0:00California Democrats just advanced a
0:02controversial new bill that could give
0:04thieves a [music] get out of jail free
0:05card for offenses they consider crimes
0:07of necessity.
0:08>> Crimes of necessity. I guess that means
0:10every time AutoZone gets looted, people
0:13had a necessity for floor mats, but as
0:16you're about to see, not only are the
0:18looters in California not trying to
0:20better their state with their mayhem,
0:23these are actually the unwitting foot
0:26soldiers of the communists who want to
0:28destroy capitalism. so they can take it
0:30over. Something the governor of this
0:32state is 100%
0:35on board with.
0:37>> What exactly is a crime of [music]
0:38necessity?
0:39>> The amendments make it clear that this
0:40policy only applies to low-level theft
0:42crimes of necessity led by poverty. You
0:45can see the sparks fly as someone cuts
0:47through the locks to get in the store
0:49here. The sheriff's department says 30
0:51to 40 unknown suspects entered the
0:53business and ransacked the property. The
0:55looting lasted about 2 minutes. The
0:57Democrats say that if you're poor, uh,
1:00that forces you to go out and rob a
1:02store. Now, let me be very clear. No one
1:04is robbing stores for food, bread, eggs,
1:08milk, or butter. They're stealing Nikes
1:10and PlayStations. Let's be very clear
1:12about what crimes and what criminals
1:14they're trying to protect.
1:16>> Street takeovers followed by the
1:17ransacking of nearby businesses have
1:20become a troubling [music] trend across
1:21LA. Just last week, authorities say
1:23AutoZone stores were targeted at least
1:26twice near street takeovers across the
1:28city. Investigators are now looking for
1:29[music] at least 27 suspects in
1:32connection with those incidents.
1:33>> And not only do you have to worry about
1:34[music]
1:35getting held up during the day, then you
1:38have to worry about this in the middle
1:39of the night. [music]
1:39>> Make crime illegal again. I mean, let
1:41that sink in. It is absolutely maniacal.
1:49These lootings all happen the same way.
1:51You got hundreds of people standing
1:54around and then boom, a store gets
1:56vaporized. But what nobody's talking
1:58about is this kind of mayhem right here.
2:00It goes a lot deeper than people just
2:02trying to steal some cheap oil filters
2:04or some floor mats or those Christmas
2:06tree air fresheners. You see, America's
2:09currently fighting for its very survival
2:11against the socialists who have offered
2:14up communism as the solution to
2:16affordability problems they have caused
2:18by opening the border, opening our
2:20jails, and decriminalizing crime and the
2:24mobs, you see, destroying businesses.
2:26They are acting out the beliefs of the
2:28communists who can't wait to take what
2:30you have and give it to someone else.
2:33And what's fascinating is a hundred
2:35years ago when you had these communist
2:37socialist takeovers, Germany, Russia,
2:40you had armed mobs marauding the streets
2:42in a big group and they all knew they
2:44were part of a political party. But this
2:46is a little bit different because here
2:48we've got the mobs and yeah, some of
2:50them are armed, but they don't know
2:52they're part of a takeover of our
2:54country. But this gives the communists
2:57plausible deniability. You see, they
2:59weren't out there leading the thugs from
3:02the front door of AutoZone all the way
3:04to the back. Instead, they're cheering
3:06from the sidelines defending these
3:08criminals, saying that everything they
3:10do isn't because they're trying to break
3:12our laws, but rather these are just
3:15everyday Americans who woke up in a
3:18world Trump made so expensive no one
3:20could afford to live here, which is why
3:22they're going to feed their families
3:23with motor oil and energy drinks and Air
3:27Jordans. But that brings us to the real
3:28reason this entire thing could backfire
3:30on the socialists. You see, in these
3:31deep blue strongholds where this kind of
3:33thing is encouraged, nobody thinks any
3:35of this is strange, but the rest of
3:37America's watching this and saying,
3:38"Uh-uh, I do not want that imported to
3:42my backyard." And that includes the
3:45law-abiding who are left in these places
3:47the socialists have already destroyed
3:49while radicalizing enough voters to keep
3:52them in power while they challenge the
3:54idea of American prosperity. But here's
3:56the thing. The rest of the country is
3:58not on board with turning our country
4:01into Cuba, where there's no electricity
4:03and no food because everyone's been
4:05plundered and there's nothing left. And
4:06stealing is something governments are
4:08better at than anybody else. But what
4:11exactly is a crime of necessity? And how
4:14are the socialists defending this?
