0:00Bill Gates just got busted, apparently

0:02colluding with Fauci and others in the

0:05NIH. And not just colluding, funding the

0:08NIH. He also had a security clearance

0:12that gave him access to top secret

0:13information across the United States

0:15government. And that's a very concerning

0:17thing because he's not a part of the

0:19government. He's Bill Gates. A lot of

0:21people have concerns about Bill Gates

0:23and his promotion of vaccines all around

0:26the country. Many other countries very

0:28mad at him about that. But Rand Paul

0:30released this entire thread connecting

0:32the dots here. And what's so fun about

0:34this one is

0:36you see they really mocked it up in a

0:38Word document. One of the old Word

0:40documents articulating exactly how

0:42connected Bill Gates was to all of this

0:44stuff and how he was getting advice and

0:46even his memos edited by Fauci in the

0:49middle of the pandemic. Now, what's fun

0:51here is that remember a little Clippy

0:53down there in the Word doc processor?

0:56Where you'd start typing something and

0:58then the paperclip would pop up or the

1:00little puppy would pop up. Clippy, I

1:02think was the name. It says, "In this

1:04mock-up, it looks like you're trying to

1:06secretly run a federal agency. Would you

1:09like help with that?" Yeah, because

1:12that's exactly what's going on. We've

1:13got this collusion between the

1:15government and these third parties,

1:16these non-government entities that are

1:19seemingly perverting the operation of

1:23law, perverting the operation of the

1:24government probably to get rich off of

1:26it as Bill has done. So, a full dump

1:30came out from the Rand Paul thread and

1:33he said, "Look, across nearly 20 years,

1:37the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation

1:38built a relationship with the federal

1:40government that ran on personal access

1:42and a formal partnership. Newly released

1:44emails show the country's most senior

1:46health officials treated Bill Gates as a

1:48colleague and a collaborator." And we

1:50all saw that clip of Bill Gates

1:53and Melinda Gates when they were very

1:55unhappy with the response by the

1:57American people. A lot of people were

1:59doubting what the government was saying

2:00and they said, "Well, the next pandemic

2:02will get their attention." And then they

2:04looked at each other like psychopaths.

2:06They're like, "Yeah." She's like, "Yeah,

2:08it will." So, Bill Gates had a Q

2:11security clearance for 7 years.

2:14Even at the height of the pandemic,

2:16there was a response back to Chairman

2:18Paul. He sent a letter to the Department

2:19of Energy and they said, "We'll take a

2:21look at the document that the Q security

2:24clearance, which is a big one, was

2:26granted all the way back on June 11,

2:282014. And what else was happening in

2:312014? Well, that's when Fauci's

2:33pardoning started from 2014 to 2025 when

2:37Biden allegedly signed the whole thing.

2:39And so,

2:40it is almost as though Bill Gates

2:43reverts all the way back to the very

2:45beginning of this scam. So, they

2:48subsequently terminated that December 6,

2:502021

2:52and it gives access to top secret

2:55restricted data of the US government.

2:57Fauci also was a private editor for Bill

3:01Gates. So, Bill sent him a memo and it

3:04basically a book and then Fauci edited

3:07it and the other guy who edited it was

3:08David Morans. He's now been indicted for

3:12serious crimes related to COVID. Now,

3:14when the NIH director urgently asked

3:17what his agency's ties were to the Gates

3:19Foundation, so Francis Collins sends an

3:22email. He says, "What are we doing

3:23colluding with Bill Gates?

