0:38>> Okay, awesome. Tool number one is just

0:39AI chatbots. I'm sure you've used chat

0:41GPT, but there's a lot of them out

0:42there. And I want to go over each one of

0:44these. Whichever one you choose, it's

0:45fine. It's great. But they're each

0:47particularly good at a specific thing

0:49that I want to go over. One is Gemini.

0:51So Gemini is Google's AI model. It's

0:53also a chatbot just like chat GPT.

0:54Gemini is particularly good because it's

0:56multimodal. Now, what does that mean?

0:58It's really good at taking in video,

1:00taking in photos, and analyzing it. You

1:02can drop your YouTube video link in

1:03there, tell us to analyze the entire

1:04video for you and give you feedback,

1:05things like that. It's better than

1:07chatpt. Then we have another one called

1:09Claude. Claude is particularly good at

1:12doing software. If you're writing any

1:14code, Claude chatbots are the best and

1:16it's typically the smartest model out

1:17there. So, if you have anything that

1:18requires a lot of deep thinking, Claude

1:20is the one you want to go to. The other

1:21one is Llama from Facebook. Their AI

1:23model is great if you need speed. It's

1:25not as smart as the other ones, but if

1:26you needed to to respond super quickly,

1:28Llama is the one you want to go to. And

1:29then the other one is Grock. Grock is

1:31great if you have some questions that

1:33you're asking that are kind of you need

1:34unfiltered responses for that other chat

1:36bots won't answer. Grock will answer

1:38anything. And then the last one is chat.

1:40Chat is great. It's really great general

1:41purpose. It kind of encapsulates all of

1:43these different ones and has a really

1:44good user experience. So any of these

1:46that you're using, they're great. Just

1:48know that there are a little bit of

1:49differences to all of them. So I want to

1:50build a product right now together for

1:53the audience. And since most of your

1:55audience is people who are non-technical

1:58launching businesses maybe for the first

1:59time. Let's just go ahead into chat GPT

2:01and ask what are some of the biggest

2:03problems um that these founders face in

2:05the first time trying to launch a

2:07business. And a great place to look for

2:09ideas to solve is Reddit because people

2:11love to go on Reddit and rant about

2:13problems that they have in their life.

2:14And that's where you want to launch a

2:16business, right? We're going to speak to

2:17it and we're going to say, "Can you go

2:18through Reddit for me and find some of

2:20the problems that first time business

2:21founders might have?"

2:23>> So, we'll type that in. We'll hit enter

2:25and we can see the number one problem

2:28seems like building somebody nobody

2:29wants is what people face. So, what do

2:31you think? We can build a product that

2:33people put their ideas into and it'll

2:35analyze if this is a good idea or not

2:37that people might potentially want. Does

2:38that sound good?

2:39>> Sounds great.

2:39>> Awesome. Now, we want to build a

2:41product. So, this is the second tool.

2:42Now tool number two level is great for

2:43launching software. Even if you have

2:45zero technical experience, you can get a

2:46software business up. So I'm going to

2:48tell it, hey, can you build us a tool

2:50where I can enter a business idea and

2:52then you analyze that business idea and

2:54give me a rating from A to F of how good

2:58that idea is and break it up into

3:00sections and for each of the sections

3:01give me a rating as well. So as simple

3:03as that, we can type that in and hit

3:05enter and levelable is going to start

3:06generating that product for us. As

3:08simple as that. Now it takes some time.

3:09It's not just one prompt that you put in

3:11and your whole app is built. It'll come

3:13out with some errors. You'll have to ask

3:14to fix it. But I have seen real people

3:17launch businesses and start making

3:18thousands of dollars just like this. So,

3:20it's definitely possible.

3:21>> I also think your prompt, by the way,

3:22when you say A to F, you probably need

3:24to say F being the highest grade, A

3:25being the worst grade. You need to give

3:26a bit more parameters like that, right?

3:28>> 100%. The prompting is everything. And

3:30we actually have a prompt guide that we

3:31have to share with the audience of how

3:32to put in your first prompt into the

3:39product. A lot of people think the AI

3:40isn't working well, but you got to treat

3:42it like an employee. If you don't give

3:43your employee all the context of what

3:44you want to build, it's not going to

3:45build it, right? Right. Same thing with

3:46AI. If you give it the right context,

3:48it's going to build it. Correct. And it

3:49looks like our level product is ready as

3:51well here. So, we can take a look. We

3:52can try it out. Do you have a business

3:53idea? We can pitch it.

3:54>> How about a YouTube channel educates

3:56people about business?

3:57>> What do you think of a YouTube channel

3:58that educates people about business?

4:01>> Awesome. It it gave your business a C,

4:03Simon. So, we might have to prompt this

4:04a little bit more. maybe doesn't know

4:06who I am.

4:07>> So tool number three, what have we got?