4:17>> What is a crime of necessity?
4:20Well, um, basically the Democrats say
4:23that if you're poor, uh, that forces you
4:26to go out and rob a store. Now, let me
4:28be very clear. No one is robbing stores
4:32for food, bread, eggs, milk, or butter.
4:35They're stealing Nikes and PlayStations.
4:37Let's be very clear about what crimes
4:40and what criminals they're trying to
4:42protect with these diversion programs,
4:44>> right? Because in America, if you lack
4:46food, you don't have to steal it. You
4:48can ask the federal government for it
4:49and they'll give it to you. If you don't
4:51have a tube of toothpaste, you can ask
4:52the federal government for it and they
4:54will give it to you. We should have
4:56eliminated crime in America by all of
4:59the things we give away to people who
5:00cannot afford them. And here come the
5:02people saying that, oh no, people are
5:04stealing things because they can't
5:06afford them. Well, is that really true?
5:08Are these people stealing to feed their
5:10families? Let's watch and ask ourselves
5:12that question. Look at this. Look, that
5:15guy's got some windshield wipers. He's
5:17going to feed his family with windshield
5:18wipers. Oh, that guy's got a car
5:20battery. Yeah, your kids can eat that
5:23fire extinguisher. Another car battery.
5:25Look, there's more people. They're
5:27fighting to get in. And they're fighting
5:29to get out. That guy had a whole
5:31display. Oh, another battery. Look at
5:32all that motor oil. Oh, that looks
5:34delicious. A steering wheel cover. Some
5:36floor mats. Yeah, man. That Hyundai is
5:39going to look nice by the time these
5:41criminals get done hooking up their
5:43rides. Look at this. This is so crazy.
5:47None of these people are stealing
5:49because they need to feed their
5:51families. Look, look. They cleaned out
5:52the whole store. The store is empty. And
5:54they s stole so much stuff that it's
5:57lying on the ground here. Do those look
5:59like people who are committing a crime
6:00of necessity or a crime of opportunity.
6:02If you check eBay the morning after this
6:05happens or Amazon, you are going to find
6:07some sweet deals on the same stuff
6:08because the criminals are just reselling
6:10this stuff. This is inventory
6:12procurement for someone else's business.
6:15And we want to talk about how we have an
6:17affordability problem in California.
6:20Maybe there's an affordability problem
6:21because people steal so much from
6:23AutoZone. The only way Autozone doesn't
6:25close as if they raise prices to stay
6:28open. Why is NOBODY THINKING ABOUT THAT?
6:30BUT JUST before we continue, imagine
6:32looking up at a Midtown Manhattan
6:34construction crane and realizing that
6:36the operator has never won at one of
6:39those claw games. Yeah. Some jobs are
6:41just too important to trust with the
6:44wrong person, and hiring a lawyer after
6:46someone else's negligence is one of
6:48them. When you're injured and facing a
6:50giant corporation, it can feel like the
6:52whole system is stacked against you.
6:54They have armies of lawyers, and you
6:55need someone who fights back just as
6:57hard. That's where Morgan and Morgan
6:59comes in. Morgan and Morgan was not
7:01built just by accident. John Morgan's
7:04brother, Tim, was just a teenager when
7:06he suffered a catastrophic accident
7:08while working at Disney World. His case
7:10was mishandled and John saw firsthand
7:11how the entire system is rigged against
7:13families that can't afford to fight
7:15back. So he made a vow. He built Morgan
7:17and Morgan with one mission to work for
7:20the people. Protecting everyday people
7:22against powerful interests with
7:24compassion, transparency, and zero
7:27upfront fees. With over 1,000 lawyers
7:30and a 100 officers across all 50 states
7:32and over $35 billion recovered for their
7:35clients, hiring them is like bringing an
7:37army to battle. Except this army knows
7:39how to win. Not all law firms are the
7:41same. Hire the wrong one and you might
7:43be beat before you even get started. And
7:45if you're ever injured by someone else's
7:47negligence, you deserve to be paid. You
7:49can check out Morgan and Morgan and
7:50their fee is free unless they win. For
7:52more information, you can go to
7:54forthepeople.com/cash.
