0:00What is going on, guys? If you've not

0:01checked out the new Claude artifact

0:04system inside the Claude co-work tool,

0:07then you are massively missing out. This

0:09feature gives you the ability to create

0:12custom apps that live inside of your

0:16Claude app. It's absolutely crazy. So,

0:18today I wanted to show you how I've

0:19basically created a fully fledged social

0:22listening dashboard using both

0:24Triggerfy, which is a social listening

0:26tool, and Claude. So, first things

0:28first, we're going to head over to the

0:31Triggerfy app here. And we're going to

0:33click on the little tab here called

0:34listening. From there, we're going to go

0:35ahead and set up our searches. Now,

0:38you've got a range of different socials

0:40that we can pick from and different

0:42options that we can do. So, what you

0:44would do is you would go get, for

0:45example, your X profile or whatever it

0:47is, and you would chuck that basically

0:49into here, and then you would just set

0:51up all of the searches, right? It's

0:53really, really simple to do. I don't

0:54think I need to go in and explain

0:56exactly how to do this. But, we've got

0:57options from LinkedIn to Twitter,

0:59Reddit, YouTube, Hacker News, podcast,

1:01Substack, Daily Dev. There's There's a

1:03lot of different things in here where

1:04you can monitor anytime your brand is

1:08being mentioned in one of these socials.

1:11Or, in fact, your competitors are being

1:13mentioned as well. So, the really neat

1:16thing about Triggerfy is you have,

1:18obviously, the MCP and the CLI with

1:21skills. So, what you're able to do, and

1:23I probably would go with the MCP route

1:24as it's a little bit easier for those

1:26who aren't super tech-savvy, is you come

1:28into here and you basically follow the

1:30instructions to set up the Claude

1:33desktop app if you haven't already

1:34connected. And this, essentially, is

1:35going to mean that you can go ahead and

1:38you can pull the entirety of the

1:40searches that you've set up, right? You

1:42can actually also set up the searches

1:43then through Claude if you wanted. So,

1:44you can say, "Hey, go and monitor my

1:45brand across XYZ socials." And that will

1:47then start monitoring on an ongoing

1:49basis. Which then takes us on to the

1:51next part, which is creating the

1:54artifact inside of Claude's code. So,

1:57here's the one I basically created and

1:59I'm going to show you how we go about

2:00setting something up like this. But

2:01before I do, let's just go over what

2:04this is actually doing. So, first of

2:06all, we have a cool little date range

2:07flicker up here. If you've obviously

2:09been setting up your search and

2:10monitoring things through Triggerfyre

2:11for a while, you can then start to break

2:13it down by 24/7, 30, 90 days. We also

2:16have all of the different socials in

2:17here. We're getting a nice little top

2:19line overview. So, total number of

2:21mentions on the date range you're

2:23looking at, top platform, average

2:24engagement, the platforms that are

2:26active as well. Also have like this

2:27little list here of recent stuff, so I

2:29can go straight through to see any post

2:31as well. And this really kind of cool

2:32like a trending themes, right? So, we're

2:35getting mentioned clearly a lot around,

2:37at least in the last 30 days anyway,

2:38around AI sales tools, UTM strategies,

2:41revenue growth, things like that as as

2:42well. So, how do we go and create these

2:45things? Well, first of all, ensure that

2:48you are in the Co-work tab here. This

2:50only works from a Co-work perspective.

2:52And then come and click on live

2:54artifacts. From there, you can actually

2:56browse like your connectors to see what

2:58you have connected. So, in this case,

3:00we're going to use Triggerfyre, but

3:00listen, this can be used for anything.

