0:00So, is it our interest to invade Iran?
0:02No. It's not worth the cost. Is it our
0:05interest to spend a hundred billion
0:07dollars and bomb that horrific regime
0:09into submission and to boycott it and to
0:12embargo it and to sanction it,
0:13punishments for those countries that are
0:15dealing with Iran under the radar? Yes.
0:17If you can weaken or destroy that regime
0:20without invading it and without killing
0:22a lot of people, then and remember they
0:23just killed 40. It's it's in our
0:25interest to do that. Is it our interest
0:27to do it a long time? No. four or five
0:29months and within tolerable blood and
0:32treasure limits. Yes.
0:33>> Victor Davis Hansen on how to neutralize
0:38Iran in this war.
0:42What is the endgame and how do we get
0:45there?
0:45>> Where you get tricky. So when you look
0:47at Iran, is it in our interest to remove
0:51a bomb when all seven presidents have
0:54said you have to do that and now they
0:56were on the verge of getting one and was
0:59it in our interest and the answer is
1:02costtobenefit analysis. So is it our
1:05interest to invade Iran? No. Is it our
1:08interest to say we have created an
1:12alternate government and we're going to
1:13send advisers in there and we're going
1:15to overthrow and then we want a
1:18government to look like us? Not
1:20necessarily. It's not worth the cost. Is
1:22it our interest to spend hundred billion
1:25dollars and bomb that horrific regime
1:28into submission and to boycott it and to
1:30embargo it and to sanction it and to
1:33freeze it. And just today, Scott Bant
1:35announced a whole new levy of secondary
1:38boycott punishments for those countries
1:41that are dealing with Iran under the
1:43radar. Yes. If you can weaken or destroy
1:46that regime without invading it and
1:48without killing a lot of people, then
1:50remember they just killed 40. It's it's
1:52in our interest to do that. Is it our
1:55interest to do it a long time? No. Four
1:58or five months and within tolerable
2:01blood and treasure limits? Yes. So you
2:03have to be very careful. But in general
2:07when we use force abroad, the jonians
2:10say if everybody just leaves us alone
2:13and remember Iran has killed more
2:16Americans than even um al-Qaeda over 47
2:19years. They've killed thousands of
2:21Americans in Iraq, in Afghanistan, in
2:23our embassies, in our barracks, or they
2:27subsidize people like Hezbollah
2:29entities, USS Cole, African embassies,
2:32you name it, Jordan.
2:34So, it's in our it's in our interest to
2:37to get rid of them, but only in a cost
2:40of benefit analysis.
2:43>> All right. So the the
2:46um criticism that can be made by a
2:49jonian of the jonian policy is it wasn't
2:53in our interest and so far Trump's been
2:55>> well let's just start very I'll review
2:57very quickly. You can't believe anything
2:58the left says anymore. It's a completely
3:01bankrupt entity. Why? Because Barack
3:03Obama killed 500 people on he conducted
3:08500 missions on the Afghanistan Pakistan
3:11border. killed three citizens without
3:13any congressional authorization. I don't
3:15know if that was in our interest or not,
3:17but these people who are so critical. It
3:19didn't say a word. He bombed Libya for 7
3:22months. He hit ports. He hit TV
3:25stations. He tried to to wipe out the
3:27Gaddafi family. He did all of that. He
3:30never went to Congress for one second
3:32and asked for congressional. He bombed
3:34Serbia for 77 days. He never asked for
3:37congressional authority. So I don't
3:40listen to anything they say because it's
3:42political. If Donald Trump removes Iran,
3:48the Iranian theocracy, and there is a
3:51people pour out into the streets and
3:53they form a new government. And for the
3:55first time in 47 years, Iran is
3:58pro-American, the largest country in
4:01area. And as far as population, I think
4:04it's second only to Egypt. That would be
4:07a coupie you couldn't imagine. And the
4:09left will still criticize it. The whole
4:12Gulf world doesn't trust them, doesn't
4:15like them. The only reason that they're
4:16telling us to be careful is they're
4:18afraid that we won't destroy them and
4:19leave them intact.
4:21Does he understand that Israel is now
4:24more militarily dominant than any period
4:26in its entire history? Does he realize
4:29that China and Russia have no influence?
4:32There is no Assad regime.
4:35There is no Iran that's going to welcome
4:38Russians and we're bombing the rail
4:40links to China and Russia. We're cutting
4:43off their air. What What is he thinking?
