The Last Sunday
0:00“Hey Friends, June 2007.
0:01It was an ordinary Sunday in Amsterdam—the kind
0:03of Sunday most people forget by the time Tuesday rolls around.
0:06Inside a cozy little house with elegant French doors and flowing white
0:09curtains, everything felt peaceful.
0:11Outside, a beautiful garden filled the
0:12air with its sweet fragrance, drifting gently into the house with every breeze.
0:16The warm sunlight streamed into the living room, and sitting there was...
0:19“Anna was sitting in her favorite chair, working on an article.
0:22She was a board member at one of Amsterdam’s
0:25largest psychiatric institutions, and her job was incredibly demanding.
0:28She had brought some work home with her and was trying to focus on that article.
0:32She had already read it three times,
0:34yet she still couldn’t make sense of what it was trying to say.
0:38How could she?
0:39Every few moments, her attention drifted away.
0:40Sometimes it was the cheerful chirping of birds outside the window.
0:43Other times,
0:44it was the laughter of children playing in the neighbor’s swimming pool.
0:47Then her mind would wander to her 12-year-old son, who
0:49was sprawled comfortably on the couch, enjoying a relaxing Sunday.
0:52Upstairs, her daughter was
0:53singing, her voice echoing all the way down to the living room.
0:56Amid all these little distractions, Anna sat in her favorite chair, trying her
0:59best to focus on the journal article in front of her.
A Life Changes Forever
1:02But in the middle of her work, one thought kept returning again and again:
1:06Where had her husband gone?
1:07He had left the house earlier that morning without much of an explanation.
1:10Hours had passed since then.
1:12Anna had tried calling him several times, but there was no response.
1:15Eventually, she asked her children,
1:16“Do you know where Dad went?” They simply shrugged and replied, “We don’t know.
1:20But Dad seemed to be in a really good mood.
1:23He gave both of us a big, warm hug before he left.
1:26He didn’t tell us where he was going, but
1:28I’m sure he’ll be back soon.” A little while later, Anna tried calling him again.
1:32This time, the call wasn’t even reachable.
1:34Finally, at around 3:30 p.m., the doorbell rang.
1:36As soon as Anna opened the door, she found two police officers standing
1:39on her doorstep Are you Mrs.
1:41Williams?” Anna hesitated for a moment before replying, “Yes...
1:43I’m Mrs. Williams.
1:44What happened?” A heavy feeling settled in her chest.
1:47One of the police officers said, “May we come inside and speak with you?
1:50We’d like to talk to you about your husband.” Confused,
1:52Anna invited the officers into
1:53the house, and they all sat down The two police officers looked at each other.
1:57Then the senior officer took a deep breath and began, “Ma’am...
2:00I’m so sorry to tell you this, but at around 1:00 p.m.
2:04today, your husband jumped from the tallest building in the city and took
2:07his own life.” The moment those words reached Anna’s ears, it felt as though
2:11time had come to a complete standstill Anna felt as if she had stopped breathing.
2:15A few seconds later, she began gasping for air.
2:17Her entire body started trembling, and beads of sweat formed on her skin.
2:20In that moment, it felt as though time had frozen.
2:22All the
2:23sounds that had filled the house just moments ago suddenly faded into silence.
2:26Anna wanted to scream, to cry,
2:27or simply run away from it all She was just about to break down and scream.
2:31But then her eyes fell on her two children, who had heard everything
2:34and were standing there in complete shock, staring at their mother.
2:37With tears streaming down her face, Anna somehow tried to pull herself together.
2:40But no matter how hard she tried, she simply couldn’t.
2:42Now the question is, friends...
2:43why did this happen to Anna’s husband
2:45This question will come to many people’s minds.
2:47But an even more important question is: What happened to Anna after this?
2:50You’ve probably heard this before:
2:52the people who leave are no longer the ones who suffer.
2:54More often, it’s the people left behind who carry the pain.
2:57And after this, Anna went through things that I
2:59would never wish upon anyone “Not even for my worst enemy.
The Unraveling
3:02But hidden within Anna’s story are some incredibly powerful lessons—lessons that
3:05have the potential to transform your life in extraordinary ways.
3:08If you’re someone who
3:09wants to understand just how powerful the human mind really is, and how to use
3:13that power in your own life, then don’t miss a single moment of today’s story.
3:17These five
3:18lessons will show you how you can become an extraordinary person—someone capable
3:21of doing things so remarkable that even science is left astonished.