4:08>> Tool number three, if you saw earlier, I

4:10wasn't typing in anything into lovable.

4:12I was speaking it in. Typically, people

4:13type at 50 to 60 words per minute on

4:15average, but we speak at 200 50 words

4:18per minute. So it is a lot faster to

4:20speak into these tools than to type. And

4:21the AI tool that's great for this is

4:23called Whisper. What's nice about

4:24Whisper as well compared to other ones

4:26is it does the formatting of the text

4:28for you. If you pause, if you have ums

4:29and a it'll cut it all out. If you have

4:31numbers, it will create numbers lists um

4:33and add quotations around anything you

4:35need. So, Whisper is really great for

4:37just speeding up your workflows.

4:48>> Now, another thing I want to share is

4:49you want to make sure your sites look

4:50good. A lot of stuff, if people realize

4:52it's AI generated, then they don't take

4:54it as seriously because it seems like

4:55you didn't put a lot of effort into it.

4:56And one great way to do that is this

4:58tool. It's not actually an AI tool, but

4:59it's called 21st.dev, and they have a

5:01ton of different website designs that

5:03you can steal and throw right into

5:05Lovable. So, for example, if I wanted

5:07this robot on my site to make it a

5:09little bit cooler, I could just come on

5:10to here, hit this button to copy the

5:12prompt, paste it into Lovable, add this

5:14robot, and it's going to upgrade our

5:16design. So, this is how you can take

5:17your designs to the next level so it

5:18doesn't look so AI.

5:19>> I also think, by the way, uh, branding

5:21tools. So, like I I use Fiverr. There's

5:23some really high quality designers on

5:25there and I create branding for my

5:27businesses. is I actually think that's

5:28really important as well. Branding

5:29stands out, makes it look realistic and

5:31real.

5:32>> That is great. And that ties right into

5:34our next tool, Google image generation

5:36with Nano Banana. Sometimes you want

5:38some ideas to come up with before you

5:39send it maybe to Fiverr for somebody to

5:41work on. And Gemini's Nano Banana is the

5:43best tool right now for generating

5:45images. So, we're going to go ahead and

5:46generate a logo for the business we just

5:48created using AI. So, we'll head over to

5:49Gemini. You can come down to the bottom

5:52and activate this banana tool that's

5:54specifically for creating images. Do you

5:56have any idea for what you want the logo

5:57to look like?

5:58>> Let's say a logo for dream

6:02um dream ideas that will inspire people

6:05to go for their dreams.

6:06>> Perfect. So, um we'll hit enter for

6:08that.

6:09>> You can use AI to give the designers you

6:11hire on Fiverr an idea of what you want.

6:13It will give everyone a quick quick

6:14idea.

6:15>> Exactly. Exactly. I think a lot of

6:16Fiverr people now because this takes

6:18iteration. You have to put this in a lot

6:19of times, figure out what's good and

6:21maybe your Fiverr editor actually uses

6:22this tool to help launch what you're

6:24doing. So, awesome. There we go.

6:25>> Like I hate that idea.

6:27>> This looks terrible.

6:27>> I absolutely hate it. Yeah. So, so um

6:30>> again, it's all in the prompting. So, if

6:32we wanted to look more simplistic, we

6:33could

6:34>> make it look and make it look feel more

6:35like an Apple logo.

6:36>> Okay. Make it look more like an Apple

6:38logo. And what's awesome about this as

6:40well, it's not just logos. We could take

6:42the logo it creates and put it on a

6:43bunch of t-shirts. Make um film a

6:45warehouse with a bunch of people wearing

6:46the t-shirts. Whatever you want to do,

6:48this can generate. We can get Elon Musk

6:50with a logo on his shirt and use that as

6:52like meme advertising. There we I think

6:54that looks a lot better than the

6:55previous one at least. Still leaves

6:56work.

6:56>> But anyway, it's a start.

6:57>> It's It's a start and and if you prompt

6:59it right, you could get a lot closer to

7:00what you actually want. Next tool is

7:02Hunen and 11 Labs. It's two tools

7:04actually. I'm combining it into one.

7:06This allows you to fully clone yourself.

7:08Hen and 11 Labs is an awesome combo to

7:10clone yourself. I've seen social media

7:11influencers take a week off of social

7:12media and use this AI clone and it

7:14actually works and they continue getting

7:15views.

7:16>> So, show me how you do it quickly for

7:17people listening if they wanted to clone

7:20themselves.

7:20>> Yeah, great point. The first thing

7:22you're going to do is you're going to

7:23come over to avatars right here. I've

7:25already created a few, but you're going

7:27to hit new look and then you're going to

7:29hit upload videos or photos. So, let's

7:30try it here. We're going to hit record

7:32now. So, now we're starting. I'm going

7:33to look directly at the camera and I'm

7:35going to continue speaking for the next

7:362 minutes. You can say anything you

7:38want.

