0:00What is going on guys? In this video,
0:02I'm going to show how I am creating
0:05revenue attribution from social media
0:07posts and get can get it down to the
0:10very specific post that the individual
0:12engage with prior to signing up. Now,
0:15one of the challenges that marketeers
0:17are facing is we put a lot of effort
0:19into our content strategy and general
0:21kind of social media presence, but we
0:23have no way of actually truly
0:25understanding the attribution. we can
0:27see the source came from a particular
0:30social site but we can't see the actual
0:32post or the individual user that it came
0:34from and so basically this is how I'm
0:36doing this and to do this I'm using
0:38three tools uh triggerfy n10 and atio as
0:42a CRM so first of all we look at the
0:45NA10 flow it's a super simple one
0:47essentially we're taking any data coming
0:49in from triggery and effectively we are
0:52updating our atio system to log the
0:56attribution ution. So, if I take it back
0:58a step, the first thing that I'm doing
0:59is I'm monitoring my brand. I'm
1:01monitoring the company profile, my
1:02profile, and and other individuals
1:04inside of uh inside Truify. Um, and
1:09anytime someone is engaging with my
1:12content, I'm sending it through via a
1:14web hook into NAT. And then NA10 is
1:18basically first of all checking that
1:20these individuals are ICP. So here I'm
1:22looking to make sure that they're
1:24marketing growth uh they've got like
1:26demand in their title founders and
1:28they're of uh a certain location uh and
1:31kind of like demographic so to speak.
1:34What then happens is that then basically
1:36sends this data through into my atio and
1:39I'm updating three fields engagement
1:42type engagement URL uh user engaged with
1:46and the engaged with uh date. So what
1:50you can see here this basically means
1:52okay hey this is the URL that they
1:54engaged with i.e the post this is the
1:57engagement type i.e they liked or they
1:59commented this is the user so this could
2:02be Hugo on my team this could be um the
2:05company profile triggery and this is the
2:07date that they actually i.e you liked or
2:09commented. And so what's really really
2:12cool is for example here we have a
2:13customer um they engaged with and
2:17commented on one of one of my posts back
2:19on February 13th. And if we scroll over
2:22here we can have a look at uh they
2:26signed up on the 13th but didn't become
2:29a customer until April 17th. Now, here's
2:34the issue
2:35is if I was doing a typical like
2:38attribution process, I probably would
2:40have attributed maybe a newsletter or
2:43maybe something else as the reason that
2:45they actually signed up to triggery
2:48because I wouldn't have known that they
2:50actually engaged with a post uh like two
2:53months prior to signing up which would
2:55have been the reason that they actually
2:56came on to triggery in the first place
2:58and the reason that they started to
2:59create this kind of uh engagement loop
3:02cycle essentially. with us as well. And
3:04so this is a really great way of
3:05incentivizing individual reps to start
3:07posting. It's a really great way of
3:09actually narrowing an attribution all
3:11the way down to a granular level from
3:13social, which is just impossible before.
3:16And so therefore, you can start to work
3:18out and prioritize, not only which
3:21content gets traction, but which content
3:23actually converts. And so I've done a a
3:26deep dive on my YouTube on this whole
3:27entire flow and how I set this up. So
3:29you can go ahead there and check it out.
3:31Otherwise, hit me up if you want some
3:33help setting something like this