3:24So, now let’s get back to the story.
3:26Several days passed after the incident, but Anna’s mind still wouldn’t slow down.
3:29The same thoughts kept racing through her head.
3:31She was a psychiatrist.
3:32She understood that what was happening inside her mind wasn’t healthy
3:36But no matter how hard she tried, she couldn’t erase those memories.
3:39Every time something triggered them, her body reacted instantly.
3:41Her heart would start pounding, the pupils of her eyes would
3:43widen, and the level of glucose released into her bloodstream would surge.
3:47Her body’s energy would shift away from digestion and spread
3:49throughout her system like an alarm, preparing her to face a threat
3:52“And that’s exactly how the sympathetic nervous system works.
3:54It puts the body into fight-or-flight mode during stressful
3:57situations, preparing a person either to escape the danger or confront it.
4:00For Anna,
4:00the stress kept activating her sympathetic nervous system over and over again.
4:04Now, if this response lasts for just a few minutes or even a
4:07few hours, it’s usually not a problem “It’s essential for survival.
4:10But if this response keeps getting triggered over and over again for a
4:13long period of time, it can start creating serious problems.
4:15Anna knew this very well.
4:17Even so, she couldn’t control what was happening inside her.
4:19And how could she?
4:20Her mind was flooded with questions: Was I a bad wife Why did my husband leave
4:24me like this? Didn’t he care about his children at all?
4:26What kind of pressure was he under that drove
4:28him to take his own life?” Questions like these kept flooding her mind.
4:31One moment she was overwhelmed by grief, the next by guilt,
4:34then anger, sadness, depression, and a deep sense of helplessness.
4:36All of these emotions began building up inside her,
4:38charging her like an electric current and
4:39pulling her into a state that was taking a toll on both her mind and her body.
4:43The reason is that many people don’t realize this: every time you relive
4:46painful memories, the brain often struggles to distinguish between
4:48what’s happening right now and what exists only in your memory.
4:50To the brain, those memories can feel just as real as the original experience
4:53The brain releases the same stress chemicals all over
4:55again, as if the event were happening in real time.
4:57This kept happening to Anna, over and over, until
4:58those emotions became a constant part of her life.
5:00Whenever someone came to see her and asked, “Why are you so sad?”
5:02she would tell them the entire story of what had happened.
5:04And as she retold it,
5:05she would find herself slipping right back into that same emotional
5:07state—reliving the pain as though it were happening all over again
5:09Her stress levels would
5:10shoot up again, as if the entire incident had just happened all over again.
5:14And here’s something important: the emotions you experience most often—or
5:16the feelings you repeatedly dwell on—eventually become your personality.
5:19Those emotions become your home.
5:20Even if that home is filled with pain and suffering, you find
5:23it incredibly difficult to leave because,
5:25over time, it starts to feel familiar The same thing was happening to Anna.
5:29She had become trapped in a cycle of emotional pain.
5:31Somewhere, without
5:31even realizing it, she had become addicted to that constant state of negativity.
5:35She wanted to move on, but she simply couldn’t let go of those feelings.
5:38As a result, both her mind and her body began to fall apart.
5:41Then, nine months later, on March 21, 2008, Anna woke
5:44up one morning and realized something terrifying— she couldn’t feel her leg
5:47When Anna went to the doctor, she received devastating news—she was paralyzed from
5:50the waist down. She hadn’t been in an accident.
5:52She hadn’t suffered any physical injury.
5:54After running several tests, the doctors diagnosed her with neuritis.
5:56Essentially, it was an autoimmune response in which her own immune system
5:58was attacking her nerves, particularly those in the lower part of her spine.
6:01As a result, she became paralyzed from the waist down.
6:04Directly or indirectly, her condition had been fueled
6:06by the constant state of stress her body had been living in for months.
6:09She spent the next six weeks in the hospital, where she was put
6:12on high doses of corticosteroids. The treatment came with severe side effects.
6:15The heavy steroid
6:15dosage led to a bacterial infection, which required a separate course of treatment.
6:18In total, Anna remained in the hospital for nearly two months.
6:21During that time, she was unable to do even the simplest things on her own.
6:24She couldn’t walk, stand up, or sit down without assistance.
6:27Even going to the bathroom was no longer under her control.
6:29After two months, Anna was finally discharged
6:31from the hospital, but one of her legs was still numb.
6:33She could barely manage to stand, and even then, it took a great deal of effort.
