:41include in this video.

9:42>> Gavin Nisham never should have signed a

9:44stop Nick Shirley act. Instead, he

9:47should have passed a protect Nick

9:49Shirley act. He is a national treasure.

9:52He needs to be protected above all else.

9:55There were security risks here today

9:57that we saw. And you know what? Our

10:00first amendment needs to be protected.

10:02So to your question, why did Gavin

10:04Newsome wait until he's out of office?

10:06Just for protection. He's going to be

10:07sued yet again. and he's got his eye on

10:09the presidency. God help us.

10:13>> God help us is correct. All right. Good

10:15good advice for everyone. The last thing

10:17I wanted to share is this moment that

10:19has gone mega viral showing Gon acting

10:22very radically clearly and visibly

10:25unwell. Spencer Pratt also shares that

10:28nobody who moves like this can win a

10:31national office. Go and watch this with

10:33me.

10:34>> And uh this will give us double the size

10:35of folks capacity. So the the new ship

10:38coming in and so Kpali it's I mean Kpali

10:41what makes Kpali unique it's work by

10:42doing. So the merger of the academy with

10:45Kpali was long overdue and I'm so

10:47pleased to see it happen happened with

10:48almost a year less than a year and a

10:50half uh which is about as fast as it

10:53gets in academia particularly but in

10:55government as well. So uh anyway it's a

10:57point of pride and these guys make over

10:59$150,000 a year after graduating and

11:02it's six months on six months off. Uh so

11:04it's a good career anyway. I'm promoting

11:06the career if you're out there and uh

11:08this will give us

11:09>> Yeah, a little bit concerning. I I don't

11:10know why Gavin moves like that. He just

11:12looks like he's always very nervous.

11:14He's constantly shaking, kind of

11:16scratching himself. Like, what's what's

11:18going on there? And I know a lot of you

11:20guys have your suspicions as do I. But

11:23regardless of how this man moves, he

11:26should just never be allowed in your

11:28public office again. like time and again

11:30he's proven that he creates the

11:31conditions that not only allow rampant

11:34fraud to exist but to allow rampant

11:37fraud to thrive and taxpayers pay the

11:41price. We always do in the billions

11:44because of Gavin. But let me know if you

11:47think Spencer Pratt is correct. Do you

11:49think that this man could win national

11:51office while moving like that? Yeah.

11:54What do you think? I want to know. All

11:57right. So, please like this video,

11:59subscribe to the channel, share this

12:01video to your friends, family. We we are

12:04trying to build something new here. I I

12:07think that this community is incredibly

12:09special and I really do want to keep

12:11growing this. I shared earlier that I

12:13have hopes to reach 200,000 subscribers

12:16by the end of the year. And I just think

12:18it's so important like the louder that

12:20we get, the more that we're able to hold

12:23these people accountable because someone

12:25like AI Newsome I I I'm sorry, he just

12:28doesn't belong in the office of the

12:30governor, let alone even consider the

12:32office of the presidency. Like tens of

12:35billions of dollars worth of exposed

12:38fraud that's been identified so far,

12:41right? and Gavin Newsome is trying to

12:43pull the rug from the journalists and we

12:47just can't allow it. Like we we shape

12:49the future by exposing the fraud,

12:52telling people the truth, and making

12:55sure that someone like Gavin Newsome

12:56never steps foot in public office ever

12:59again.

13:01But that's just what I'm thinking. Tell

13:03me your thoughts on all this in comment

13:05section. And yeah, get out of here. Go

13:09watch another awesome video and I'll see

13:11you soon.
