0:00My landlord and I did the deed in the
0:01laundry room and now we do it regularly.
0:02I enjoy it more than I'd like to admit
0:04and my rent is cheaper. I recently moved
0:05into my own place and paying rent is a
0:07little tougher than I had anticipated it
0:08to be. In the basement of the apartment
0:10building, there is a communal laundry
0:11room which is right next to the
0:12landlord's office. The other week is
0:14when everything started. I was doing
0:15laundry when I saw a pizza pie get
0:16delivered to the landlord's office. I
0:18was waiting for my load to finish
0:19washing and decided to be friendly. So,
0:20I walked over to the landlord's office
0:22and commented that the pizza smelled
0:23delicious. I was just trying to make
0:25some small talk and form a good
0:26relationship with him, but he locked
0:27eyes with me. And I will admit, he is a
0:28handsome guy. He has a muscular and lean
0:30build and a nice beard with charming
0:31green eyes. He seems to be about 40-ish
0:33years old. He asked me if I wanted a
0:34slice because he wasn't going to finish
0:35it all and I took him up on the offer.
0:37Small talk happened and he started
0:38asking me how I'm liking the apartment
0:40and if I find everything okay so far. I
0:41told him that I love it, although it
0:43does get lonely here and there and I
0:44admitted that rent is a little pricey
0:45for me. Our conversation had a really
0:46nice flow to it. He started asking me
0:48about relationships and my love life.
0:49Normally, I would find this topic
0:51creepy, but it came up so casually, and
0:52I didn't mind this handsome guy asking