6:37She also continued to struggle with bladder and bowel control at times.
6:39All of this only made her stress levels even worse.
6:41After returning home, she wasn’t able to take care of her children—or even herself.
6:44“So, her mother stepped in to help take care of her.
6:47But despite the support, these challenges
6:49continued to create one problem after another.
6:50By this point, Anna had also lost her job.
6:53She was no longer able to work.
6:54Then came another devastating revelation.
6:56She discovered that her late husband, who had been a
6:58successful lawyer, had actually been carrying a massive
The Lowest Point
7:00amount of debt—something she had never known about
7:02But now,
7:02the responsibility of paying off those debts had fallen on Anna’s shoulders.
7:06Everything that was
7:06happening kept pushing her deeper and deeper into a state of stress.
7:10As a result, she developed a second autoimmune condition.
7:12She began suffering from severe ulceration.
7:14Painful sores started forming inside her mouth, and
7:16they became so severe that they spread all the way down into her esophagus.
7:20Once again, the doctors prescribed corticosteroids
7:21and other medications to help manage the condition.
7:23But these medications came with another serious side effect.
7:26They caused her mouth to stop producing enough saliva.
7:28As a result, she could no longer eat solid food comfortably, which only
7:31made the ulceration even worse. Swallowing became extremely painful.
7:34Every time she tried to eat, she felt an intense burning sensation in her chest.
7:38To manage these new symptoms, the doctors prescribed
7:40even more medications You can only imagine what kind
7:42of condition Anna must have been in because of everything she
7:43was going through.
7:44She says that there were times when her heart rate would shoot
7:46up to 200 beats per minute without any physical activity.
7:48At other times, she would suddenly struggle to breathe,
7:50break into a sweat, and experience intense chest pain.
7:52She couldn’t tell whether the pain was physical, emotional,
7:55or both—it all felt overwhelming.
7:56At times, the suffering became so unbearable that
7:58Anna found herself thinking that perhaps she
7:59should follow the same path her husband had chosen.
8:02She felt that nothing
8:03worse could possibly happen to her than what she was already living through.
8:06“But the worst was still to come.
8:08In January, after running another series of tests,
8:09the doctors discovered that Anna ha developed a tumor in her esophagus.
8:12In other words, she had been diagnosed with esophageal cancer.
8:15Now she was facing yet another devastating illness—and this wasn’t a mild form
8:18of cancer.
8:19It was an aggressive type that could be life-threatening.
8:21The moment Anna and her family learned about the tumor, everything changed
8:24They immediately began chemotherapy, which was incredibly painful.
8:26After just the first chemotherapy session, Anna’s
8:28strength and resilience completely gave way.
8:30One day, after
8:30returning home from dropping her children off at school, she collapsed
8:33onto the floor, overwhelmed by exhaustion and everything she had been enduring.
8:36She broke down, sobbing uncontrollably.
8:38This was the absolute rock bottom of her life She had reached a
8:41point where she felt completely broken—both emotionally and physically.
8:43She didn’t even have the strength or the desire to get up from the floor.
8:46A part of her wished she would never have to get up again.
8:48Then her thoughts turned to her children.
8:50At times, she wondered if they might actually be happier without her.
8:52But at the same time, she couldn’t bear the thought of leaving them alone.
8:55Overwhelmed by these conflicting emotions, she lay there crying.
8:56And through her tears, she offered a heartfelt prayer for the first time.
8:59“With complete sincerity, she prayed: ‘Whoever You are...
A Different Question
9:01if You’re up there and You can hear me, please help me find a way out of this.
9:06Please get me through this situation.
9:08*And if You do, I promise that for whatever days I have left to live, I
9:12will live each one
9:13of them with gratitude.’ Every single day, I will be grateful simply to be alive.
9:17And I will help others find gratitude in their own lives as well.” She wasn’t
9:21saying these words for dramatic effect.
9:22Nor was she trying to force herself to feel hopeful.
9:25But for the first time in three years, Anna was genuinely reaching out
9:28to God with all her heart.
9:30Instead of focusing on everything that had gone wrong in her life, she shifted
9:33her attention to what she truly wanted—and to the life she hoped to create.
9:37And after saying that prayer, she didn’t just ask for help.
9:39She made a decision
9:41The decision she made seemed incredibly foolish to almost everyone around her.
9:43Many doctors thought it was a terrible idea.
9:45Several of her relatives felt the same way.