7:57Once again, that's
7:58forthepeople.com/cash.
8:00Now, let's get back to the video. Look
8:03at this pharmacy. You got police over
8:06here running in circles. They're not
8:08allowed to do anything. These guys are
8:10already in the store. You got a guy here
8:12with his t-shirt over his head covering
8:14up his um his license plate. Then you
8:16got these guys with buckets of whatever
8:19they're finding in the store. This is
8:21just so outrageous.
8:24Look at this. You hear police, but
8:26that's not scared away the criminals.
8:28Why not? They're not afraid. There's no
8:30consequence for this kind of thing.
8:31These guys think there's safety in
8:33numbers. They think their faces are
8:35covered. No one's going to be able to
8:37catch them because they don't know who
8:38they are. Look out. They got all the
8:40time in the world. All the time in the
8:42world. And they're just coming out with
8:44buckets. Mind you, this is not how you
8:48feed your family. The stuff in here
8:50doesn't feed a person's family. It gets
8:52resold. Oh, here comes a helicopter. Oh,
8:55wow. Okay. So, we are going to try to
8:58scare them away with lights. But you
9:00don't have to scare criminals away if
9:02you're going to build a jail and fill
9:03that jail up with these individuals.
9:05These folks should lose their freedom.
9:07This guy just lost his business. His
9:09destroyed forever. These people took
9:11everything in the store. Why do they
9:12have no consequence? Why do we want to
9:14think to ourselves that individuals who
9:16behave like this need some sort of
9:19diversion or some sort of second chance?
9:22And the thing that's really ridiculous
9:24here is the people that are pitching
9:25this idea that, oh, we need to
9:28decriminalize this stuff. Listen to what
9:30they're saying. The amendments make it
9:32clear that this policy only applies to
9:34low-level theft crimes, no felonies, and
9:36codifies case law.
9:38>> Ah, no felonies. You know why? Because
9:40they've made this behavior that you're
9:42watching right here, which used to be a
9:44felony, oh, now it's a misdemeanor. So,
9:46maybe we should take this behavior and
9:48make it a felony again. Maybe then we
9:51can all get on board with the idea of
9:52decriminalization. Because if we make
9:54stealing and all these low-level crimes
9:56felonies, then the only stuff that needs
9:58a diversion is the stuff these people
10:00say really doesn't harm society.
10:02Obviously, that's not the point. The
10:04point is you take every crime out there
10:06that was a felony and you make it a
10:08misdemeanor. And then you say, "Oh, we
10:10have too many misdemeanor arrests.
10:11Better decriminalize that stuff." You
10:13see how this works?
10:14>> They decide to break into this nearby
10:16liquor store. It's called a Toz Market.
10:18They left it in shambles
10:20the entire inventory.
10:22>> Yeah. So, some of this has to do with
10:24social media, the ability for all these
10:26kids to do their little flash mob thing
10:28and appear in one place at one time and
10:31uh kind of outsmart the cops. But the
10:33other thing is if you don't prosecute
10:35crimes for the little stuff, you wind up
10:38with the big stuff like this. And these
10:40teen takeovers we see create these
10:44crimes of opportunity. So, they've
10:45caused immediate sudden chaos and then
10:48not only are they taking the street
10:50over, but they're going in absolutely
10:53wreaking havoc and stealing things. And
10:56ultimately, the people that suffer the
10:57worst are the people, many of them
11:00familyowned businesses that are having
11:02to deal with this unexpected barrage of
11:06crime. One of the family business owners
11:08reacted saying this. Honestly, I just
11:10can't get the image out of my head. 50
11:13people in my business ransacking the
11:15place, destroying the business because
11:17those 50 people aren't in jail. This is
11:20not a crime of necessity. All these men
11:22you see here on the screen wearing
11:24hoodies with their Honda Civics parked
11:27out front with the trunks open. They
11:29don't need any of the stuff in this
11:30store. Everything they need to survive
11:32will be provided for them. But no,
11:35that's not good enough for these
11:36individuals. They want to loot the
11:37place. They want to take it over. And by
11:39allowing this, the socialists, they've
11:41got their army that's going to go after
11:43their enemies. Because what did the
11:44armies do walking down the streets of
11:46Germany in the 1920s? What did they do?