4:46In other words, his hatred of Donald
4:48Trump is such that he can't in a
4:50disinterested fashion. You can criticize
4:53the Trump Iran war if you want to call
4:55it that that he should have after 38
4:58days kept bombing and finished it in
5:00another three but he didn't want to kill
5:02any more people and he wanted to destroy
5:06the infra military infrastructure and
5:07then squeeze them economically and hope
5:09that people took control and that might
5:11well happen but this hatred of him and
5:15it's just he should all these people
5:18should take a deep deep breath and I'm
5:20talking about Liz Cheney who was the
5:22third voted with Trump 90% of the time
5:25until she went completely nuts and then
5:30Robert Kagan and then George Will and
5:34all Bill Christ
5:3690% of what he's done on the border with
5:40crime with energy production with
5:43strengthening NATO with building up the
5:46was what they called for for 50 years
5:49but his fingerprints are on that and
5:51therefore you have to oppose him and his
5:54policies. It's the most Pavlovian
5:57neolistic response I've ever seen. Thank
6:00you, Mr. Victor Davis Hansen for another
6:02wonderful, wonderful, incredible
6:04presentation. Your commentary is just
6:07beautiful. It's spoton. And God bless
6:10you. God should give you a complete
6:13healing to your battle with lung cancer.
6:16And we always love hearing from you and
6:19just seeing you how you came right back
6:22to to where you were. You didn't lose a
6:25beat and we are so grateful for that. We
6:28want to continue hearing from you and
6:30the way you laid it out in such logic.
6:34It is so important for the world to hear
6:37those words. We need to know who our
6:40enemy is. We need to know who Israel is.
6:44And we need to know the myths have to be
6:48debunked as far as Israel being
6:51genociders.
6:53The way you described how Israel
6:56executed this war and you went through
7:00all the wars that Israel has been
7:01through. Why is there a double standard?
7:06Any other country that goes to war,
7:10the winner
7:12is the stronger and the war is over. You
7:16lose, you defeat, you redraw the lines
7:20of the of the map and we move on in
7:23life. You win, you lose. If you won, you
7:28got, you lose, you lost. And that's the
7:30way war is. We have never seen in any
7:33other warfare where after winning a war
7:36the loser comes back and says hey um you
7:38know give me back my my you lost move on
7:42redraw your lines. And the way you
7:44brought it out about Gaza
7:47when in 2006 when um Ariel Shaun
7:54had every single Israeli leave Gaza. It
7:57was the most excruciating painful
7:59experience.
8:01But he figured, let's give them their
8:04state that they wanted. Let's give them
8:07a chance of peace. Land for peace. Gaza
8:10is part of Israel. It's been part of
8:12Israel for thousands of years.
8:15Ariel Shaon gave it away. He left behind
8:19an industry with the green houses,
8:23beautiful neighborhoods built up.
8:26They took in, I believe you mentioned,
8:29$40 billion
8:31that they could have used to turn Gaza
8:34into like a French Riviera. It's a
8:36beautiful strip of real estate along the
8:38Mediterranean Sea. It could have been
8:41such a beautiful, beautiful resort town.
8:44They could have built shopping malls,
8:47resorts,
8:48schools, hospitals. They could have
8:51turned a country into another Dubai,
8:53another UAE.
8:55But instead they took the $40 billion.
8:58They didn't care about the Palestinians.
9:00They cared about themselves to create a
9:03subterrain terror network so that one
9:07day they can continue to terrorize
9:10Israel as they have now even after they
9:13attacked us on October 7. The way you
9:15explain how Israel
9:18responded, gave them 21 days, a chance
9:21to give back the hostages and bring
9:24forth all those who committed these
9:25crimes. And they did not. They says,
9:27"Come on, bring it on." And boy, did
9:30Israel bring it on. The world criticized
9:33Israel every single day. They totally
9:36forgot what Kamas did on October 7 with
9:403,000 Palestinians always criticizing
9:44Israel. The double standard was so
9:46blatant
9:47and Israel is the only country in the
9:51world. We know at West Point there was a
9:54group of generals who were studying
9:55Israel's warfare and they are amazed how
10:00the amount of casualties of civilian
10:03versus combatants. No other warfare in
10:05modern history ever shows that because
10:08Israel at great cost to its very own
10:11lost close to a thousand of its young
10:13soldiers because it was doing precision
10:17surgical operations in trying to prevent
10:21as many civilian casualties as possible
10:24at their cost of their own life. Versus
10:27kamas didn't even dress in any type of
10:30army uniform. They dressed as civilians
10:33to try to confuse Israeli soldiers as
10:36much as possible. They used human
10:38shields to to they they were expendable.
10:42They didn't care. Israel cared more
10:44about the Palestinians than Kamas did.
10:47And that is all facts.
10:50So here we are. Iran had a plan. And you
10:55laid it out so amazingly. They had a
10:57plan. The plan was to create another
11:00holocaust to rid Israel of 7 million
11:02Jews, God forbid, with one bomb in one
11:05place. They were planning to have
11:07Hezbollah and kis and kamas. They had it
11:11all laid out. But God Almighty in heaven
11:14did not allow that to happen. God
11:16Almighty in heaven sent us the United
11:19States of America to align with Israel
11:23so that we realize because first it's
11:26Israel then it's America. Israel is the
11:28buffer for the rest of the world. The
11:30fight that Israel is fighting is
11:32fighting it for the rest of the world
11:34survival. So let's pray and we hope as
11:37Victor Davis Hansen tells us
11:40there's only one way to finish this war
11:42is unconditional surrender. Let's pray
11:45to God Almighty that that could happen
11:47very soon, speedily in our days. God
11:49bless you.