9:47But Anna had realized one thing with complete clarity: if she kept living
9:49the way she had been—if everything continued on the
9:51same path—it was almost certain that she wouldn’t survive.
9:53So she made a bold decision.
9:54She decided that she would stop going to doctors She decided to stop chemotherapy.
9:58She continued taking her antidepressants, but
9:59gradually discontinued the rest of her treatments.
10:00One by one, she began canceling her medical appointments.
10:02She didn’t offer anyone an explanation.
10:04And, for the most part, no one seemed to understand or approve
10:06of her decision—except for her family doctor, who was deeply concerned.
10:09The doctor warned her
10:10that she was making a serious mistake and that if she continued down this path,
10:13she might not have much time left to liv But Anna had already made up her mind.
10:17She believed that her chances of surviving were very slim anyway.
10:19She didn’t know where this new path would lead her.
10:21But she knew one
10:22thing for certain—she couldn’t keep going down the same road she had been on.
10:25Now, before we continue with the story, there’s
10:26an important lesson here: If you want to achieve something
10:29truly extraordinary in life, you have to think beyond your current limits.
10:31Until you learn to think bigger, you’ll never be able to accomplish bigger thing
10:34Everything happens twice in this world—first
10:35in your mind, and then in reality.” If you can’t imagine big possibilities
10:39in your mind, it’s very difficult for big things to happen in your life.
10:42That’s why I encourage you to think as big as you possibly can.
10:45And if you want to develop that mindset, there’s a
10:48powerful book that can help you: The Magic of Thinking Big “Many times, we don’t
10:51even realize that we’re thinking small.
10:53And often, a problem may seem insignificant.
10:54But that small problem can quietly limit the size of your life.
10:57That’s why, if you want to break free from those
10:59limitations, I highly recommend reading The Magic of Thinking Big.

11:59Now, a few weeks later,
12:00one of Anna’s friends told her about a health workshop by Joe Dispenza.
12:04The workshop was focused on health and healing.
12:06Anna didn’t really have the strength or confidence to attend.
12:08But her friend encouraged her, saying, “Even if you just go there and sit through
12:12the sessions, I think it could really help you Anna already
12:15knew that our thoughts and emotions can have a profound effect on the body.
12:18She had studied these concepts before, and they had always interested her.
12:21So, she decided to attend the workshop, relying on her crutches to get there.
12:25That evening, Joe Dispenza shared
12:26a great deal of science behind the connection between the mind and the body.
12:29He explained how our thoughts influence us, how
12:31emotions shape our biology, and how our emotional
12:32states can trigger real physiological changes within the body.
12:35He explained that our thoughts and emotions can
12:36influence changes all the way down to our genes.
12:37He spoke about epigenetics, the chemistry of stress,
12:39and how our mental and emotional states affect the body.
12:41During the workshop, he explained that the brain often struggles
12:42to distinguish between a vivid memory and a real, present experience.
12:44As a result, the body can respond to remembered
12:46events as if they were happening in that very moment.
12:48As Anna listened, these ideas began to resonate deeply with her.
12:50She realized that this was exactly what had been happening in her
12:52own life “She began to think, ‘If all of this is true, then perhaps,
12:55in some way, I’ve played a role in creating the life I’m living today.
12:58Maybe the paralysis, the depression, the
12:59ulcers—even the cancer—didn’t begin only in my body.
13:01Perhaps they first began with my thoughts and emotions.
13:03And if, in some way, I’ve contributed to creating this condition, then maybe...
13:06I also have the power to change it.
13:08“And that was exactly what was being taught in the workshop.
13:11Anna began practicing the
13:12same meditation techniques she had learned there, doing them twice a day.
13:15But the moment she started meditating, she
13:17didn’t experience any miraculous or immediate results.
13:18In fact, she found it difficult to meditate properly at first.
13:21Her mind kept wandering, and she constantly doubted the process.
13:24She found herself wondering, ‘Will this really work...
13:26or am I just wasting my time “Many times, she felt like it was all
13:29pointless—that none of it would work and she should just give up.
13:31But she kept telling herself, ‘Let’s just keep going
13:33and see what happens.’ So she continued.
13:34Sometimes she meditated because she felt like it.
13:35Other times, she did it even when she didn’t.
13:37Even when she was sick, she stayed committed to the practice.
13:39That was one of the biggest lessons she had
13:41learned at the workshop: consistency matters more than motivation.