11:49They destroyed the businesses of the
11:51people they didn't like. Well, here you
11:53have mobs in 2026, destroying businesses
11:57run by people the communists don't like.
11:59They don't like these business owners.
12:01They don't like the idea that you can
12:02survive without them and that you employ
12:05people who don't have to ask them for
12:07help. They don't like that. There is
12:09opposition to that. And instead of the
12:12communists getting out there and putting
12:14a patch on their shirt, a hammer and
12:16sickle, and bringing baseball bats to a
12:18PLACE LIKE THIS, THEY'VE GOT THESE GUYS
12:20WHO ARE GOING TO DO IT FOR THEM. So
12:22these are the revolutionaries, and all
12:23they've got to do now is they got to sit
12:24back and say, "Oh, well, they're just
12:26trying to feed their families. Oh, well,
12:27don't be so hard on them. He stole Kid
12:29stole a bag of chips. He was just trying
12:31to eat. Oh, he stole a bottle of
12:33something. He He was thirsty. He was
12:35thirsty. These guys were thirsty. Leave
12:37them alone. They were if you were
12:38thirsty and you needed something to
12:39drink real bad, you know, nobody would
12:41tell you that you couldn't steal it,
12:42right? So that's how they defend this
12:44stuff. Meanwhile, the store's done.
12:46>> Just so out of words that the situation
12:48actually happened. Please don't do this.
12:51Please don't. Like it really hurts us
12:54business owners as a family business.
12:56>> It really ensolves
13:00>> to break through the lock that was on
13:02the outside of that door right there.
13:04And then they broke the window and they
13:06went in underneath the the hand.
13:08>> So these individuals who we're told are
13:11committing a crime of necessity have
13:13power tools and know how to use them and
13:16are ablebodied and flexible enough to
13:19get through that gate right there. These
13:21people could totally be out there
13:23working a legitimate job. They don't
13:25have to steal, but they want to. They've
13:27got all the tools they need to play by
13:29the rules, but no incentive to do so. So
13:31they don't. That's the real problem
13:33here. But if you want to enable an army
13:36to do your bidding without even knowing
13:37it, without being smart enough to figure
13:39it out, this is how you do it, you do it
13:41through decriminalization.
13:43>> And you can see them crouching down and
13:45coming in just one after another into
13:47this business that was locked. Good
13:49lights were out. The people who owned
13:51it. Look at the candy. Everything just
13:53on the floor now. They made a mess. They
13:55caused $30,000 in damages. And that's
13:57the thing. Look at that. Is that behind
13:59the counter?
14:00>> Yeah. Can you imagine? cigarettes. Being
14:02a small business owner in a place like
14:04that where you know you you want to you
14:07you want to contribute to society, you
14:09want to contribute to the community and
14:10you you open up a store, liquor store,
14:13convenience store or whatever. And not
14:15only do you have to worry about um
14:17getting uh held up during the day, then
14:20you have to worry about this in the
14:21middle of the night.
14:21>> Yeah, that's crazy. Here's another angle
14:23that you could think about for a second.
14:24Where do we have affordability problems?
14:26We have them in places like California.
14:29Oh, it's so expensive to fix my house.
14:31Oh, it's so expensive to do landscaping.
14:34I mean, I see a whole bunch of people
14:35here that have all the skills they need
14:37to fix your house, but no reason to do
14:39so. So, when you do find a contractor,
14:41that guy doesn't have competition. He
14:43doesn't have to compete with all these
14:44people you see here to fix your car, to
14:47fix your house, to do this, to do that.
14:49These people could be licensed
14:50electricians and plumbers. They could be
14:51living the American dream, but they're
14:53creating an American nightmare all
14:54because our laws let it happen. And
14:56we're told that decriminalizing this
14:58stuff is compassion. But now these
15:00people are on the wrong path. Our whole
15:02country is on the wrong path. And you
15:03know what? WE'VE HAD THESE LAWS FOR SO
15:05LONG. Some of these people, their
15:07parents act the exact same way. Their
15:09parents are criminals, too. And you know
15:10what? This is generational criminality
15:12we're seeing here. We're not inheriting
15:14this idea of American prosperity. That's
15:16not what's being passed down in these
15:18places that have been sanctuaries for 40
15:20years. Meanwhile, the communists,
15:23they're better at stealing than anybody
15:24else because they can do it with the law
15:27on their side. And this is the second
15:29part of this revolution. Look at this.