3:25I need answers on this." The review

3:28reported that the foundation never

3:30applied for an NIH grant. So, Bill

3:32wasn't asking them for money, but

3:35instead Bill was funding the government,

3:38was funding NIH. And why would he do

3:40that? Is it because he's just a nice guy

3:43and he wants to just support government

3:45policy? DARPA also gave them a private

3:48briefing on four military biological

3:51threats. And Francis Collins told

3:54Melinda Gates that he had spent his

3:55tenure bringing NIH and the foundation

3:58closer together. It's this enmeshing of

4:02private and public affairs. Some people

4:04might even call that fascism, but they

4:06would of course just call that uh

4:09cooperation. On October 8, 2021, after

4:12announcing his resignation, Collins

4:14wrote, "Quote, it has been a privilege

4:16to work with the Bill and Melinda Gates

4:17Foundation over these 12 years, and I'm

4:20glad to have had the chance to bring our

4:21global health efforts even closer

4:23together than ever." And you remember

4:25Bill Gates out there with his little

4:26stupid blocks on those

4:29white tables with all the lights

4:30everywhere. Look like he was in some

4:32bizarre sci-fi insane asylum.

4:35And he's Oh, this is how it work. Go

4:37take the vaccine. And he's trying to

4:39like Mr. Rogers the whole thing to go

4:40encourage everybody to get pumped up

4:42with the shot. So, here's more. Bill

4:44Gates held a Department of Energy Q

4:47security clearance including at the

4:49heights of the pandemic. That gives them

4:51a ton of access to top secret info.

4:53Department of Energy responding back to

4:55Rand Paul, they said, "Yep, we did it.

4:57The United States DOE has received your

4:59request for information about the Q

5:01access clearance for Bill Gates. Your

5:04inquiry was referred over to a different

5:06office, and the other office was

5:08responsible for granting it. We did

5:10grant it from June 14th June 11, 2014,

5:13terminated back on 21, and it's

5:16confirmed." So, why did he have that?

5:18Why did billionaires have access?

5:20They're not elected. They just donated a

5:21bunch of money, and they got access to

5:23top secret clearance? Top secret

5:26security information? What other

5:27billionaires have access to this stuff?

5:30Is it something that is common? Do we

5:32have Zuckerberg in there in the NSA? Do

5:35we have Google guys in there with the

5:36NSA? And why are they funding these

5:39things? Is it because they just want to,

5:41you know, be humanitarians? I don't

5:43think so. So, with the help of David

5:44Morens at also Anthony Fauci served as

5:47Bill Gates' private editor. They both

5:49worked on his book. He wanted a memo

5:51released called pandemic one. Okay,

5:53pandemic one already intimating that

5:55there will be pandemic two and he'll be

5:57the beneficiary of it. In January 22,

6:00Gates asked Fauci to edit his book

6:01before it went over to the publisher and

6:03Fauci did. Here's what Fauci said back

6:06in response to Bill Gates. So, to Bill

6:09Gates copying a bunch of people, he

6:11says, "Read my new book, how to prevent

6:13the next pandemic in there. So, hey

6:15Bill." writes Fauci. This is an email

6:17from him to Bill. "Thanks for sending

6:19this. I have done three thing. One, I

6:21skimmed the book in its entirety. I very

6:23carefully read chapter nine, very

6:25carefully, and provided tracked edits

6:27and several comments. And three, I gave

6:29the manuscript in close confidence to a

6:31trusted colleague who destroyed it after

6:33reading it. His name is Dr. David

6:35Morens. David Morens has been indicted

6:38for essentially fraud crimes for getting

6:41fat and rich off of COVID and being a

6:44bad hombre. David Morens, he has read

6:46the entire book and has provided

6:48comments on every chapter and have

6:50provided comments on every chapter. I

6:52mean, it's like his grammar's not even

6:54great. His comments are a bit granular

6:56and you might not be able to address

6:57them in the limited time frame. However,

6:59I'm providing them in the attached

7:00document for your interest and if use if

7:02you wish. Regarding the book, especially

7:04chapter nine, I agree completely with

7:07Dr. Morens. This is really well done and

7:09easily understandable with crisp and

7:10clear messages for the general public.

7:13Chapter nine is very well done and my

7:14comments are in the attached document.

7:15I'm sorry I did not have time to read

7:17the entire book carefully except for

7:19chapter nine. We got it. But I have

7:21another Senate help hearing on Tuesday

7:23and I needed to prepare over the

7:25weekend. I hope our comments are

7:26helpful. Thank you for giving me the

7:27opportunity to read the manuscript.

