0:49undeserving and I don't thank you it's
0:51truly insane I want to thank you guys
0:54for also putting on this event every
0:56year because it acknowledges you know
1:00how male-dominated this industry is and
1:02gives women a moment to be together and
1:05fight for more equality hopefully we can
1:08even out the playing field moving
1:09forward and it's really cool to be in
1:11this room with so many women that I love
1:13I'm obsessed with all of you Patti just
1:16gave me this award it's really cool um
1:19so yeah I'm very grateful

1:27Monte Lucian I want to thank my managers
1:29scooter I want to thank Scott Marcus and
1:32I think Allison K Wendy goldstein oh

1:41so much I'm gonna forget everything I
1:44wanted to say because this is really
1:45overwhelming so please forgive me
1:48no yeah this is really special I want to
1:51say that I find it interesting that this
1:55has been one of like the best years of
1:56my career and like the worst of my life
1:59I'm not saying that for somebody I'm
2:01just saying that because I feel like a
2:03lot of people would look at someone in
2:06my position right now I guess like Woman
2:09of the Year an artist that could be at
2:12her peak like reaching her you know
2:14whatever and think she's really got her
2:17[ __ ] together you know like she's really
2:19on it like she's got it all and I do but
2:23I as far as like my person like those
2:25really have no idea what the [ __ ] I'm
2:26doing so so yeah it's been a very
2:30conflicting one and I just want to say
2:33that if you're someone out there who has
2:36no idea what this next chapter is gonna
2:39bring you're not alone in that and I'm
2:42you I'm not gonna cry that's really
2:44stupid I'm sorry I have to pull back
2:45just stop that immediately that's
2:47annoying I'm not gonna cry that's really
2:48annoying that's really gross um I can do
2:52that um no but yeah you're not alone in
2:55that and um I'm really looking forward
2:57to embracing whatever happens and
2:59whatever comes my way
3:00I'm really grateful for my friends and
3:03family I love you guys so much really
3:05grateful for music I'm so grateful for
3:07Victoria Monet and Taylor Parks you guys
3:09are here tonight you're so incredible
3:11I'm so grateful we got to make this next
3:14album together and have some of the most
3:17fun times in my life in the studio I
3:19wouldn't have made it through this like
3:21last chapter without you guys and
3:22without this project and blah blah blah
3:24I'm really looking forward to everyone
3:25hearing it was really special I feel
3:27like we made like if First Wives Club
3:29were an album that's the album you know
3:33anyway I'm gonna go soon yeah
3:37no I really I'm really really grateful
3:39this is awesome I'm looking forward to
3:42celebrating all the amazing women here
3:45tonight after I come off stage I want to
3:48hug everyone you're all amazing I look
3:50forward to hopefully learning to give
3:51some of the love and forgiveness that
3:53I've given away so frivolously and
3:56easily to men in the past to myself
3:58hopefully this year
4:04and yeah I have everything I've ever
4:10dreamt of having and as of late I've
4:12discovered that it's the things I've
4:13always had and the people have always
4:15had that still make me the happiest so
4:16thank you so much this is really cool