7:40Perfect. So, we went ahead and recorded

7:42for just about 2 minutes and we're going

7:44to hit use footage. And then it takes us

7:46to our AI studio. And it's super simple

7:47what you're going to do from here. All

7:49you need to do is type in a script of

7:50what you want your clone to say and it's

7:52going to create it. Okay, nice. The

7:53video seems like it's done processing.

7:55So now we can come up here and hit

7:56generate. You can put a title. You can

7:58pick the resolution. I'm just going to

7:59hit submit. All right, seems like our

8:00video is ready. Let's see it. Hi Simon's

8:04you get up and actually try using these

8:06tools to launch something. Otherwise,

8:09as you can see, the facial gestures are

8:11really similar to mine. The voice isn't

8:13mine, but that's because we selected

8:16clone your face as well, then you can

8:18get really realistic AI clones fully of

8:21yourself.

8:22>> This is great. You can create a lot of

8:23ads with this, too. You don't even have

8:24to use your own face. They have avatars

8:25you can use. There are so many Tik Tok

8:27ads up right now that you don't even

8:28realize are AI and have millions of

8:30views.

8:31>> So, get get using that tool. Don't be

8:32lazy. Go try it out. Next, what we're

8:35teaching people,

8:35>> this one is the most technical tool out

8:37of the list here, which is Naden. This

8:39is a AI orchestration tool. What does

8:41that mean? It allows you to link all of

8:43these different AI tools that we're

8:44talked about today and link them

8:46together to create a workflow. So I

8:48could have it so that it reads a new

8:50blog article when it gets posted. It

8:52creates a AI generated video and

8:53automatically posts it to my Tik Tok and

8:55my Instagram accounts all without me

8:57touching anything. This allows you to

8:58set up that automation. So this is great

9:00for because once you build your product,

9:02you have to get distribution as you know

9:03like social media and your audiences

9:05everything.

9:05>> How do these platforms make money

9:07generally? I mean are they using our

9:09data and and like Facebook does and

9:11making money that way or or they all in

9:13experimental stage and not what what's

9:15the general

9:15>> good question. So a lot of them are on a

9:17subscription basis. Naden actually is

9:18open source so you could use it for

9:20completely free but you have to host it

9:22on a computer somewhere and they charge

9:23for that. So if you want to skip all the

9:25technical details they charge you like

9:26$10.

9:27>> So they're making money from the

9:28hosting. That's that's their business

9:29model. I think it's quite important for

9:30people to understand each person's

9:31business model as a platform so you know

9:34what you're getting yourself into right.

9:35So yeah

9:36>> 100%. Tool number eight is Granola.

9:38You're going to have a lot of meetings

9:39with a lot of different people when you

9:40launch a product. Granola is a great app

9:41that lets you transcribe those meetings

9:43and take notes without you having to

9:44lift any finger. And what's nice about

9:46this compared to other tools, a lot of

9:47other tools, it has a bot join into your

9:49Zoom or your Google Meets. This doesn't

9:51join the call. So, you have to make sure

9:53you tell whoever you're with that your

9:55meeting is being recorded. Uh if you

9:56want to be fair to them, the nice thing

9:58about this is as well, it processes all

10:00the data locally with AI. So, nobody

10:02else ever gets that information from the

10:03meeting.

10:04>> Yeah. that again I want people to

10:05understand that side of it too cuz in

10:07this AI excitement

10:08>> there are a lot of accidental scams

10:11happening and these tools we've

10:13recommending them because we know

10:14they're not scams

10:15>> and that's another thing you know that's

10:16why I think this list is quite important

10:18to so people know they can trust them

10:20but equally keep an update on their

10:21privacy policies as they change and

10:23check the privacy policies before you

10:24tick and agree like do a bit of due

10:26diligence so you understand the risks

10:28you're taking when you're using these

10:30tools and again I know a lot of people

10:31using chat GPT to tell it very personal

10:34things. This is a company that runs this

10:36data behind the scenes. If they think

10:37they can make money out of that

10:38knowledge, they will. So, just be a bit

10:41careful.

10:43>> Great advice. And then tool number nine

10:45is Notebook LM. This is We talked about

10:47chatbots earlier. Google's Gemini

10:49chatbot has a tool called Notebook LM.

10:51What this is really nice about is you

10:53can upload all of your PDFs, link all of

10:55your Google Docs, all of your Google

10:56Slides, any information you have in

10:58about your company, you can upload it

10:59here and then your AI knows all about

11:01it. And we talked earlier about how

11:04prompting it is everything. You don't

11:05have to constantly explain your business

11:07over and over to these chatbots. They

11:09know about your business. You can just

11:10go in there and ask whatever question

11:11you have that day and they already know

11:13everything about your business. So that

11:15that's one thing that's great about

11:16notebook alone.