7:29Again, well done. Warm regards, Tony.

7:32And he did have a bunch of testimony

7:35when he was out there talking to

7:39and talking to Congress. But now we're

7:41learning, you know, if he's not going to

7:44be pardoned and immunized, he's not all

7:46that interested in talking. He didn't

7:48want to go to Congress and really

7:50communicate anything. Instead, invoked

7:53111 times his right not to testify. And

7:56here was a flashback from Fox News

7:58before we get back to the thread where

8:00Fauci is saying, "I will talk. It's just

8:03science. So, if it's all true, then the

8:06science will back it up. It's like math.

8:082 + 2 = 4. Don't really need to lie

8:11about that. You just say, 'No, we

8:12concluded 2 + 2 = 4. Math works this

8:15way. Science works this way.' So, you're

8:17asked about that, you say, 'Yeah, the

8:18answer is four.' Not even complicated.

8:20But turns out it wasn't science. It was

8:23all propaganda, partisanship, and they

8:26had a message they needed the entire

8:28world to adopt so that they could push

8:30their scam further forward.

8:33>> Well, if I become a punching bag, I'm

8:34I'm a punching bag, but I I am very

8:37happy to testify before any

8:39congressional oversight committee.

8:41>> No.

8:41>> I have nothing to hide. I have I can

8:44explain and validate everything that

8:47I've done. So, you know, it's going to

8:48be inconvenient if they actually out

8:51there essentially threatening to make my

8:53life miserable, but it's I mean, I'm

8:55going to do what I need to do, and that

8:57is cooperate fully cuz we have nothing

8:59to hide at all.

9:01>> Under the advice of my attorneys,

9:03>> Yeah.

9:04>> I will invoke my right under the Fifth

9:06Amendment to the Constitution to refrain

9:09from answering your questions. On the

9:11advice of counsel, I respectfully

9:13decline based upon my rights under the

9:15Fifth Amendment. I respectfully decline

9:17to answer based on the advice of

9:19counsel, I respectfully decline to

9:21answer based upon my rights under the

9:23Fifth Amendment to the Constitution.

9:26>> Well,

9:26>> 111 times because he knows that he's in

9:30big trouble. The truth is now coming

9:32out. And so, Rand also said, "What about

9:35these ties to the NIH?" Collins emailed

9:38Fauci and senior staff. He said, "For

9:39reasons I can't currently explain, I

9:42need answers to the following. Are we

9:43giving any grants to Bill and Melinda

9:45Gates?" Quote, "I assume no. What are

9:47the current collaborative projects with

9:49them?" Then we had an NIH internal

9:52review. They reported that the

9:53foundation had never applied for a grant

9:56from the government, but that they were

9:58funding the NIH. Collins then called to

10:02an Oval Office meeting with no stated

10:04agenda. Like, I need this information

10:06now going into the Oval Office. He said,

10:09"Is this coordinated in some way, or is

10:12Bill going rogue?" Hmm. Now, DARPA gave

10:16the Gates Foundation a private briefing

10:18on four military biological threats.

10:20That was in May 2022. DARPA's Biological

10:23Technologies Office convened a 90-minute

10:25session at the agency headquarters that

10:27covered INTERCEPT, PREEMPT, FRIEND OR

10:30FOE, and REVECTOR. Now, PREEMPT is aimed

10:33at targeting viruses in animals before

10:35they emerge in humans. We've got

10:37projects including bat sampling across

10:40four countries and a transmissible Lassa

10:43vaccine that has a, quote, internal off

10:46switch, sounds like a bioweapon, listed

10:49for potential deployment in Sierra

10:50Leone, Guinea, and other Western African

10:53countries. Almost like it's a bioweapon

10:55that they can just turn off. Collins

10:57also told Melinda Gates that he had

10:58spent his tenure bringing the two closer

11:00together.