15:31>> Why do they always think they can make
15:35work a policy um and find success in a
15:40policy that has failed so miserably in
15:44recent history like in France
15:47>> because they're criminals.
15:49No, it's quite impressive. You know,
15:51socialism often waits for to jump a
15:53generation so that uh people lose memory
15:56of the previous socialist uh government.
15:58In France, of course, of the Mitron in
16:00England around the same time they
16:02embraced these policies and it destroyed
16:05their economies. Mitron had to restore
16:07capitalist policies. Of course, Margaret
16:10Thatcher came in to Great Britain. Uh
16:12but now you've got a new prime minister
16:14saying I want to go back to the pre-
16:16Thatcher, you know, economy and and it's
16:19it's absolutely bizarre uh because they
16:22had to be rescued by the International
16:24Monetary Fund because they literally ran
16:27out of money and the wealth tax has a a
16:31an unbroken record of failure in
16:34California. It may have cost the state
16:36already a couple trillion dollars. It's
16:38not failure if you're the criminal
16:40that's going to have access to that
16:42money. You see, these communists, these
16:44people that want to steal everything and
16:45punish people along the way. These
16:47bizarre taxes are perfectly fine for
16:49them. They don't care if in California
16:51they announce that they're going to have
16:52a wealth tax and they're going to vote
16:54on it and it has so much popular support
16:56that all the billionaires who can end up
16:58fleeing before it even takes effect.
16:59That's not what this is about. You know
17:01why? Because once they get this thing in
17:03the door, then they can lower the
17:04threshold. Then they can come after just
17:06about everybody. Remember and never
17:08forget that Mayor Mam Donnie in New
17:10York, what did he say? He said he wanted
17:12to tax the rich and then there was
17:14opposition to his tax on second homes.
17:16And he went out there and he said, "If I
17:17don't get my tax on second homes, I am
17:19going to have to raise property taxes
17:21across the board, across the city, and
17:22that's going to affect THE MIDDLE CLASS.
17:24I DON'T WANT TO DO IT, but the
17:26government above me, the state
17:27government, they might make me do it.
17:29So, put some pressure on them so I can
17:31get my wealth tax." But you see, they
17:33don't have a problem with taxing average
17:35people. Eventually, average people are
17:37going to be the only ones with wealth
17:38once they wipe out all the millionaires.
17:40And they're going to say, "Well, we got
17:42to do more good, so we're going to tax
17:44more people." These are people who
17:46actually think you create millionaires
17:47by taxing them, by the way. Uh, and it
17:49will do so across the country. That's
17:51why Roana and Sanders and others want to
17:56have a federal wealth tax so there's no
17:59place to run because the problem with
18:02wealth and the wealthy is that they're
18:04mobile. So they want to make it a
18:07federal wealth tax so that they'll get
18:09you wherever you are.
18:10>> But the problem with that is we already
18:12have Cuba where no one can run from
18:14because it's an island. Nobody can
18:16escape and they have more poverty there
18:18than anywhere else. So the idea that
18:20we're going to have a countrywide wealth
18:22tax and lock everybody in. I mean that's
18:24not going to work. It's already not
18:25working. Where has it worked before?
18:27These people can't point to one example.
18:29>> So economically it fails.
18:31Constitutionally, I know you say it
18:34fails. I don't think they care about the
18:37Constitution, Jonathan. And and so
18:39they're going to try to find a
18:40workaround. What's their workound?
18:42They're just going to try to not let the
18:44Constitution stand in the way of this.
18:45>> Pack the Supreme Court.
18:47>> Well, Brian, it is in my view
18:48unconstitutional. There are some people
18:50that beg to differ, but we passed the
18:5216th amendment to allow the federal
18:54government in 1913
18:56to collect income tax. Uh that was it.
19:00This is a wealth tax. It's different.
19:01Now, Elsa seems to conflate the two. Uh,
19:05but a wealth tax is really about the
19:07stuff you buy. So, you earn your money,
19:09you get taxed on the money, and then you
19:11buy stuff. And then people like
19:13Elizabeth Warren says, "Literally, we're
19:15coming after your paintings, your boats,
19:17your houses to tax you again on the
19:20stuff you own." Wow, that's fascinating.