3:02Maybe we're creating an agent or

3:04something like that that could be used

3:05for analyzing linear tickets or Gmail or

3:07emails coming in, right? So, let's go

3:09back to the artifact section here. And

3:12then we can build a new artifact. So, we

3:14can actually use Co-work, aka Claude, to

3:17help create a custom dashboard. So, here

3:20you need to be pretty explicit. It's

3:22going to ask you a lot of questions like

3:24what want to build? How often do you

3:26want to pull on the APIs? It's going to

3:28tell you, "Okay, what do you want to

3:30use?" So, in this case, you would say,

3:32"I'm obviously want to use Triggerfyre."

3:34And now it's going to say, "Okay, hey, a

3:35live artifact is a self-contained HTML

3:37page." So, it's like a little mini micro

3:40app. And it's going to start to ask me

3:41some questions here. So, you would just

3:43follow along and basically answer it,

3:45and then it's going to go ahead and

3:46build it out with you. Now, one of the

3:47key things that I did here for mine is,

3:50if you go check out this one, so this is

3:52where I originally created mine. It

3:54asked me all of these questions. I then

3:56basically said, "Okay, hey, well,

3:57listen, what I'm wanting to do." I added

3:58a little bit more nuance here. I said,

4:00"This is what I want. I want to have a

4:01report to show my total mentions

4:03combined. I'd also like some sentiment

4:05analysis and a breakdown on these

4:06trending themes." So, this is what it

4:08originally created. You know, it's not

4:10bad, but I didn't like it. I didn't like

4:11the look of it. I didn't like the feel

4:13of it. It also was Look, it was way too

4:15big. So, you have to spend some time

4:17debugging with it. So, you would say,

4:18"Okay, hey, the metrics for per platform

4:20breakdown too big. Can you go ahead and

4:21sort that out?" The other thing that I

4:22did to get this like kind of really

4:24clean and crisp look is I said I want to

4:26use Shadcn components as well inside of

4:29this page. So, it updated to to use that

4:32as well. So, it basically can just pull

4:33from a design system where it's already

4:36kind of very proven. It looks great. And

4:38it looks a little bit just a little

4:39crisper and cleaner as well. So, you're

4:41going to have to spend some time

4:42chatting to it and kind of really

4:44getting the design perspective to what

4:46you want. The other question that it's

4:47going to ask you is how often do you

4:49want to pull the data? And really what

4:51this is basically saying is like how

4:53often do you want us to go and fetch new

4:55data from that API that you are

4:57connecting? And so, you'll need to think

4:59about that as well depending on if the

5:01API that you're using you get charged

5:03per use. In this use case, Triggerfyre,

5:04it's free to use the API and all you're

5:06doing is pulling the results. And so,

5:08therefore, all it's doing every time you

5:10load the page is just going ahead and

5:11checking to see if there has been any

5:13new mentions in that day. And if there

5:15has, it pulls it through. So, we can see

5:17here that it's pulled through one from

5:18today where we've already been

5:19mentioned. We had 22 mentions yesterday

5:22including one on Reddit, which is

5:24interesting. Few little things that I

5:25might want to do is maybe I might want

5:27to make it a little bit more

5:29interactive. I think we've got quite a

5:30cool setup here up along the tops, but

5:32maybe I'd want to click into this graph

5:34and delve in a little bit deeper. So,

5:35you can really customize and spend some

5:37time building these things out. Where

5:39I'm excited for this going forward is

5:41maybe you're building some internal

5:43apps. So, things like hot leads, if

5:45people are signing up to your website,

5:46Google Analytics dashboards, so website

5:49visitors, maybe overlaying that data on

5:52top of things like social mentions, on

5:54top of newsletter performance, and

5:55creating this kind of command center

5:57from a marketing perspective. I think

5:59it's really interesting. We can also do

6:00that from a sales perspective, like what

6:02are the conversions, how is that

6:03looking, and you can give access here to

6:06the wider team depending on what plan

6:08you're on, because everyone then can

6:09have this artifact as well, right? Which

6:11I think's pretty cool. You can also

6:13download it. Here we've got the option

6:14to download it as like a static kind of

6:17report as well. So yeah, check it out.