11:02Then he resigned. He said, "Hey,

11:03Melinda. It has been a privilege to work

11:05with you guys over these 12 years, and

11:08I'm glad to have had the chance to bring

11:09our global health efforts even closer

11:12together." And so, the documents, of

11:13course, now published by Rand Paul over

11:17at the reading room. But maybe if we

11:20can't prosecute Fauci, maybe other

11:23people can be prosecuted like Bill Gates

11:26for whatever it is they were doing. We

11:28got to follow all all tentacles to

11:31wherever they may lead. Now, Fauci was

11:35asked about this outside his home and he

11:38didn't want to talk about it here

11:39either. Fox News showed up outside and

11:42they said, "We confronted him." He was

11:44pressed on if there was anything he

11:45would do differently and then of course

11:47he just raced inside never to talk

11:50again. Although he was talking with the

11:52police here in this clip. Did you get

11:53your booster, officer?

11:55>> Dr. Fauci, do you regret the way you

11:57handled the hearing playing in the sand

11:59so much?

12:00>> Go, go, go.

12:00>> anything you would do differently on

12:01COVID, sir?

12:02>> Bye. All right, so Fauci out there

12:05talking with the cops, looking

12:06disgusting, nipples protruding and

12:09everything right there. Not wanting to

12:11answer any questions at all, but that's

12:14about what you'd expect. So, doesn't

12:17look too

12:18you know, too excited to be approached

12:20by a reporter. So, hopefully this type

12:22of anxiety continues for the foreseeable

12:24future unless he wants to answer some

12:26questions. Of course, he does not. So,

12:28there's more on this. Rand also shared

12:31this one that was called out by Jeffrey

12:32Tucker over at the Brownstone Institute

12:35saying that they essentially knew that

12:38the jabs were not working but they could

12:40not admit it. Rand said, "Read this very

12:42closely." We will. Officials would not

12:44admit the jab was not stopping the

12:46spread, which we all knew, because it

12:48might weaken the legal case for the

12:50mandates and they needed those jabs to

12:52fly off the shelves. They needed

12:54everybody to get pumped with that thing.

12:56Stocks to go up and their grand

12:57experiment to continue. He said, "This

12:59is not science. This is a cover-up to

13:01justify coercion." True. From Fauci's

13:04diary, August 13th, 2022, jabs are

13:07everywhere. They're now purging the

13:09government saying, "If you don't take

13:10it, you're in trouble." More drama with

13:12regard to the CDC and Rochelle Walensky.