19:22So, she wants to loot your home, your
19:24paintings, your boats, your houses,
19:26anything you own, anything you care
19:27about. You got a safe with a few gold
19:28coins in there. Don't worry, they're
19:30going to come find that and they're
19:31going to take that, too, because you
19:33shouldn't have it. To these people, they
19:36look at somebody that owns a convenience
19:37store in California, they see it getting
19:39robbed, and they SAY, "AH, NO BIG DEAL."
19:41BUT WHY DO THEY say that? It's because
19:43the business owner has something the
19:45criminals apparently do not have until
19:47they steal it. So, they want everybody
19:48to be on the same playing field. That's
19:50what communism is going to do. It's
19:51going to steal from these guys and give
19:52it to these guys. This is what they want
19:54for our entire country. They want to
19:56rule this out nationwide and they're not
19:58going to let the Constitution stop them.
19:59How many times over the last four, five,
20:026 years have things happened in America
20:04that were unconstitutional and nobody
20:07did anything about it? You see, that's
20:09what's going to go on here. The same
20:10people that hold nobody accountable for
20:13lawlessness in California, if they're
20:15running America, they're not going to
20:17hold anybody accountable for lawless
20:19behavior at the national level. And all
20:21this stuff's going to get through.
20:22That's how people and regimes take over
20:25countries with the will of the people.
20:28Things are allowed to happen. People are
20:30given a free pass. They do something
20:31that's illegal. The government looks the
20:33other way and boom, you got a
20:34dictatorship set up. The problem is that
20:36the federal constitution does not allow
20:38for a wealth tax in my view. That's one
20:40of the reasons why many people on the
20:42left have been rather open that the
20:45first thing that they have to do is to
20:47change the Supreme Court to pack it,
20:49eliminate it, get it out of the way.
20:51That's why they want to let me take our
20:54laws to apologize to the American people
20:57for Woodro Wilson who comes from the
21:00Commonwealth of Virginia who signed the
21:02income tax into law as a fellow V as a
21:06fellow Virginia.
21:07>> I always feel the feel the need to do
21:10that. But you mentioned the Democrats
21:12wanting to pack the court, change the
21:14court.
21:15>> Just listen to a snippet of what they're
21:17saying. Jonathan,
21:19>> what I support is dramatic reform. And
21:22what that looks like to begin with is
21:24making sure that the Supreme Court
21:25actually has an ethical code of conduct.
21:29>> I'm in favor of a fix the darn country
21:31constitutional amendment. It would
21:33outlaw partisan gerrymandering and
21:35enshrine parts of the Voting Rights Act
21:37right there in the Constitution. It
21:39would set term limits not just for
21:41Congress, but for the Supreme Court,
21:43too. I also think we would be better off
21:45with a court that has uh something like
21:4713 justices that would match the number
21:49of districts that we have.
21:51>> WHY STOP AT 13? WHY DON'T WE HAVE
21:53HUNDREDS? IN FACT, WHY DON'T WE GO TAKE
21:55ALL THE lutters that just broke into
21:56that store in California and make them
21:58Supreme Court justices? Then we'll get
22:00the justice we need because these are
22:02the people who've been negatively
22:03affected by justice and are committing
22:05crimes of necessity. That's who we
22:06should put on the court. These people
22:08are so ridiculous, but do not fall for
22:11it. They've got this nice language.
22:12They've got this guy from Kentucky who's
22:14out there saying, "Oh yeah, you know, I
22:16want to do the right thing. You know, I
22:17want to make sure we've got justice. I
22:18want to make sure we've got the right
22:19kind of voting going." I mean, the this
22:21is so ridiculous. These people are
22:23everywhere. It's not like socialism is
22:25just a California or New York thing.
22:27Uh-uh. It's all over the country. We got
22:29these candidates everywhere. They're
22:30leading a charge. They're
22:32revolutionaries are on the streets. And
22:34the same ferocity that these criminals
22:37attack these businesses is how the
22:39government of this country, if we turn
22:40it over to these people, it's going to
22:42come after the rest of us. That's what I
22:44happen to think. What do you think? See
22:45you in the next video.