13:42Whenever she skipped a doctor’s treatment or canceled another appointment,
13:44her family members would often criticize her, saying she was being reckless.
13:46Those conversations would fill her with negativity all over again.
13:48And whenever that happened, she would return to her meditation practice.
13:50Through these meditation practices, Anna learned how
13:52to calm and regulate the body’s automatic systems—the
13:54ones that normally operate without conscious control.
13:56She learned several different breathing techniques
13:57to help release the stress that had built up inside her body over the years.
What the Scans Revealed
14:01She also practiced meditation to bring her heart back into a
14:03steady, balanced rhythm—something that had been impossible for her ever since 2007.
14:06Day by day, she continued practicing, determined to restore both her mind
14:09and her body “She also learned walking meditation, a practice where you meditate
14:13while walking—moving toward the life you want to create with every step.
14:16Along the way, she practiced many other fascinating meditation techniques as well.
14:19In fact, she tried nearly every meditation she had learned from Joe Dispenza.
14:23She stayed consistent with these practices for an entire year.
14:26But after one full year, the results still didn’t seem particularly remarkable.
14:29But she kept going.
14:30Because she had learned one
14:31important lesson: ‘The life I’m living today wasn’t created in a single day.
14:34It took years to become this way.
14:36The condition I’m in is the result of years of conditioning.
14:39So why shouldn’t I give myself a few years to rebuild it?’ With that mindset, and
14:43with unwavering consistency, Anna continued practicing her meditation
14:45every single day Then came 2012, at another workshop in New York.
14:48During one of the deep meditation sessions, something happened
14:50that was completely different from anything Anna had experienced before.
14:53For a few moments, it felt as though she had lost awareness of all her senses.
14:57She became completely detached from everything that
14:59had defined her—her diagnosis, her name, her identity.
15:01For those few moments, it was as if none of it existed.
15:04And then something extraordinary arose.
15:05It wasn’t wishful thinking or imagination.
15:07Instead, she experienced an overwhelming
15:08sense of certainty—as if she were seeing her future unfold before her
15:11In that moment, she saw herself standing in front of a large audience,
15:15sharing her story with people.
15:16She had no idea whether that vision would ever become reality.
15:20But for the first time
15:21in five long and painful years, Anna truly felt that she was going to recover.
15:25Then, a year later, in September 2013, six years had passed since her journey
15:29had begun It had been 21 months since her cancer diagnosis.
15:33Anna underwent a complete medical evaluation once again.
15:36This time, something astonishing happened.
15:37The test results shocked the doctors even more than they shocked Anna.
15:41They found that the tumor in her esophagus had completely disappeared.
15:44Her blood markers had also returned clear, showing no signs of the disease
15:48“The internal damage that had been happening inside her body had almost
15:51completely healed. Only two small traces remained.
15:54Her mouth was still slightly irritated, but
15:56the severe ulceration that had once spread throughout her mouth had disappeared.
5 Lessons Hidden in the Story
16:00She still wasn’t producing
16:01enough saliva, but the improvement she had experienced was far beyond a normal
16:05recovery or comebac “It wasn’t just that she had gotten a little better.
16:09It was as if, in a very real sense, she had become a completely new person—a
16:13person who was entirely different
16:14from the woman who had been lying on the floor that day, crying and feeling broken.
16:18These reports created a wave of confidence inside her.
16:20After that, she became even more focused and committed to her meditation practice
16:23and continued working on herself.
16:25A year later, during another lecture, when she truly understood how our mind,
16:28our thoughts, and our emotions can influence even our body’s genes, Anna had
16:31a realization: ”Wait a minute I have already healed my cancer through this.
16:34So why shouldn’t I try to restore my saliva production as well?
16:37Maybe that, too, is something I can influence.
16:39”And after that, she started focusing on it.
16:42During another workshop, something remarkable happened.
16:43While she was meditating, her saliva production started
16:45returning, and her mouth began producing saliva
16:47again “Years later, the best part is that this progress never stopped.
16:51In 2016, Anna founded her own therapy institute, where she went on
16:55to employ more than 20 practitioners.
16:57Today, she is financially independent.
16:58She is
16:58in a healthy relationship, and she shares a very strong bond with her children.
17:02And perhaps the biggest change of all is this: The pseudonym
17:05she had once used to hide her identity—she no longer needed it.
17:09She began openly sharing her entire story with the world.
17:11Her name is Anna Williams Anna Williams was not her real name.