13:15We remember her on TV every day. Take

13:18it, you won't spread it. Take it, it's

13:20100% effective. 99% It's amazing. It's a

13:23miracle product. Wow. Now, after much

13:26going back and forth between the CDC,

13:28writes Fauci, and other docs including

13:30me and Moore, and to some extent

13:32Kessler, we thought we'd gotten them

13:34pulled back from making the statement

13:36that the jabs were not effective at all

13:38in preventing infection and

13:39transmission. Damn, we thought we'd

13:42gotten them pulled back. They wanted to

13:44go say those things. The reason this is

13:46an issue is that if they came out with

13:48that statement that it doesn't work,

13:49which in fact is not entirely true since

13:52there is some degree of modest but

13:54declining protect as you would expect,

13:56then this would conflict with the

13:58statement and effort of recommending

14:00that people get the updated bivalent

14:02BA.5 jab in September. Go get your

14:06booster. In addition, it would undermine

14:09the DOJ's efforts at mandates for jabs

14:12under certain conditions and

14:13circumstances. In any event, the CDC

14:16agreed to pull back on the statement of

14:18absolute lack of efficacy of the jabs

14:21against infections and transmission and

14:24take a more measured approach of saying

14:26that the jabs provide only modest and

14:28waning efficacy against infection and

14:31transmission and that is why we should

14:33heed the advice of getting the updated

14:34booster. What are you even saying? You

14:38should get a booster because it's modest

14:40and waning and so you just have to keep

14:42pumping yourself full of it? However,

14:44although they did this on their website,

14:46the MMWR that came out yesterday and had

14:50the same original damning language. When

14:53Larry Horowitz and Ashish noted this,

14:55Larry went off the wall and in some

14:57somewhat agitated manner called me up

15:00this morning and said that this is the

15:01last straw and he was sure that when Ron

15:04Klain gets back from Spain this weekend,

15:05he would fire Rochelle. Ashish was more

15:08measured and seems to have come up with

15:09the conclusion that sooner or later,

15:11maybe not right now, Rochelle would have

15:13to go. Let us see what happens, probably

15:16nothing. And they're still telling

15:18people to get this jab right now. It's

15:21crazy. So they knew and they were still

15:23just shoveling it out. These people are

15:25sick and they were doing it because they

15:28needed the policy to go into effect, not

15:31because it was safe and effective and

15:32recommended and all the doctors agreed

15:34and trust the science and all that

15:36stuff. Absolutely sick. So, what can

15:38happen? Of course, we've contemplated

15:40here a lot, the various ways that

15:42Fauci's pardon could be invalidated or

15:44how he could be prosecuted for contempt

15:47or obstruction from his actions in

15:49Congress. But, there's also the concept

15:51of what is happening at the state level.

15:53And James Uthmeier from Florida, the

15:55attorney general down there, hopped on

15:57with Fox News to explain what is the

16:00latest with their investigation into

16:02this absolute monster.

16:04>> into Dr. Fauci. It's past time we got

16:07the truth of what happened during COVID.

16:10Joining me now, the man leading that

16:12charge, Florida Attorney General James

16:14Uthmeier. Mr. Attorney General, thank

16:15you for being here. Walk us through what

16:18your state is doing in this

16:20investigation.

16:21>> Sure. Well, we were gravely concerned

16:23with how uncooperative he was with

16:25Congress. I want to thank Senator Paul

16:27and the Republican senators for

16:29revealing some of the most clear and

16:31explicit evidence that we have seen yet

16:34to show how Dr. Fauci lied and deceived

16:37the American people. He was pushing the

16:39vaccines and so-called medical

16:41treatments were safe and effective where

16:44we now know privately he questioned

16:46them. Uh, there's allegations he was

16:48making money on the side, people were

16:50injured, um, billions were sucked out of

16:52taxpayers. Uh, there needs to be

16:54accountability. So, we're going to look

16:56at any and all aspects of Florida law

16:58that may he may have violated. Uh, we're

17:00going to get right to it.

17:02>> What are some of the things you'll be

17:05examining in the investigation?

17:08Is it misleading the public,

17:10mismanaging,

17:11uh, federal funds for this gain of

17:13function that, you know, I thought

17:15Senator Rand Paul and some of the other

17:16Republicans did a great job of laying

17:18out on record many of the facts.

17:21>> All the above. We're going to look at

17:23what he knew, when he knew it, what he

17:26was privately saying

17:28uh at the same time he was publicly

17:30pushing, directing, and advising uh

17:32schools to be closed, churches to be

17:35closed, businesses to be closed. We're

17:37also going to look there's serious

17:39evidence that he was making a lot of

17:41money on the side through grants,

17:43awards, his side businesses. If he's

17:45personally profiting above and beyond

17:48his government salary all while lying to

17:51the public, uh he could have problems.

17:54So again, nothing is off the table. Uh

17:56we're going to look at every single

17:57aspect of Florida law where he could be

18:00in violation. We're going to have some

18:01subpoenas out next week. I'm going to

18:02fly to DC. I'm grateful that the Senate

18:05is willing to provide all the evidence

18:07they can to us and our lawyers are going

18:09to get to work.

18:10>> So you could ultimately subpoena him and

18:12make him testify uh in your Florida

18:15investigation?

18:16>> Potentially, sure. It's going to depend

18:17on, you know, legal theories, but at the

18:19end of the day, when you have lies and

18:21deception and there's personal gain all

18:24the while there's injury to the American

18:26public, uh physical injury, side

18:28effects, uh healthy athletes dropping to

18:31the ground on a basketball court, also

18:34the the emotional effects, the learning

18:36loss. We're just now seeing uh the harms

18:39to the next generation where, you know,

18:41young K-12 students were masked for

18:44hours on end. Not to mention the real

18:46emotional harms. Uh fathers, I wasn't

18:49able to be with my wife uh during much

18:51of of the first birth of our child and

18:53the ultrasounds. Uh people couldn't be

18:56with their loved ones during their final

18:58hours of life. Uh these are things

18:59people will never get back. It is wrong

19:02and there needs to be accountability and

19:04in Florida, we will always do everything

19:06we can, use every tool in our toolkit to

19:08seek accountability.

19:10>> And to be clear, President Biden's uh

19:13preemptive pardon is at the federal

19:15level. So, if for if your investigation

19:18were to lead to actual some sort of

19:21charges against Fauci, he would not be

19:23covered under this pardon. Is that

19:25correct?

19:25>> That's correct. I mean, I still think

19:27there could be federal issues that that

19:29he could be exposed to, but state

19:31charges, no. Biden cannot pardon Dr.

19:34Fauci for from accountability in state

19:37law violations. That is true.

19:39>> And just lastly, James, when you read

19:41what was in these diaries and the

19:44disdain that Fauci had for Florida's

19:48anti-lockdown policies, how he felt

19:51about Governor DeSantis, what was your

19:53reaction?

19:54>> We were angry. My team, we read every

19:56single word in those diaries. And it

19:58confirmed a lot of what many people out

20:01there already knew, that he was lying.

20:04But to see that he's upset and fighting

20:06with Florida when we are protecting

20:08individual liberties like no other

20:10state, when we are allowing people to

20:12worship, to learn, to maintain every day

20:14of life, it showed me that the history

20:17books, they need to portray Dr. Fauci as

20:20a villain. What he did to our young

20:23kids, our next generation, what he did

20:25to everyday Americans, there needs to be

20:28punishment for that. I know that a lot

20:30of people out there agree with me. In

20:31Florida, we will always respect rule of

20:33law, evidence, procedure. We're going to

20:35do what's right. We're not like the

20:37left. We don't go out there pushing

20:38lawfare where there's lies and deception

20:41and injury, there needs to be

20:43accountability.

20:44>> Florida Attorney General James Uthmeier,

20:46thank you for taking time. We'll

20:47continue to follow your investigation.

20:49>> All right. So, it's nice to see we got

20:51some action at least somewhere. Should

20:53really have all 50 states demanding

20:55answers and opening up their own

20:57criminal investigations. Of course, we'd

20:59like to hear more about the potential

21:01specifics, what Florida laws might they

21:03charge? Is it going to be like a RICO

21:05case like we saw with Big Fanny or some

21:07other, you know, homicide, or, you know,

21:09some other fraud type of scheme. More

21:13will come on that, but we're happy there

21:14are subpoenas that are flying because

21:16Fauci, from our read, is a criminal

21:20based on the fact that he was selling

21:23the public a product using the cover of

21:27his governmental position to do it,

21:29knowing that it was not what he said it

21:31was doing. It's like mass fraud. They

21:34caused serious damage, mass harm,

21:37and arguably, you can make the argument,

21:40based on causation, it caused deaths,

21:43and it caused people to have some

21:45serious adverse effects. Any other

21:48company that does something like that

21:49enters into major settlement agreements

21:51and gets massively investigated, but the

21:54usual suspects are circling the wagons

21:56to protect Fauci because he was a part

21:59of their team. He was very useful in

22:02changing the entire country. The country

22:04is very different than it was pre-COVID,

22:06and it's not ever going back. So, we're

22:08happy that we've got multiple angles now

22:11underway. Rand Paul looking into exactly

22:13what happened, and whether there's a

22:15legal operation and maneuver that they

22:17can use to criminalize Fauci's conduct

22:20at the congressional hearing. And in

22:21this case, hopefully Florida and others

22:23jump into the fray and go after him, but

22:26not just him, everybody else involved,

22:28including guys like Bill Gates, who were

22:30also beneficiaries of the government

22:33heavy hand. They got rich, they got

22:36accolades, and they need to come under

22:38scrutiny. So, we're going to keep our

22:39eye on this one and see what comes next.