17:15Later, she published her own book using her actual name.
17:18Her real name was Anouk Bindels.
17:20She chose to share this story publicly, revealing her true identity, because
17:23she had so much faith in the power and meaning of her own journey.
17:28She was a woman who had endured unimaginable hardships.
17:30But she refused to define herself as a helpless or powerless person.
17:34It took years, but she transformed herself into an independent and
17:37empowered woman—and proved that transformation was possible.
17:39“And this story is truly an inspiration for everyone, especially for women.
17:42Now, from Anna’s
17:43entire journey, there are five important lessons that we should learn.
17:46If we want to achieve what we truly desire in life—even if it seems impossible
17:50or supernatural—the very first thing we need to do is ask sincerely.
17:54When Anna was lying
17:55on the floor, when she had reached the absolute rock bottom of her life...
17:59“When she felt that nothing
Final Message
18:00worse could possibly happen after that, she did something very simple—she asked.
18:03She began to ask for what she truly wanted, but not casually.
18:06She asked with her whole heart and with complete faith.
18:09Many people make this mistake.
18:10They don’t even ask the universe or a higher
18:12power for what they desire—especially when they don’t have any evidence that it
18:15is possible.
18:16Only when a person asks can the universe, a higher
18:19power, or even other people provide them with what they seek.
18:22Anna’s healing began when she started taking action with a clear intention
18:26and plan.
18:26Her transformation started when she asked the universe for
18:30exactly what she wanted.
18:31So the first lesson is: if you want to achieve anything in life, start asking.
18:36Second, one mistake Anna kept making repeatedly was that
18:37she kept reliving her grief
18:38and replaying that doorbell incident in her mind again and again
18:41“She was replaying it in her mind again and again, almost like watching a movie.
18:45And because of this, her body kept releasing stress chemicals repeatedly.
18:47Those chemicals were keeping
18:48her in a constant state of stress and slowly damaging her body from within.
18:51And this is also one of the central ideas of the book Becoming Supernatural:
18:54Your body often cannot distinguish the difference between
18:56a memory, an imagined experience, and a real event.
18:58“And that’s why, if you want to create a new life for
19:01yourself, you have to renew your old habits and old patterns.
19:04Third, Anna was able
19:05to achieve extraordinary things because, instead of constantly focusing on what had
19:09happened to her, she shifted her focus toward who she wanted to become.
19:12Many times, knowingly
19:13or unknowingly, we start treating our repeated thoughts as our identity.
19:17But remember: don’t believe everything you thin “This book explains that people
19:20don’t suffer only because something bad happened to them.
19:22They suffer because they start believing every thought
19:23that comes into their mind as the absolute truth.
19:25And when they repeat those
19:26thoughts again and again, even a false belief can start feeling like reality.
19:29That’s something you need to avoid.
19:31Avoid unnecessary repetition of negative thoughts.
19:32Fourth lesson: Don’t take anything personally.
19:34Whatever painful experiences you have faced in life—whether it’s
19:36an abusive relationship or any other difficult situation—stop
19:38taking everything as a reflection of your own worth.
19:40This concept is explained in the book The Four Agreements
19:42“If someone treats you badly, it doesn’t mean that there is something wrong
19:45with you. It could be because of the other person’s own issues.
19:48Anna’s husband did not take his own life because of her.
19:51When she stopped taking things personally, started focusing on herself, and took
19:53action, she began to take control of her life again—and that’s when real change
19:56started to happen.
19:57Fifth lesson: The meditation practice that she started doing twice a
20:00da Even when results weren’t visible for many years,
20:02she continued—that is what true commitment actually looks like.
20:03This is the power of habit, which is explained in the book The Power of Habit.
20:07Anna’s breakthrough was not some dramatic, life-changing event where
20:09she simply listened to one powerful speech and everything changed.
20:11It wasn’t because of one podcast she heard or one book she read.
20:13It happened because of countless small, repeated choices she
20:15made consistently over time “The daily actions she started taking began
20:18to compound over time.
20:19And that compounding effect created results within her that seemed
20:22extraordinary.
20:22Her scan in 2013 was not the manifestation of a single action.
20:26It was the result of years of change—the evidence of the transformation
20:29she had created within herself through her daily habits.
20:31In the same way, I would like to tell yo “If you also want to bring meaningful
20:36changes into your life,
20:37it won’t happen just because of one video, one podcast, or one book.
